Abstract
本发明属于材料领域,具体涉及一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板及其制备方法。采用以下方法制成:a、将成品泡沫铝板平铺,将秸秆屑添加阻燃剂混合喷入粘合剂平铺在泡沫铝板上,在上面压上另一块泡沫铝板,制得夹芯板,b、将上述成型所得夹芯板间隔一定距离用铆钉铆固。本发明通过利用泡沫铝作为夹芯板的表层,发挥了泡沫铝的隔音、防火、保温、质轻的特点,增加了活动板房的强度,同时使用秸秆屑作为夹层,使秸秆得到很好地应用,在提供保温、防火、隔音效果的同时,降低了夹芯板的成本。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,具体涉及一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板及其制备方法。
背景技术
泡沫铝具有优异的物理性能、化学性能和力学性能以及可回收性,泡沫铝的这些优异性能使其在当今的材料领域具有广阔的应用前景。在现在的活动板房中,大多夹芯板使用铁板内部包裹泡沫材料,使用铁板材质较重而且容易生锈,而且隔音效果、保温效果较差,泡沫虽然质轻、隔音效果好,但是价格较高。而且,现在秸秆在农村的处理也成为一个难题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板及其制备方法,解决了现在活动板房板材的上述缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板,包括泡沫铝板和秸秆层,采用以下方法制成:a、将成品泡沫铝板平铺,将秸秆屑加入阻燃剂混合喷入粘合剂平铺在泡沫铝板上,在上面压上另一块泡沫铝板,制得夹芯板,b、将上述成型所得夹芯板间隔一定距离用铆钉铆固。
所述秸秆粉碎成颗粒径1-2mm,并添加3-5%的阻燃剂。
所述泡沫铝板和秸秆厚度均可调。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过实用泡沫铝作为夹芯板的表层,利用了泡沫铝的隔音、防火、保温、质轻、强度高的特点,增加了活动板房的强度,同时使用秸秆屑作为夹层,使秸秆得到很好地应用,减少秸秆焚烧造成的大气污染,在提供保温、隔音效果的同时,降低了夹芯板的成本。

具体实施方式
一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板,泡沫铝板1和秸秆层2,采用以下方法制成:a、将成品泡沫铝板平铺,将秸秆屑加阻燃剂混合喷入粘合剂平铺在泡沫铝板上,在上面压上另一块泡沫铝板,制得夹芯板,b、将上述成型所得夹芯板间隔一定距离用铆钉3铆固。
本发明所述秸秆屑是通过秸秆粉碎制得,秸秆屑颗粒径1-2mm,并添加3-5%的阻燃剂。阻燃剂可以使氢氧化镁、石棉等。
本发明所述泡沫铝板和秸秆厚度均可调。可以通过增加泡沫铝和秸秆的使用量来调节泡沫铝板和秸秆层的厚度。
Claims (4)
1.一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板,用泡沫铝板铆固秸秆层制成泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板,其特征在于,使用如下方法制备:a、将成品泡沫铝板平铺,将秸秆屑加入阻燃剂混合喷入粘合剂平铺在泡沫铝板上,在上面压上另一块泡沫铝板,制得夹芯板,b、将上述成型所得夹芯板间隔一定距离用铆钉铆固。
3.根据权利要求4所述的一种制作权利要求1所述的泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板的方法,其特征在于:所述秸秆粉碎成颗粒径1-2mm,并添加3-5%的阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫铝复合秸秆夹芯板,其特征在于:所述泡沫铝板和秸秆厚度均可调。
