On one hand, the hook 203a can be laterally and rotatably inserted into the annular locking groove 302a to lock the warning mechanism 300, so as to prevent the warning mechanism 300 from extending out of the box 101 (when the hook 203a is inserted into the annular locking groove 302a, the whole warning mechanism 300 is completely inserted into the accommodating space 201a, and at this time, the warning mechanism 300 is locked by each hook 203a and cannot be protruded from the upper side); on the other hand, the warning mechanism 300 can also slide downward to press the receiving step 205a so that the hook 203a rotates outward, thereby unlocking the warning mechanism 300, and finally pushing the opening member 103 upward along the accommodating space 201a to protrude out of the box 101.
Therefore, when safety warning is needed on site, the warning lamp 301 can be extended out of the box body 101 and turned on to give out light for warning; when not needing safety warning, can roll back warning light 301 and accomodate in accommodation space 201a to reduce the volume and the occupation space of device, portable and arrangement, and can prevent warning light 301's damage, have the guard action to it. After the warning light 301 is accommodated, the opening and closing member 103 can cover the upper part of the warning light 301, so that sealing is realized. In addition, because the device is from taking independent power supply, and can the exclusive use, consequently it is comparatively nimble to use, does not receive the place restriction, directly place in the destination point can.
The inside of the box 101 is further provided with a second elastic member 304 pressing on the bottom of the connection seat 302, and the second elastic member 304 is a compression spring which is located on the inner periphery of the guide sleeve 303 and is continuously in a compressed state. When the warning mechanism 300 is locked by the hook head 203a, the second elastic piece 304 enables the lower surface of the hook head 203a to tightly press the lower surface of the annular locking groove 302a, so that the locking force is improved; when the warning mechanism 300 is unlocked, the second elastic member 304 can automatically eject the warning mechanism 300 upwards.
Further, the locking member 203 includes a main lever 203b, a hook 203a disposed at an upper end of the main lever 203b and bent inward, and a hinge 203c disposed at a lower end of the main lever 203b and bent outward. The upper surface of the hook head 203a is a pressed slope 203a-1, and the pressed slope 203a-1 has a tendency of gradually sinking from the inner end to the outer end; the lower surface of the hook head 203a is a plane, and the lower surface of the hook head can be hooked on the lower surface of the annular locking groove 302 a.
Further, a support plate 104 positioned below the transmission cylinder 205 is horizontally arranged in the box body 101; a plurality of time delay mechanisms 400 are circumferentially distributed on the support plate 104, and when the guide sleeve 303 downwardly extrudes the receiving step 205a and drives the transmission cylinder 205 to move downwardly (at this time, the upper end of the transmission cylinder 205 pulls the hinge joint 203c through the connecting rod 204, so that the hook 203a is outwardly rotated to be unlocked), the time delay mechanisms 400 can slowly reset the locking member 203. The second elastic member 304 has a lower end fixed to the center of the support plate 104 and an upper end fixed to the bottom of the connection seat 302.
The time delay mechanism 400 includes a piston cylinder 401 integrally formed on the support plate 104 and extending in the vertical direction, and a first elastic member 402 and a piston group 403 disposed inside the piston cylinder 401.
The upper end of the piston cylinder 401 is provided with a socket 401a, the lower end is provided with a limit ring 401b, the limit ring 401b is of an annular structure, and the inner diameter of the limit ring 401b is smaller than that of the piston cylinder 401. A limiting hole 401b-1 capable of communicating the inner space and the outer space of the piston cylinder 401 is formed in the ring segment of the limiting ring 401 b; the restriction orifice 401b-1 is small in diameter and can only allow a small amount of gas to permeate therethrough.
The piston set 403 includes a piston 403a slidably disposed in the piston cylinder 401 and a piston rod 403b fixed to the upper end of the piston 403a, and the piston rod 403b extends upward through the insertion opening 401a and is fixed to the lower end of the transmission cylinder 205.
The space between the piston 403a and the retainer ring 401b forms a pressure chamber N; the first elastic member 402 is vertically disposed in the pressure chamber N, and has a lower end abutting against the limit ring 401b and an upper end abutting against the piston 403 a; the first elastic member 402 employs a compression spring.
