Abstract
The invention provides a formula of a waterproof material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof material comprises cement, heavy calcium powder, silica micropowder, quartz sand, talcum powder, cellulose ether, a water reducing agent, bentonite, styrene-butadiene emulsion, acrylic emulsion, polyether polyol, color paste and a defoaming agent in parts by weight; sequentially adding cement, coarse whiting powder, silica micropowder, quartz sand, talcum powder and bentonite into a high-speed stirrer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture; adding the butylbenzene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing to form a second mixture; adding the second mixture into the first mixture, stirring uniformly, then sequentially adding the cellulose ether, the water reducing agent, the polyether polyol and the defoaming agent, and uniformly mixing to form a third mixture; and finally, adding color paste into the third mixture and uniformly stirring to obtain the waterproof material. The invention has good waterproof performance, is not easy to deform at high temperature, and increases the bonding strength by adding the butylbenzene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion.

Background
The waterproof material is the building envelope to prevent the penetration of rain, snow and groundwater. s1: weighing the materials in parts by weight;
s2: sequentially adding cement, coarse whiting powder, silica micropowder, quartz sand, talcum powder and bentonite into a high-speed stirrer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s3: adding the butylbenzene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing to form a second mixture;
s4: adding the second mixture into the first mixture, stirring uniformly, then sequentially adding the cellulose ether, the water reducing agent, the polyether polyol and the defoaming agent, and uniformly mixing to form a third mixture;
s5: and finally, adding color paste into the third mixture and uniformly stirring to obtain the waterproof material.
Preferably, the waterproof material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300 parts of cement, 70 parts of heavy calcium powder, 200 parts of silicon micropowder, 320 parts of quartz sand, 130 parts of talcum powder, 1 part of cellulose ether, 2 parts of water reducing agent, 6 parts of bentonite, 70 parts of butylbenzene emulsion, 70 parts of acrylic emulsion, 7 parts of polyether polyol, 2 parts of color paste and 4 parts of defoaming agent.
Preferably, the cellulose ether is soluble in water, dilute alkali solutions and organic solvents, and has thermoplasticity.
Preferably, the water reducing agent has a dispersing effect on cement particles, can improve the workability of the cement particles, reduces the unit water consumption and improves the fluidity of the mixture.
Preferably, the butylbenzene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion are waterproof modifiers.

3. The formulation of a water-proofing material and its preparation method according to claim 1, wherein said cellulose ether is soluble in water, dilute alkali solution and organic solvent, and has thermoplasticity.
4. The formulation of a waterproofing material and the method of making the same as claimed in claim 1 wherein the water reducing agent disperses the cement particles, improves workability, reduces water usage per unit, and improves fluidity of the mixture.
5. The formula of the waterproof material and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the styrene-butadiene emulsion and the acrylic emulsion are waterproof modifiers.
