The limiting element may be disposed at the second end 232, or may be disposed at a portion of the connecting shaft 23 between the first end 231 and the second end 232. In other embodiments, the elastic member 33 of the elastic expansion member 30 may be in a free state or a stretched state, and the slider 34 may be located on the connecting shaft 23 in the closed state.
In one embodiment, the box cover 20 has a rotating portion 22 rotatably connected to the box body 10, the earphone box further includes a rotating shaft, the rotating portion 22 is sleeved on the rotating shaft and rotatably connected to the rotating shaft, the connecting shaft is rotatably connected to the box body 10, and the connecting shaft 23 is disposed on the rotating portion 22. Specifically, lid 20 is including the portion of closing 21 that is used for closing box body 10, and the portion of closing 21 is connected with rotation portion 22, and the portion of closing 21 and connecting axle 23 locates the double-phase offside of rotation portion 22, and connecting axle 23 extends towards the direction that deviates from portion of closing 21 from rotation portion 22, and the extending direction of connecting axle 23 and the tangential direction of rotation portion 22 are roughly parallel to be set up, and when closing the lid state promptly, connecting axle 23 is vertical downwardly extending. Of course, in other embodiments, the connecting shaft 23 may be connected to a portion of the covering portion 21 close to the rotating portion 22. In addition, the extending direction of the connecting shaft 23 and the tangential direction of the rotating portion 22 may be inclined, that is, the connecting shaft 23 is gradually inclined toward the side of the rotating portion 22 close to the elastic extensible member 30 in the extending direction away from the opening in the closed state.
In one embodiment, the rotating portion 22 is located in the receiving cavity 13. Specifically, the lid portion 21 has the connection section 211, the connection section 211 is connected with the rotation portion 22, and the connection section 211 is connected to the side of the rotation portion 22 that deviates from the elastic expansion piece 30, so under the state of closing the lid, when the surface of the connection section 211 that deviates from and accepts the cavity 13 is roughly level with the surface of the box body 10, can guarantee that the rotation portion 22 is located and accept the cavity 13, even the lid 20 rotates, also can guarantee that the rotation portion 22 is located and accept the cavity 13 all the time, can avoid the rotation portion 22 to bulge out in the surface of earphone box, thereby avoid the rotation portion 22 to be worn out or even damaged.
In one embodiment, the first connecting member 31 has a mounting hole (not shown) extending in a direction perpendicular to the rotational axis of the first connecting member 31, and the elastic member 33 is disposed in the mounting hole. Specifically, the first connecting member 31 is of a sleeve structure, the mounting hole is disposed through at least one end of the first connecting member 31 away from the connecting portion 121, and the elastic member 33 is at least partially located in the mounting hole. That is, the elastic member 33 can be completely disposed in the mounting hole, and the second connecting member 32 can be partially extended into the mounting hole to be slidably connected with the first connecting member 31. Or the elastic member 33 is partially exposed out of the mounting hole, and the second connecting member 32 is connected to the portion of the elastic member 33 exposed out of the mounting hole. When the elastic member 33 is compressed, the elastic member 33 is disposed in the mounting hole, so that the elastic member 33 can be prevented from being bent and deformed sideways by providing a good guide function for the compression deformation of the elastic member 33. Wherein, the mounting hole can be the blind hole setting, perhaps the mounting hole also can be the through-hole setting that both ends link up etc.. In addition, in other embodiments, a mounting hole may be provided on the second connector 32. Or the first connecting piece 31 and the second connecting piece 32 are both provided with mounting holes, two ends of the elastic piece 33 are respectively arranged in the mounting holes, and the first connecting piece 31 is slidably connected in the mounting hole of the second connecting piece 32, or the second connecting piece 32 is slidably mounted in the mounting hole of the first connecting piece 31.
In one embodiment, the second connecting member 32 is rod-shaped and extends into the mounting hole, and the elastic member 33 is a spring and is sleeved on the second connecting member 32. Specifically, an end of the second connecting member 32 away from the slider 34 extends into the mounting hole, and an end connected to the slider 34 is exposed outside the mounting hole. The second connecting piece 32 comprises a limiting end part and a guide rod connected to the limiting end part, the limiting end part is rotatably connected with the sliding block 34, the guide rod is sleeved with the elastic piece 33, the elastic piece abuts against the limiting end part, and the limiting end part is arranged at an interval with the first connecting piece 31. And the length of the guide rod extending into the mounting hole is smaller than that of the mounting hole, so that the guide rod can have enough movement space along the axial direction of the mounting hole. With this arrangement, the elastic member 33 can be further guided by the compression deformation thereof, and the elastic member 33 can be prevented from being bent and deformed sideways. Of course, in other embodiments, the elastic member 33 may be a spring or a rubber member.
In one embodiment, the number of the elastic expansion members 30 is plural, a plurality of the elastic expansion members 30 are arranged along the rotation axis of the box cover 20, and each of the elastic expansion members 30 is rotatably connected to the sliding block 34. Specifically, the elastic expansion members 30 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the sliding block 34, and the rotation axes of the first connecting members 31 are overlapped and parallel to the first axis. The rotation axes of the second connecting members 32 are coincident with each other and are parallel to the first axis. Through setting up a plurality of elastic expansion pieces 30, can increase the pretightning force to lid 20 when closing lid state or uncapping state, can further reduce lid 20 and rotate or by mistake and open the condition when closing lid state to and reduce lid 20 and rotate or by mistake and touch and close the condition of box body 10 when uncapping the state by oneself. In one embodiment, the number of the elastic expansion members 30 is even, for example, the number of the elastic expansion members 30 is two, and two elastic expansion members 30 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the sliding block 34. So can make the both sides opposite side atress of slider 34 even, can improve the sliding effect of slider 34. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of resilient telescoping members 30 may be four, six or more, etc. In addition, the number of the elastic expansion members 30 may be odd. In addition, in some embodiments, a plurality of connecting shafts 23 may be further disposed on the box cover 20, and each connecting shaft 23 is correspondingly provided with one or more elastic expansion members 30, and the like.
In one embodiment, the box body 10 is provided with a first magnetic member (not shown), the box cover 20 is provided with a second magnetic member (not shown), and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically connected in a closed state. Wherein, the quantity of the piece can be a plurality of to first magnetism, and a plurality of first magnetism is inhaled the piece and is arranged along the circumference of box body 10, and each first magnetism is inhaled the piece and all is equipped with a second magnetism and inhale the piece, so can improve the magnetism effect of inhaling lid 20.

