Abstract
本发明提供一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板及其制备方法,所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板由泡沫铝饰面板模具、水泥基气凝胶保温隔热层两部分组成。所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板由以下步骤制备而成:1)制备专用外加剂溶液,所述专用外加剂溶液由专用减水剂、润湿剂和水组成;2)配制混合料,所述混合物由水泥、陶粒微珠、镁质抗裂剂、气凝胶及纤维材料组成;3)将所述专用外加剂溶液与所述混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆;4)将气凝胶保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。本发明制备的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板强度高、保温性能好、防火性能好、耐老化,兼具有隔音吸声效果。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及到保温隔热材料领域,具体是一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板及其制备方法。
背景技术
为缓解面临着的能源资源和环境保护的双重压力,我国明确提出要把生态文明理念全面融入新型城镇化进程,着力推进绿色、循环、低碳发展,节约集约利用资源。因此,低能耗、安全性好、环境友好的高性能保温隔热材料的应用市场有进一步提高的空间。同时,随着国内“新型基础设施建设”概念的提出及相关政策出台,更是成为推动高性能保温隔热材料发展应用的强心剂。
气凝胶是优异的保温隔热材料,为轻质多孔的网络状蜂窝结构。直接将气凝胶掺入水泥砂浆中时,其多孔结构能将水分及砂浆外加剂吸附于自身,微孔隙被填充,导致硬化后强度降低,导热系数升高。针对气凝胶的应用,现有技术提出了多种不同的技术方案,如公开号CN103924696A公开了气凝胶绝热板薄抹灰保温系统及其制作方法,又如公开号CN110776278A公开了气凝胶水泥纤维复合保温板。但现有针对气凝胶的应用存在一定的技术缺陷,如保温隔热效果一般,应用范围小等。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板及其制备方法,利用本发明所述制备方法制备的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板具有抗弯折能力强、保温隔热效果好、粘合能力强、避免微裂纹、抗冲击及隔声吸音能力好的特点。
一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,其特征在于:所述保温隔热板制备方法包括如下步骤:
①制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,所述气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液由专用聚羧酸减水剂、润湿剂和水组成;
②配制粉体-轻集料混合物,所述粉体-轻集料混合物由水泥、陶粒微珠、镁质抗裂剂、气凝胶及纤维材料组成;
③将所述气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液与所述粉体-轻集料混合物充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆;
④将所述气凝胶保温砂浆装入双层泡沫铝饰面板的夹层中,待养护后即可得到水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
按重量100份计,所述气凝胶保温砂浆按下比例组成:
专用聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.2份、润湿剂0.01-0.03份、水泥18-33份、陶粒微珠40-47.3份、镁质抗裂剂0.27-0.6份、气凝胶0.1-0.5份、纤维材料0.2-0.69份、水25-34份。
按重量份计,所述专用聚羧酸减水剂按如下比例组成:
聚醚大单体320-349份、丙烯酸35-42.3份、抗埋覆功能小单体5.2-9份、抗弯折功能小单体0.51-3.9份、磺酸基功能小单体1.74-5.57份、引气功能单体0.1-0.75份、还原剂0.62-1.76份、链转移剂1.1-2.6份、质量分数27.5%的工业级双氧水2.15-5.55份、中和剂6-12.6份,余者为水,总质量为1000份,制备后成品质量分数为40%,酸醚比控制在2.5-3.3之内。
进一步的,所述专用聚羧酸减水剂按如下步骤制成:
①加入底料:将水加入到反应釜中,之后加入聚醚大单体、抗埋覆功能小单体、抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热使其溶解;
②加引发剂:测定反应釜内溶液温度,当反应釜内溶液温度稳定在30-40℃范围时,一次性加入质量分数为27.5%的工业级双氧水;
③滴加小单体溶液:静置5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;所述溶液B停止加入后,10分钟内开始滴加所述溶液A;
所述溶液B由还原剂、链转移剂和水均匀混合而成,所述溶液B滴加2.5-4.5小时;
所述溶液A由丙烯酸、磺酸基功能小单体、引气功能单体和水均匀混合而成,所述溶液A滴加2-4小时;