The piston 403a is also connected with a stretching piece 404, the stretching piece 404 downwards passes through the inner ring of the limiting ring 401b, and a ball 405 is fixed on the lower end head of the stretching piece 404; the outer diameter of the ball 405 is larger than the inner diameter of the limit ring 401b, and the ball can be pressed on the lower port of the limit ring 401b under the pulling force of the stretching piece 404; the stretching member 404 is a stretching member having elasticity, such as a stretching spring or a rubber rope.
When the warning mechanism 300 is pressed downwards, the lower end of the guide sleeve 303 can press the receiving step 205a downwards and drive the transmission cylinder 205 to move downwards (at this time, the upper end of the transmission cylinder 205 pulls the hinged joint 203c through the connecting rod 204, so that the hook 203a rotates outwards to unlock), and meanwhile, the transmission cylinder 205 can push the corresponding piston 403a to slide downwards through each piston rod 403 b; in the process that the piston 403a slides downwards in the piston cylinder 401, the pulling force of the stretching piece 404 is gradually reduced, and the air in the pressure chamber N can smoothly and downwards rush out the ball 405 and be quickly discharged out of the pressure chamber N, so that the pressing process is relatively easy and labor-saving.
When the warning mechanism 300 slides upwards and does not extrude the transmission cylinder 205 downwards, each piston 403a can be gradually reset upwards under the elastic force of the first elastic piece 402, at the moment, the space of the pressure chamber N is increased, the air pressure is reduced, the external air can only gradually permeate into the pressure chamber N through the flow limiting hole 401b-1 to balance the pressure difference, and due to the flow limiting effect of the flow limiting hole 401b-1, the resetting process of the insert block 403b is slow, so that the upward resetting stroke of the transmission cylinder 205 is slowed, that is, the reverse rotation resetting of the locking piece 203 is delayed, and the upward sliding process of the warning mechanism 300 is not hindered.
Based on the above, if the locked state of each hook 203a inserted into the annular locking groove 302a is set to be the initial storage state, the lock can be unlocked by first pressing the warning mechanism 300, and the whole warning mechanism 300 can be protruded upwards. When the warning mechanism 300 needs to be stored, the whole warning mechanism 300 can be directly pressed downwards, the lower end of the guide sleeve 303 can be extruded and slide on the upper surface (the slope surface 203a-1 with the slope) of the hook head 203a until the hook head 203a is inserted into the annular locking groove 302a from the side again, and secondary locking and storage can be achieved.
Preferably, the lower surface edge of annular locking groove 302a is provided with prevents hindering chamfer D, so, is pressed warning mechanism 300 after the unblock and can not be obstructed by the lateral stroke of eave tile 203a at ascending gliding in-process (the possibility that the inward slow rotation of eave tile 203a resets and has the lateral hindrance, for guaranteeing gliding fluency that makes progress, prevents hindering chamfer D's setting and makes the tip of eave tile 203a can be pushed back again and support out seam 201b when touchhing and preventing hindering chamfer D).
Further, the inner side wall of the box 101 is provided with a receiving platform 101a corresponding to the outer end of each support rod 202, and the outer end of each support rod 202 is placed on the corresponding receiving platform 101a and is connected and fixed through bolts.
Further, the top of the box body 101 is provided with a strip-shaped window 101b with two through ends, and a limiting frame 101c covering the strip-shaped window 101b is fixed at the center of the top of the box body 101; the limit frame 101c is a frame-shaped structure, and includes a pair of fixing strips 101c-1 facing each other and a pair of limit strips 101c-2 facing each other. The fixing strip 101c-1 can be fixedly connected with the top of the box body 101 through a bolt, and the two limiting strips 101c-2 are of parallel strip-shaped structures and cross over the strip-shaped window 101 b.
A pair of opening and closing parts 103 is symmetrically arranged in the strip-shaped window 101b, the two opening and closing parts 103 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two crossed limiting strips 101c-2, and each limiting strip 101c-2 can be limited at the outer side of the corresponding opening and closing part 103.