Claims (8)

1. An earphone box, comprising:
a box body;
the box cover is rotatably connected with the box body so as to have an opening state of opening relative to the box body and a closing state of closing the box body; and the number of the first and second groups,
one end of the elastic expansion piece is rotatably connected with the box body, and the other end of the elastic expansion piece is movably connected with the box cover;
when the box cover is switched between the opening state and the closing state, the elastic expansion piece can move relative to the box cover so as to enable the elastic expansion piece to be compressed, and in the opening state, the elastic expansion piece is in a compressed state so as to enable the box cover to have a tendency of being kept open;
the box cover is provided with a connecting shaft, and the elastic telescopic piece is connected with the connecting shaft in a sliding manner;
the elastic telescopic piece comprises a sliding block in sliding connection with the connecting shaft;
the connecting shaft is provided with a first end part, a second end part and a limiting part arranged between the first end part and the second end part, the first end part is connected with the box cover, and the sliding block is arranged between the limiting part and the second end part;
and in the cover closing state, the sliding block is abutted to the limiting part, and the elastic expansion part is in a compressed state, so that the box cover has a tendency of keeping the cover closing the box body.

The earphone box of claim 1, wherein the elastic expansion element further comprises a first connecting element, a second connecting element and an elastic element, the elastic element is connected with the first connecting element and the second connecting element respectively, the first connecting element is rotatably connected with the box body, and the second connecting element is rotatably connected with the sliding block.
3. The earphone box of claim 2, wherein the first connector has a mounting hole extending in a direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the first connector, and the elastic member is disposed in the mounting hole.
4. The earphone box of claim 3, wherein the second connector is rod-shaped and extends into the mounting hole, and the elastic member is a spring and is sleeved on the second connector.
5. The earphone box of claim 2, wherein the number of the elastic expansion members is plural, the plural elastic expansion members are arranged along the rotation axis of the box cover, and each elastic expansion member is rotatably connected to the sliding block.
6. The earphone box of claim 1, wherein the box body comprises a box body and a mounting portion arranged on the box body, the box body is formed with a containing cavity, the mounting portion covers an opening of the containing cavity, and the mounting portion is provided with an earphone slot; the box cover is rotationally connected with the box body; the elastic expansion piece is located in the containing cavity and connected with the mounting part.

The earphone box according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the box body has an opening, the box cover covers the opening, the box body further has a first side wall and a second side wall opposite to the first side wall, the second side wall is rotatably connected to the box cover, the elastic expansion member has a first connection end rotatably connected to the box body, and a second connection end connected to the box cover, the first connection end is located between the second connection end and the first side wall, and the first connection end is close to the opening opposite to the second connection end.

Earphone box according to anyone of claims 1 to 6, wherein the box body is provided with a first magnetic attraction member, the box cover is provided with a second magnetic attraction member, and the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are magnetically connected in the closed state.