④熟化及后处理:所述溶液A滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化1-2小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入中和剂,补水后即得到所述专用聚羧酸减水剂。
进一步的,所述聚醚大单体为1800分子量的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙烯基丁基醚聚氧乙烯醚的一种或几种组成。
进一步的,所述抗埋覆功能小单体为3-苯甲酰基-1-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮、4-乙烯基联苯、2-[2-羟基-5-[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)乙基]苯基]-2H-苯并三唑、2-硝基-3-乙烯基苯甲酸、6-氨基-2-甲氧基-3-乙烯基苯甲酸甲酯、烯丙菊酯、4-二苯甲基苯乙烯的一种或几种组成。

相较于现有技术,本发明所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板及其制备方法具有以下优势:
1.本发明制备了气凝胶砂浆专用减水剂,引入具备较大的空间结构、分子中带一个或多个苯环多元环结构的抗埋覆功能单体作为侧链为提高减水剂分子抗多孔强吸附质的能力;引入带酯基、苯环或其他多元环的对称型构造抗弯折功能单体,提高主链的抗弯折能力。
2.本发明制备了气凝胶砂浆专用减水剂,引入具备强亲水能力的磺酸基功能单体,在水泥颗粒表面形成水膜溶剂层,降低水分被气凝胶粉末吸收的概率,保持砂浆和易性;引入具备引气功能的单体,通过氟基及硝基等疏水性基团产生的引气效应获得微气泡,填充气凝胶微孔,保证隔热性能。
3.本发明在气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液中加入润湿剂,将陶粒微珠表面、泡沫铝饰面板内板面等的固体表面润湿,以提高砂浆体与这些表面粘合能力。
4.本发明以陶粒微珠作为轻集料,其内部气孔多,导热系数较低,又能作为骨料提高基体强度,提高保温隔热能力;同时加入纤维材料、镁质抗裂剂,提高气凝胶隔热保温层抗压抗折强度,防止水泥水化过程中出现微裂纹。
5.本发明采用泡沫铝作为饰面板,利用泡沫铝板材轻质高强的特点,提高水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板的抗冲击及隔声吸音能力。

为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
1)制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,由0.1份气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂、0.03份润湿剂和34份水组成;
2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,由18份水泥、47.3份陶粒微珠、0.27份镁质抗裂剂、0.1份气凝胶及0.2份纤维材料组成;
3)将溶液与混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆,总质量100份;
4)将保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
其中,气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂由以下步骤制备而成:
a.加入底料:将200份水加入到反应釜中,之后加入349份1800分子量聚醚大单体、5.2份抗埋覆功能小单体、0.51份抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热待其溶解;
b.加引发剂:测定反应釜内温度,控制反应釜内温度在30℃,当温度稳定后,一次性加入2.15份质量百分比为27.5%工业级双氧水;
c.滴加小单体溶液:待5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;溶液B加入后,10分钟内开始滴加溶液A;溶液B由0.62份还原剂、1.35份链转移剂和100份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间4.5小时;溶液A由35份丙烯酸、1.74份磺酸基功能小单体、0.1份引气功能小单体和150份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间4小时;
d.熟化及后处理:滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化1小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入6份中和剂,补水到1000份,即得质量分数为40%的、酸醚比2.5的气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂。
