本发明涉及滤纸领域,具体涉及一种滤纸用抗菌填料,包括填料以及负载于填料表面的抗菌剂和羟丙基淀粉。(1)将填料经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.01‑0.5%的抗菌剂水溶液;(3)将20‑50g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至40‑60°C,然后将10‑30g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌5‑10min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。

滤纸用抗菌填料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及滤纸领域,具体涉及一种滤纸用抗菌填料。
背景技术
滤纸广泛用于空气净化设备或液体过滤设备中,用于分离气体或液体中的固体微粒。其原理是利用滤纸中纤维交错形成的三维网络结构,可以使固体、液体通过的同时,对固体微粒进行阻挡。
在需要过滤的气体或液体中,通常不仅含有各类无机固体微粒,还会含有各类细菌。一方面,对于一部分细菌滤纸不能将其有效过滤,另一方面,细菌的存在,会不断的腐蚀滤纸,使得滤纸失去过滤效果。
因此,具有抗菌作用的滤纸备受青睐。传统的做法使直接将抗菌剂添加在滤纸中,例如直接将银离子添加在滤纸中。这种做法的成本往往比较高,且抗菌剂的附着性差,抗菌效果不能长久。
也有研究者尝试通过把滤纸原纸浸入抗菌剂原料的溶液中,进行水热反应以将抗菌剂负载在滤纸原纸上。这种方法会增加造纸步骤,且对滤纸原纸有一定的要求,需要滤纸原纸能够经受住水热反应。
为此,有必要提供一种能够在造纸过程中就能够将抗菌剂稳定负载在滤纸上的方法,以及相应的抗菌剂。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中抗菌滤纸中存在的上述问题,本发明提旨在供一种滤纸用抗菌填料,能够直接用于滤纸的造纸工艺,不需要额外增加步骤来制备抗菌滤纸,且抗菌剂的负载效果稳定。
填料是造纸纸浆中需要用到的添加助剂,预先将抗菌剂稳定地负载在填料表面,然后再将填料添加再造纸纸浆中,进行造纸工序,可以直接获得抗菌效果稳定的抗菌滤纸。
一种滤纸用抗菌填料,包括填料,以及稳定负载在填料表面的抗菌剂。
进一步地,为了增加抗菌剂在填料表面的负载稳定性,填料表面还包括羟丙基淀粉。
其中,填料为滑石粉、瓷土、碳酸钙、二氧化钛、贝壳粉等,优选为碳酸钙、贝壳粉,二者的材质均是碳酸钙,碳酸钙具有一定的吸附作用,可以增加抗菌剂在填料表面吸附的稳定性。更优选为贝壳粉,贝壳粉表面具有多孔结构,其吸附性优于普通碳酸钙。
其中,填料的粒径为50nm-20um。
其中,抗菌剂为季铵盐类抗菌剂,优选甲壳素季铵盐。
一种抗菌填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.01-0.5%的抗菌剂水溶液;(3)将20-50g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至40-60°C,然后将10-30g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌5-10min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、直接将抗菌剂负载在填料表面,填料本身就是造纸工艺中需要用到的添加剂,省去了额外的对滤纸进行施加抗菌剂的步骤,简便了抗菌滤纸的制备工艺。且滤纸抗菌剂不仅仅可以用于滤纸,也可以用于其他纸张,如墙纸,包装纸等,并无特别的使用限制。
2、填料优选碳酸钙和贝壳粉,可以充分利用碳酸钙的吸附作用。特别是贝壳粉,其表面具有多孔结构,其吸附性优于普通碳酸钙,可以增加抗菌剂在填料表面的负载稳定性。
3、抗菌剂选用季铵盐类抗菌剂,特别是甲壳素季铵盐,抗菌效果优异。
4、在制造抗菌填料的过程中,使用了羟丙基淀粉。羟丙基淀粉本就是造纸工艺中常用的施胶剂,既可以用于纸张的内部施胶,也可以用于纸张的表面施胶。通过添加羟丙基淀粉,在合适的温度下可以与抗菌剂交互作用,然后与抗菌剂一起稳定的负载在填料颗粒表面,增加抗菌剂在填料表面的附着稳定性。
5、本发明制得的滤纸用抗菌填料,抗菌剂在填料表面负载稳定,抗菌效果持久。
具体实施方式
为了详细阐述本发明的技术效果,下面结合较佳的实施例、对比例进行阐述和说明。
实施例1
一种滤纸用抗菌填料,填料为滑石粉,以及负载在滑石粉表面的甲壳素季铵盐和羟丙基淀粉。其制备方法为:
(1)将滑石粉经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.1%的甲壳素季铵盐水溶液;(3)将20g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至40°C,然后将10g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌5min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
实施例2
一种滤纸用抗菌填料,填料为碳酸钙,以及负载在碳酸钙表面的甲壳素季铵盐和羟丙基淀粉。其制备方法为:
(1)将碳酸钙经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.2%的甲壳素季铵盐水溶液;(3)将30g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至50°C,然后将20g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌8min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
实施例3
一种滤纸用抗菌填料,填料为贝壳粉,以及负载在贝壳粉表面的甲壳素季铵盐和羟丙基淀粉。其制备方法为:
(1)将贝壳粉经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.3%的甲壳素季铵盐水溶液;(3)将50g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至50°C,然后将30g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌10min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
对比例
相较于实施例2,省略了步骤(4),其余相同。
将实施例1-3和对比例制得的滤纸用抗菌填料添加到制备滤纸的纸浆中,分别制成抗菌滤纸,对四种抗菌滤纸的抗菌性能进行测试。选择大肠杆菌作为细菌菌种,将抗菌滤纸放置在培养有大肠杆菌的容器內,24h后,观察抗菌滤纸表面的细菌生长情况,记录抗菌滤纸表面没有生长细菌的面积比例,结果如下表所示:

由上表可以看出,以碳酸钙和贝壳粉作为抗菌填料中的填料核心,由于碳酸钙的吸附作用,抗菌剂在其表面的负载更稳定,经过造纸工艺后,对应的抗菌滤纸的抗菌效果明显优于以滑石粉作为填料核心的实施例1。对比例中没有添加羟丙基淀粉,仅仅依靠抗菌剂在填料表面的吸附作用,存在不能够有效将抗菌剂稳定负载在填料表面的缺陷,相应的抗菌滤纸的抗菌效果也不足。
将上述四种抗菌滤纸应用到空气过滤器中使用1个月后,对其抗菌性能进行再次测试。仍以大肠杆菌作为细菌菌种,将抗菌滤纸放置在培养有大肠杆菌的容器內,24h后,观察抗菌滤纸表面的细菌生长情况,记录抗菌滤纸表面没有生长细菌的面积比例,结果如下表所示:

由上表可以看出,预先将抗菌剂稳定负载在抗菌填料表面,然后再添加在造纸纸浆中制备抗菌滤纸,可以获得持久优异的抗菌效果。抗菌填料表面没有添加羟丙基淀粉,仅仅依靠抗菌剂在填料表面的吸附作用,其抗菌效果也不能持久。
以上仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并不是对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种滤纸用抗菌填料,包括填料,所述填料表面稳定负载有抗菌剂和羟丙基淀粉,其特征在于,所述填料的粒径为50nm-20um,所述抗菌剂为甲壳素季铵盐,所述抗菌填料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.01-0.5%的抗菌剂水溶液;(3)将20-50g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至40-60°C,然后将10-30g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌5-10min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种滤纸用抗菌填料,其特征在于:填料选自滑石粉、瓷土、碳酸钙、二氧化钛或贝壳粉。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种滤纸用抗菌填料,其特征在于:填料选自碳酸钙或贝壳粉。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种滤纸用抗菌填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料经粗磨、细磨后,过800目筛,备用;(2)配制质量百分比浓度为0.01-0.5%的抗菌剂水溶液;(3)将20-50g步骤(1)制得的填料分散在1L抗菌剂水溶液中;(4)将步骤(3)中的抗菌剂水溶液中,加热至40-60°C,然后将10-30g羟丙基淀粉分散在其中;(5)充分搅拌5-10min,静置,过滤,干燥,即得。