The outer end of the opening and closing piece 103 can be lapped on the edge of the end part of the strip-shaped window 101b, a guide block 103a is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner end of the opening and closing piece 103, and a guide slope 103a-1 which is opposite to the top of the warning lamp 301 is arranged on the guide block 103 a; one end of the guide block 103a is further connected with a telescopic piece 103b, the opening and closing piece 103 can lean against the inner side of the limit strip 101c-2 under the pushing force of the telescopic piece 103b, and the outer end of the opening and closing piece 103 can be extruded on the end edge of the strip-shaped window 101 b.
Preferably, the top of the warning light 301 is a spherical surface, and the end of the guide block 103a is smoothly connected with the inner end edge of the opening and closing member 103 to form a smooth guiding curved surface. The warning light 301 that ensures to rise can contact the guiding curved surface through the spherical surface thereof to prop open the opening and closing member 103.
The guiding curved surface is provided with a separation-preventing groove 103c with a through outer end, so that the inner end edge of the opening-closing piece 103 forms a plug-in connector 103d at the corresponding section of the separation-preventing groove 103 c. The lower surface of the annular locking groove 302a forms a limiting surface 302a-1 matched with the lower bottom surface of the anti-release groove 103c, the upper surface of the annular locking groove 302a forms a squeezing surface 302a-2, and the squeezing surface 302a-2 has a tendency of increasing the outer diameter from bottom to top.
When the warning light 301 protrudes out of the box body 101 upwards, the plug-in connector 103d can be embedded into the annular locking groove 302a (the lower bottom of the anti-drop groove 103c blocks the limiting surface 302a-1 and the limiting strip 101c-2 limits the opening-closing member 103, so that the warning mechanism 300 cannot move upwards continuously, and a stable extending state is maintained); when the warning mechanism 300 is pressed downwards, the pressing surface 302a-2 can press and turn the inner ends of the two opening and closing members 103 downwards (the limiting strip 101c-2 has no limiting effect on the downward turning of the opening and closing members 103), so that the downward movement of the warning mechanism 300 is not hindered.
It should be noted that: the telescopic member 103b always has elastic compression on the guide block 103a, and the direction of the elastic force applied thereto has both upward and inward components.
Further, a sliding curved surface 103e is formed on the outer end bottom surface of the opening and closing member 103, and the opening and closing member 103 has a tendency to decrease in thickness from the inside to the outside at a corresponding section of the sliding curved surface 103 e. The top of the box 101 is formed with a bar-shaped notch 101d corresponding to the two ends of the bar-shaped window 101b, the top of the bar-shaped notch 101d is a smooth curved surface matching with the sliding curved surface 103 e. In this way, in the process that the opening and closing member 103 is unfolded by the warning light 301, the opening and closing member 103 can be turned over by the curve change of the sliding curved surface 103e, so that the outer end is raised and the inner end is lowered, and the opening and closing member 103 can be unfolded by the warning light 301 more easily.
Further, the telescopic member 103b includes a first sleeve 103b-1 having one end hinged to the inner sidewall of the case 101 and the other end opened, and the telescopic member 103b further includes a second sleeve 103b-2 having one end hinged to the end of the guide block 103a and the other end inserted into the first sleeve 103 b-1; the end of the second sleeve 103b-2 inserted into the first sleeve 103b-1 is also provided with an opening, and a third elastic member 103b-3 is arranged between the first sleeve 103b-1 and the second sleeve 103b-2, so that the first sleeve 103b-1 and the second sleeve 103b-2 tend to be spread apart.
Further, a mounting bar 101e corresponding to each telescopic member 103b is fixed on the inner side wall of the box body 101; the first sleeve 103b-1 is hinged to the mounting bar 101e, a containing groove 101e-1 penetrating through the hinged position of the first sleeve and the mounting bar 101e is formed in the mounting bar 101e, the containing groove 101e-1 extends vertically and is open on the side edge, and the rotatable range of the first sleeve 103b-1 can be enlarged. The top surface of the mounting strip 101e is smoothly connected with the bottom surface of the strip-shaped notch 101d, and the top surface of the mounting strip 101e is matched with the contour of the sliding curved surface 103e, so that the mounting strip can play an auxiliary role in laying and guiding the opening and closing member 103.
