Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型抗菌浴球及其制备方法,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成份组成:低密度聚乙烯121‑188份、无机银抗菌剂15‑31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11‑17份、高流动PE树脂7‑14份,本发明的新型抗菌浴球制备过程中添加无机银抗菌剂、聚合胍复合抗菌剂、高流动PE树脂,提高了浴球的抑菌性,也增加了软韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型抗菌浴球及其制备方法。
背景技术
浴球是人们日常生活中不可或缺的生活用品,普遍用于洗澡沐浴,挤少量沐浴露在浴球上,轻轻搓一搓,马上产生大量的泡沫,使用方便。一般而言,浴室的湿度较高,通风性也不好,使用后的浴球是浸湿的,浴球置于浴室中不易干燥,长期如此会导致浴球滋生细菌,而浴球与人体皮肤直接接触,会导致皮肤细菌感染,引起皮肤问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抑制细菌生长功效的新型抗菌浴球,。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种新型抗菌浴球,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成份组成:低密度聚乙烯121-188份、无机银抗菌剂15-31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11-17份、高流动PE树脂7-14份。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种新型抗菌浴球的制备方法,
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述新型抗菌浴球的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取低密度聚乙烯121-188份、无机银抗菌剂15-31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11-17份、高流动PE树脂7-14份进行混合;
2)根据选定的图案颜色,将步骤1混合物倒入搅料桶内进行染色,搅拌时间为5-10分钟;
3)将步骤2中经染色的混合物进行加热溶化;
4)提取步骤3的溶化物在成型设备上进行成型处理,成网状后进行冷却定形;
5)提取步骤4的成形网状料根据浴球大小分切成不同规格的条状布;
6)在缝纫机上将不同规格的条状布条扎成浴球形状。
本发明新型抗菌浴球的有益效果是:所述新型抗菌浴球制备过程中添加无机银抗菌剂、聚合胍复合抗菌剂、高流动PE树脂,提高了浴球的抑菌性,也增加了软韧性。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种新型抗菌浴球,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成份组成:低密度聚乙烯121份、无机银抗菌剂15份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11份、高流动PE树脂7份。
所述新型抗菌浴球的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取低密度聚乙烯121-188份、无机银抗菌剂15-31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11-17份、高流动PE树脂7-14份进行混合;
2)根据选定的图案颜色,将步骤1混合物倒入搅料桶内进行染色,搅拌时间为5-10分钟;
3)将步骤2中经染色的混合物进行加热溶化;
4)提取步骤3的溶化物在成型设备上进行成型处理,成网状后进行冷却定形;
5)提取步骤4的成形网状料根据浴球大小分切成不同规格的条状布;
6)在缝纫机上将不同规格的条状布条扎成浴球形状。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成分组成:低密度聚乙烯188份、无机银抗菌剂31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂17份、高流动PE树脂14份。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成分组成:低密度聚乙烯127份、无机银抗菌剂17份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂12份、高流动PE树脂8份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成分组成:低密度聚乙烯173份、无机银抗菌剂28份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂16份、高流动PE树脂13份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成分组成:低密度聚乙烯150份、无机银抗菌剂25份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂15份、高流动PE树脂10份。
实验依据,
1、实验对象:本新型抗菌浴球,对照样为标准PE样片。
2、实验方法:《抗菌塑料-抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果》中方法检测,检测大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的含量。
3、实验结果:
由实验结果可知,本发明抗菌浴球对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率>99%,具有强抗菌作用。

1.一种新型抗菌浴球,其特征在于:该新型抗菌浴球是由下列重量份配比成份组成:低密度聚乙烯121-188份、无机银抗菌剂15-31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11-17份、高流动PE树脂7-14份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的新型抗菌浴球的制备方法,其特征在于:所述新型抗菌浴球的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取低密度聚乙烯121-188份、无机银抗菌剂15-31份、聚合胍复合抗菌剂11-17份、高流动PE树脂7-14份进行混合;
2)根据选定的图案颜色,将步骤1混合物倒入搅料桶内进行染色,搅拌时间为5-10分钟;
3)将步骤2中经染色的混合物进行加热溶化;
4)提取步骤3的溶化物在成型设备上进行成型处理,成网状后进行冷却定形;