其中,在本实施例中,润湿剂优选为质量比1:1的二羟基四甲基癸炔、任基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯的组合物,陶粒微珠优选质量比Ⅰ级:Ⅱ级=2:1的组合,纤维材料优选为质量比1:1的聚丙烯纤维、碳纤维的组合物,聚醚大单体优选为质量比2:1的1800分子量异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、1800分子量乙烯基丁基醚聚氧乙烯醚的组合物,抗埋覆功能小单体优选为质量比1:1的2-[2-羟基-5-[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)乙基]苯基]-2H-苯并三唑、4-二苯甲基苯乙烯的组合物,抗弯折功能小单体优选为质量比1:1的碳酸二稀丙酯、烯丙基醚的组合物,磺酸基功能小单体优选为质量比3:1的4-乙烯基氧基苯磺酸、N-甲基-1-乙烯磺酰胺的组合物,引气功能小单体优选N-(2-甲基-2-丙烯-1-基)-2,6-二硝基-N-丙基-4-(三氟甲基)苯胺,还原剂优选质量比1:2的一水葡萄糖、麦芽糖糊精的组合物,链转移剂优选巯基丙醇,中和剂优选三异丙醇胺。
实施例2
1)制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,由0.14份气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂、0.03份润湿剂和32份水组成;
2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,由22份水泥、45份陶粒微珠、0.33份镁质抗裂剂、0.2份气凝胶及0.3份纤维材料组成;
3)将溶液与混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆,总质量100份;
4)将保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
其中,气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂由以下步骤制备而成:
a.加入底料:将240份水加入到反应釜中,之后加入338份1800分子量聚醚大单体、7份抗埋覆功能小单体、1.8份抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热待其溶解;
b.加引发剂:测定反应釜内温度,控制反应釜内温度在35℃,当温度稳定后,一次性加入3.6份质量百分比为27.5%工业级双氧水;
c.滴加小单体溶液:待5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;溶液B加入后,10分钟内开始滴加溶液A;溶液B由1.1份还原剂、1.9份链转移剂和120份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间3.5小时;溶液A由38.3份丙烯酸、3份磺酸基功能小单体、0.4份引气功能小单体和130份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间3小时;
d.熟化及后处理:滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化1.5小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入8份中和剂,补水到1000份,即得质量分数为40%的、酸醚比2.8的气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂。
其中,在本实施例中,润湿剂优选为质量比2:1的磺化琥珀酸二异辛酯钠、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯的组合物,陶粒微珠优选质量比Ⅰ级:Ⅱ级=1:1的组合,纤维材料优选为质量比1:2的聚丙烯纤维、玄武岩纤维的组合物,聚醚大单体优选为1800分子量的乙烯基丁基醚聚氧乙烯醚,抗埋覆功能小单体优选为质量比1:1的2-[2-羟基-5-[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)乙基]苯基]-2H-苯并三唑、烯丙菊酯的组合物,抗弯折功能小单体优选为质量比1:2的二乙烯苯、碳酸二稀丙酯的组合物,磺酸基功能小单体优选为质量比2:1的4-乙烯基氧基苯磺酸、乙烯磺酸苯酯的组合物,引气功能小单体优选2-氟-1-(5-硝基-2-吡啶基)-2-丙烯-1-酮,还原剂优选质量比1:1的抗坏血酸与一水葡萄糖的组合物,链转移剂优选巯基丙酸,中和剂优选质量比1:4的氢氧化钠、三异丙醇胺的组合物。
实施例3
1)制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,由0.18份气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂、0.02份润湿剂和26.45份水组成;
2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,由30份水泥、42份陶粒微珠、0.45份镁质抗裂剂、0.4份气凝胶及0.5份纤维材料组成;
3)将溶液与混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆,总质量100份;
4)将保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
其中,气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂由以下步骤制备而成:
a.加入底料:将260份水加入到反应釜中,之后加入331.6份1800分子量聚醚大单体、7.25份抗埋覆功能小单体、2.6份抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热待其溶解;
