The component B is a mixture of a non-aqueous alcohol ether solvent and a silane coupling agent, and the weight content ratio of the non-aqueous alcohol ether solvent to the silane coupling agent is 1:1 +/-10%; in the invention, A, B components are prepared and mixed according to the weight content ratio of 100:1 +/-10%.

The adhesive force of most of manufacturers of the paste-shaped ceramic tile back adhesive can meet the requirement, but the application amount is large, the brushing performance is poor, the construction process of brushing and pasting which is a common requirement is different from the traditional construction process, and some workers are not used to the adhesive force.
The polymer modified cement-based two-component back adhesive needs to be stirred on site, intermittent stirring needs to be kept in the using process, the opened slurry is generally required to be used within 2 hours, and workers feel complex and unwilling to use the slurry.

The elastic acrylic emulsion has good flexibility, small average particle size of emulsion particles, good balance relation between creep resistance and heat sealability, good wet adhesion and fast curing speed. The invention used a badefu model 351 emulsion.
The carboxylated modified vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion has a glass transition temperature of-20 ℃, has excellent wettability, has excellent adhesive force on the surfaces of various substrates difficult to adhere, and can form crosslinking through the introduction of carboxyl functional groups, so that the emulsion has more excellent flexibility and adhesive force. Used in the present invention is Wacker VINANAPASR920。
The high-performance pure acrylic emulsion has excellent adhesive force, has excellent adhesive force with various base materials such as masonry, cement mortar, glass and the like, has suitable hardness different from elastic acrylic emulsion, and meets the strength requirement (compared with acrylic emulsion, the Tg value is high, and the adhesive force is strong).

The active volcanic ash is imported natural volcanic ash with the granularity of more than 2000 meshes, and can enhance the bonding strength and the water resistance of the tile adhesive. The product is imported volcanic ash from Yirui stone company.
The substrate wetting agent has excellent surface leveling property and substrate wetting property, and can improve interlayer adhesion.
The dispersant is a common ammonium salt dispersant, and has good water resistance and excellent dispersing performance.
The thickening agent is a common alkali swelling type or association type thickening agent.
The defoaming agent is a liquid defoaming agent.
The component B is a mixture of a non-aqueous alcohol ether solvent and a silane coupling agent, and the weight content ratio of the two is 1:1 +/-10%. For example, a mixture of dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether and an a187 silane coupling agent is used. The dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether can be used as a film forming aid of the emulsion to increase the drying speed. The silane coupling agent plays a main reinforcing role in the invention. The silane coupling agent is organosilane with an epoxy group and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxyl silicon group bifunctional group.

the bifunctional structure endows the material with special properties: it can organically bond inorganic materials (such as glass, metal and ceramic tile) and organic polymers (such as thermoplastic body, thermosetting body or elastic body) together, thereby playing the role of promoting adhesion and cross-linking agent. However, most silane coupling agents are easy to self-polymerize in an aqueous system and have short storage period, and the silane coupling agents are packaged separately and mixed uniformly when used. When in use, the A, B components are prepared and mixed according to the weight content ratio of 100:1 +/-10%. After the two components are mixed, the cross-linking reaction of the active epoxy group at one end of the component B and the carboxyl group of the emulsion, the reaction of the hydrolyzed silanol at the other end and the hydroxyl group on the tile surface and the like can improve the performances of water resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, cold resistance and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of convenient use, obviously enhanced binding power and effectively improved water resistance and heat resistance.