In summary, the using process of the present invention is as follows:
the locked state in which each hook 203a is inserted into the annular lock groove 302a is set to the initial housed state in which: firstly, the opening and closing piece 103 is covered and closed at the top of the shell 100 to form the structure closure (the opening and closing piece 103 is pressed at the bottom of the limit strip 101c-2 by the elastic force of the telescopic piece 103b, and the opening and closing piece 103 can form a lever by taking the limit strip 101c-2 as a fulcrum, so that the outer end of the opening and closing piece 103 can be extruded at the end edge of the strip-shaped window 101 b); secondly, the warning mechanism 300 is completely accommodated in the box body 101, and the top of the warning lamp 301 just can touch the guiding curved surfaces of the two guiding blocks 103 a.
When the warning light 301 needs to be popped up for working, the inner end of the opening and closing member 103 can be slightly pressed downwards to turn over the opening and closing member in a small range (the limiting strip 101c-2 has no constraint effect on the downward turning of the opening and closing member 103), so that the opening and closing member 103 can transmit pressure to push the warning mechanism 300 to slide downwards integrally. The guide sleeve 303 moving downward can press the receiving step 205a downward and drive the transmission cylinder 205 to move downward (at this time, the upper end of the transmission cylinder 205 pulls the hinge joint 203c through the connecting rod 204, so that the hook 203a rotates outward to unlock), and meanwhile, the transmission cylinder 205 can push the corresponding piston 403a to slide downward through each piston rod 403b, and the first elastic element 402 is also compressed.
The unlocked warning mechanism 300 can move upwards rapidly under the elastic force of the second elastic member 304 (the anti-blocking chamfer D is arranged to make the upward movement of the annular locking groove 302a almost ignore the lateral limitation of the slow resetting of the hook 203 a). Meanwhile, the warning mechanism 300 moving upward can extrude and stretch the guiding curved surfaces of the two guiding blocks 103a through the top spherical surface of the warning lamp 301, so that the opening and closing member 103 can slide to open towards two sides to form an opening (the limiting strip 101c-2 has a guiding function in the process). In the process that the opening and closing piece 103 slides to two sides, the strip-shaped notch 101d has a lifting effect on the outer end of the opening and closing piece 103, so that the opening and closing piece 103 can also be turned over adaptively, and the opening and closing piece 103 can be unfolded at the top of the warning lamp 301.
As shown in fig. 6, when the warning mechanism 300 slides upwards to "the plug 103d is inserted into the annular locking groove 302 a", the lower bottom of the anti-slip groove 103c blocks the limiting surface 302a-1 and the limiting strip 101c-2 limits the opening/closing member 103, so that the warning mechanism 300 cannot move upwards, and a stable extending state is maintained. All the locking pieces 203 can also be automatically and slowly reset in the process.
As shown in fig. 7, when the warning mechanism 300 needs to be stored, the warning mechanism is directly pressed downwards, the pressing surface 302a-2 can press and turn over the inner ends of the two opening and closing members 103 downwards (the limiting strip 101c-2 has no limiting effect on the downward turning of the opening and closing members 103), and until the warning mechanism 300 completely slides over the opening and closing members 103, the opening and closing members 103 can be automatically spliced and restored to form a closed state under the pushing force of the respective telescopic members 103 b. Meanwhile, in the process, the lower end of the guide sleeve 303 can contact and press the pressed slope surface 203a-1 of the hook head 203a, so that the hook head 203a can adaptively rotate outwards, the guide sleeve 303 can slide over the hook head 203a and continuously move downwards until the annular locking groove 302a is aligned with the hook head 203a, the hook head 203a can be inserted again to form locking, at the moment, the hand can be released and the arm can be withdrawn, and the opening element 103 can automatically close the sealing cover.
In order to realize the depth of the warning mechanism 300 which can be quantitatively and accurately pressed, the outer side wall of the warning mechanism 300 can be provided with scale alignment lines, so that the warning mechanism can be conveniently pressed and observed at the same time.