b.加引发剂:测定反应釜内温度,控制反应釜内温度在37℃,当温度稳定后,一次性加入4.2份质量百分比为27.5%工业级双氧水;
c.滴加小单体溶液:待5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;溶液B加入后,10分钟内开始滴加溶液A;溶液B由1.4份还原剂、1.1份链转移剂和130份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间3小时;溶液A由39份丙烯酸、4.9份磺酸基功能小单体、0.5份引气功能小单体和120份水均匀混合而成,滴加时间2.5小时;
d.熟化及后处理:滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化1.6小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入11份中和剂,补水到1000份,即得质量分数为40%的、酸醚比2.9的气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂。
其中,在本实施例中,润湿剂优选为质量比3:1的蓖麻油丁二酸酯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚的组合物,陶粒微珠优选质量比Ⅰ级:Ⅱ级=1:2的组合,纤维材料优选为质量比2:1的聚丙烯腈纤维、碳纤维的组合物,聚醚大单体优选为1800分子量的甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚,抗埋覆功能小单体优选为4-二苯甲基苯乙烯,抗弯折功能小单体优选为烯丙基醚,磺酸基功能小单体优选为质量比1:1的4-乙烯基氧基苯磺酸、4-乙烯磺酰基苯甲酸的组合物,引气功能小单体优选2-氟-1-(4-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯-1-酮,还原剂优选麦芽糖糊精,链转移剂优选质量比1:1的巯基乙酸与巯基丙醇的组合物,中和剂优选质量比1:3的氢氧化钠、三乙醇胺的组合物。
实施例4
1)制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,由0.2份气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂、0.01份润湿剂和25份水组成;
2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,由33份水泥、40份陶粒微珠、0.6份镁质抗裂剂、0.5份气凝胶及0.69份纤维材料组成;
3)将溶液与混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆,总质量100份;
4)将保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
其中,气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂由以下步骤制备而成:
a.加入底料:将300份水加入到反应釜中,之后加入320份聚醚大单体、9.75份抗埋覆功能小单体、3.9份抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热待其溶解;
b.加引发剂:测定反应釜内温度,控制反应釜内温度在40℃,当温度稳定后,一次性加入5.55份质量百分数为27.5%工业级双氧水;
c.滴加小单体溶液:待5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;溶液B加入后,10分钟内开始滴加溶液A;溶液B由1.76份还原剂、2.6份链转移剂和150份水均匀混合而成,溶液B滴加2.5小时;溶液A由42.3份丙烯酸、5.57份磺酸基功能小单体、0.75份引气功能小单体和100份水均匀混合而成,溶液A滴加2小时;
d.熟化及后处理:滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化2小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入12.6份中和剂,补水到1000份,即得质量分数为40%的、酸醚比3.3的气凝胶砂浆专用聚羧酸减水剂。
其中,在本实施例中,润湿剂优选为质量比4:1的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸半酯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚的组合物,陶粒微珠优选质量比Ⅰ级:Ⅱ级=2:3的组合,纤维材料优选为质量比1:1的聚丙烯腈纤维、玄武岩纤维的组合物,聚醚大单体可优选为1800分子量的异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚,抗埋覆功能小单体优选为2-[2-羟基-5-[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)乙基]苯基]-2H-苯并三唑,抗弯折功能小单体优选为二乙烯苯,磺酸基功能小单体优选为4-乙烯基氧基苯磺酸,引气功能小单体优选2-氟-2,2-二硝基乙基丙烯酸酯,还原剂抗优选坏血酸,链转移剂优选巯基乙酸,中和剂优选质量比1:1的氢氧化钠、乙醇胺的组合物。

为更好的分析本发明所述技术方案,估提出与本发明所述技术方案相对的对比例技术方案,具体如下:
