Abstract

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及仿石材反射隔热保温涂料、含该涂料的外墙及其制备方法。仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5‑10%,中空玻璃微珠25‑40%,钛白粉2‑5%,丙烯酸乳液20‑40%,水15‑25%,硅酸钾溶液5‑15%,防水剂0.2‑0.5%,余量为水性色浆;面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液40‑60%,水15‑25%,硅酸钾溶液5‑15%,防水剂0.2‑0.5%,空心玻璃微珠10‑20%;将组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。本发明有益效果:制备的涂料保温性好,重量轻,施工简单,耐候性好,装饰性强,安全性高。

Description

仿石材反射隔热保温涂料、含该涂料的外墙及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及仿石材反射隔热保温涂料、含该涂料的外墙及其制备方法。
背景技术
普通外墙涂料不具有反射隔热保温功能,也有一种用硅气凝胶加合成乳液制作的隔热保温涂料,但是该涂料附着力差,耐擦洗更差,几乎不能应付冬雪天气,表观也不具有装饰性,需再涂刷其他涂料装饰表面,施工繁复,也不经济。本仿石材的外墙反射隔热保温涂料不仅适用于新建筑的外墙保温与装饰,也适用于旧建筑的节能和装饰改造;既适用于各类公共建筑,也适用于住宅建筑的外墙外保温;既适用于北方寒冷地区的建筑,也适用于南方炎热地区建筑。
而现有技术中,普通外墙涂料不具有反射隔热保温功能。有一种用硅气凝胶加合成乳液制作的隔热保温涂料,但是该涂料附着力差,耐擦洗性更差,几乎不能应付冬雪天气,表观也不具有装饰性,需再涂刷其他涂料装饰表面,施工繁复,不经济。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明的目的是提供仿石材反射隔热保温涂料、含该涂料的外墙及其制备方法,制备的涂料保温性好,重量轻,施工简单,耐候性好,装饰性更强,安全性更高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
首先,本发明提供一种防水渗透涂料,所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5-10%,中空玻璃微珠25-40%,钛白粉2-5%,丙烯酸乳液20-40%,水15-25%,硅酸钾溶液5-15%,防水剂0.2-0.5%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液40-60%,水15-25%,硅酸钾溶液5-15%,防水剂0.2-0.5%,空心玻璃微珠10-20%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
进一步地,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5%,中空玻璃微珠30%,钛白粉3%,丙烯酸乳液30%,水20%,硅酸钾溶液10%,防水剂0.5%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液50%,水20%,硅酸钾溶液10%,防水剂0.5%,空心玻璃微珠19.5%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
其次,本发明提供上述含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述硅气凝胶、中空玻璃微珠,钛白粉,丙烯酸乳液、防水剂,水和硅酸钾溶液搅拌均匀,再加入适量所述水性色浆调色制成底漆,将所述底漆喷涂到做好封闭防水处理的外墙上;
(2)将所述硅丙乳液、水、空心玻璃微珠、硅酸钾溶液,搅拌均匀制成面漆;
(3)待所述外墙自然干透后,将所述面漆喷涂到干透的底漆上,自然干透即得所述含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙。
本发明还保护一种含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:制备的涂料保温性好,重量轻,施工简单,耐候性好,装饰性更强,安全性更高。

本发明中所涉及的原材料均为市售。
实施例1
一种仿石材反射隔热保温涂料,所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5%,中空玻璃微珠25%,钛白粉3%,丙烯酸乳液25%,水25%,硅酸钾溶液15%,防水剂0.5%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液60%,水19.5%,硅酸钾溶液10%,防水剂0.5%,空心玻璃微珠10%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
实施例2
一种仿石材反射隔热保温涂料,所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶6%,中空玻璃微珠40%,钛白粉5%,丙烯酸乳液20%,水17%,硅酸钾溶液11%,防水剂0.2%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液59.8%,水15%,硅酸钾溶液5%,防水剂0.2%,空心玻璃微珠20%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
实施例3
一种仿石材反射隔热保温涂料,所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶10%,中空玻璃微珠26%,钛白粉2%,丙烯酸乳液40%,水15%,硅酸钾溶液5%,防水剂0.3%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液40%,水25%,硅酸钾溶液15%,防水剂0.3%,空心玻璃微珠19.7%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述硅气凝胶、中空玻璃微珠,钛白粉,丙烯酸乳液、防水剂,水和硅酸钾溶液搅拌均匀,再加入所述水性色浆调色制成底漆,将所述底漆喷涂到做好封闭防水处理的外墙上;
(2)将所述硅丙乳液、水、空心玻璃微珠、硅酸钾溶液,搅拌均匀制成面漆;
(3)待所述外墙自然干透后,将所述面漆喷涂到干透的底漆上,自然干透即得所述含仿石材反射.隔热保温涂料的外墙。

综上所述,本发明制备的涂料保温性好,重量轻,施工简单,耐候性好,装饰性更强,安全性更高;制备的涂料导热系数小于0.05以下。

Claims (4)

1.仿石材反射隔热保温涂料,所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料由底漆和面漆制成,其特征在于,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5-10%,中空玻璃微珠25-40%,钛白粉2-5%,丙烯酸乳液20-40%,水15-25%,硅酸钾溶液5-15%,防水剂0.2-0.5%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液40-60%,水15-25%,硅酸钾溶液5-15%,防水剂0.2-0.5%,空心玻璃微珠10-20%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水渗透涂料,其特征在于,所述底漆中各组分的质量百分比配比为:硅气凝胶5%,中空玻璃微珠25%,钛白粉3%,丙烯酸乳液25%,水25%,硅酸钾溶液15%,防水剂0.5%,余量为水性色浆;所述面漆中各组分的质量百分比为:硅丙乳液60%,水19.5%,硅酸钾溶液10%,防水剂0.5%,空心玻璃微珠10%;将所述组分按上述质量百分比混合均匀即得所述仿石材反射隔热保温涂料。
3.一种含有如权利要求1所述的仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述硅气凝胶、中空玻璃微珠,钛白粉,丙烯酸乳液、防水剂,水和硅酸钾溶液搅拌均匀,再加入所述水性色浆调色制成底漆,将所述底漆喷涂到做好封闭防水处理的外墙上;
(2)将所述硅丙乳液、水、空心玻璃微珠、硅酸钾溶液,搅拌均匀制成面漆;
(3)待所述外墙自然干透后,将所述面漆喷涂到干透的底漆上,自然干透即得所述含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法制备的含仿石材反射隔热保温涂料的外墙。