1)使用0.1份普通市售40%固含的聚羧酸减水剂、34份水组成;
2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,由18份水泥、47.3份细砂、0.1份气凝胶组成;
3)将溶液与混合料充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆,总质量100份;
4)将保温砂浆装入到双层泡沫铝饰面板模具夹层中,待养护后即可得到一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板。
按照相关标准分别测试对比例及上述实施例1-4的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板的导热系数以及抗压强度。导热系数测定按照GB/T 10294-2008《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定 防护热板法》进行检验;按照JGT360-2012《金属装饰保温板》进行强度检验。
按上述标准测试后得到如下实验数据,统计结果如下:

根据上表水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板性能实验结果,在同等条件下,实施例1-4组的保温隔热板的导热系数显著好于空白组和对比组,说明本发明的保温隔热板效果良好。对比抗拉强度和压缩强度,实施例1-4组的强度发展好于空白组和对比组,反映出了本发明的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板能有效提高强度,且本发明以水泥作为基体,具有较高的防火等级。
综上所述,该水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板导热系数低,强度高,防火性能优异。
如图1所示,采用上述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法制备的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板包括中空泡沫铝饰面板1及设置于泡沫铝饰面板中空部位的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热层2,使用锚固钉3穿透泡沫铝饰面板并紧固。
进一步的,所述泡沫铝饰面板的中空面存在齿状凸起。所述齿状凸起为平齿状或尖齿状,齿身为直线型或曲线型,横截面为矩形、梯形或三角形。所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热层由气凝胶、水泥、多孔陶粒、纤维、水及外加剂浇筑后硬化而成。
本发明为制备出水泥基气凝胶保温隔热复合材料,先从外加剂着手,首先,引入抗埋覆功能单体、抗弯折功能单体、磺酸基功能单体、引气功能基团接枝到聚羧酸减水剂分子,制备出抗吸附、亲水性好、引气能力强的气凝胶砂浆用减水剂;其次,引入润湿剂,提高砂浆体与陶粒微珠表面、泡沫铝饰面板内板面的粘合能力。
为提高保温隔热能力,以陶粒微珠作为轻集料,陶粒微珠为淤泥引气发泡烧结制得,内部气孔多,导热系数低,又能作为骨料提高基体强度;同时加入纤维材料进一步提高保温层抗压抗折强度,加入镁质抗裂剂预防水泥水化过程中出现微裂纹。
扩大了气凝胶的应用范围。本发明根据疏水性二氧化硅的微观结构特点及表面改性特性,针对性的进行功能基团的嫁接聚合,以获得符合使用需求的气凝胶砂浆。同时,本发明采用泡沫铝作为饰面板,利用泡沫铝板材密度小、高吸收冲击能力强、耐高温、防火性能强、抗腐蚀、隔音降噪、导热率低等特点,提高水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板的抗冲击能力,并获得一部分隔声吸能作用。经过以上调整,本发明制备的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板隔热保温性能好,抗冲击能力强,兼具有隔声吸音效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,其特征在于:所述保温隔热板制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液,所述气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液由专用聚羧酸减水剂、润湿剂和水组成;
(2)配制粉体-轻集料混合物,所述粉体-轻集料混合物由水泥、陶粒微珠、镁质抗裂剂、气凝胶及纤维材料组成;
(3)将所述气凝胶砂浆专用外加剂溶液与所述粉体-轻集料混合物充分搅拌混合,得到气凝胶保温砂浆;
(4)将所述气凝胶保温砂浆装入双层泡沫铝饰面板的夹层中,待养护后即可得到水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板;
按重量份计,所述专用聚羧酸减水剂按如下比例组成:
聚醚大单体320-349份、丙烯酸35-42.3份、抗埋覆功能小单体5.2-9份、抗弯折功能小单体0.51-3.9份、磺酸基功能小单体1.74-5.57份、引气功能单体0.1-0.75份、还原剂0.62-1.76份、链转移剂1.1-2.6份、质量分数27.5%的工业级双氧水2.15-5.55份、中和剂6-12.6份,余者为水,总质量为1000份,制备后成品质量分数为40%,酸醚比控制在2.5-3.3之内;
所述聚醚大单体为1800分子量的烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙烯基丁基醚聚氧乙烯醚的一种或几种组成;
所述抗埋覆功能小单体为3-苯甲酰基-1-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮、4-乙烯基联苯、2-[2-羟基-5-[2-(甲基丙烯酰氧)乙基]苯基]-2H-苯并三唑、2-硝基-3-乙烯基苯甲酸、6-氨基-2-甲氧基-3-乙烯基苯甲酸甲酯、烯丙菊酯、4-二苯甲基苯乙烯的一种或几种组成;

所述引气功能小单体为2-硝基丁-1-烯、2-硝基苯乙烯、3-硝基-3-丁烯-2-酮、氟乙烯醚、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯、3,3,4,4,4-五氟丁烯、六氟异丁烯、2-氟-2,2-二硝基乙基丙烯酸酯、2-氟-1-(4-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯-1-酮、2-氟-1-(5-硝基-2-吡啶基)-2-丙烯-1-酮、反式-2,3,4,5,6-五氟-β-硝基苯乙烯、N-(2-甲基-2-丙烯-1-基)-2,6-二硝基-N-丙基-4-(三氟甲基)苯胺的一种或几种组成;
所述还原剂为抗坏血酸、一水葡萄糖、麦芽糖糊精的一种或几种组成;
所述链转移剂为巯基乙酸、巯基丙酸、巯基乙醇、巯基丙醇的一种或几种组成;
所述中和剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、甲醇钠、乙醇钠、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的一种或几种组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,其特征在于:
按重量100份计,所述气凝胶保温砂浆按下比例组成:
专用聚羧酸减水剂0.1-0.2份、润湿剂0.01-0.03份、水泥18-33份、陶粒微珠40-47.3份、镁质抗裂剂0.27-0.6份、气凝胶0.1-0.5份、纤维材料0.2-0.69份、水25-34份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,其特征在于:所述专用聚羧酸减水剂按如下步骤制成:
(1)加入底料:将水加入到反应釜中,之后加入聚醚大单体、抗埋覆功能小单体、抗弯折功能小单体,搅拌加热使其溶解;
(2)加引发剂:测定反应釜内溶液温度,当反应釜内溶液温度稳定在30-40℃范围时,一次性加入质量分数为27.5%的工业级双氧水;
(3)滴加小单体溶液:静置5分钟后,依次开始滴加溶液B、溶液A;所述溶液B停止加入后,10分钟内开始滴加所述溶液A;
所述溶液B由还原剂、链转移剂和水均匀混合而成,所述溶液B滴加2.5-4.5小时;
所述溶液A由丙烯酸、磺酸基功能小单体、引气功能单体和水均匀混合而成,所述溶液A滴加2-4小时;
(4)熟化及后处理:所述溶液A滴加结束后,保持温度恒定,熟化1-2小时,待反应溶液温度低于30℃时,缓慢加入中和剂,补水后即得到所述专用聚羧酸减水剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为二羟基四甲基癸炔、磺化琥珀酸二异辛酯钠、蓖麻油丁二酸酯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸半酯磺酸钠、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠、2-乙基己醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、乙二醇单丁酯磷酸酯钠盐、任基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚的一种或几种组成;
所述水泥为P.O42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;
所述陶粒微珠为淤泥高温烧结制备成的多孔微珠,导热系数不高于0.2W/(m·K),微珠直径10-25mm为Ⅰ级,25-50mm为Ⅱ级,两个级配搭配使用,总气孔率20-40%;
所述气凝胶为二氧化硅气凝胶,导热系数不高于0.02W/(m·K);
所述纤维材料为聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、碳纤维、玄武岩纤维中的一种或几种组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板制备方法,所述双层泡沫铝饰面板为闭孔泡沫铝板,气孔直径2-7mm,气孔率不低于75%。
6.采用如权利要求1制备的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板,其特征在于:所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板包括中空泡沫铝饰面板及设置于泡沫铝饰面板中空部位的水泥基气凝胶保温隔热层,使用锚固钉穿透泡沫铝饰面板并紧固
所述泡沫铝饰面板的中空面存在齿状凸起;所述齿状凸起为平齿状或尖齿状,齿身为直线型或曲线型,横截面为矩形、梯形或三角形。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板,其特征在于:所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热层由气凝胶、水泥、多孔陶粒、纤维、水及外加剂浇筑后硬化而成。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板,其特征在于:所述水泥基气凝胶保温隔热板厚度不超过100mm。
