As shown in fig. 7, when the case 1 is provided with the mounting chamber 13, the abutment edge 12 is located at a corner between the end of the mounting groove 11 and the mounting chamber 13.
The earphone box further comprises a box cover (not shown in the figure), the box cover can be covered above the box body 1 (namely, the box cover is positioned on one side of the box body 1 facing the upper end face 14), and an installation space for accommodating the head 22 of the earphone 2 is further formed in the box cover, when the box cover is covered above the box body 1, the installation space can accommodate the part of the head 22 extending out of the upper end face 14 of the box body 1, the installation groove 11 can be communicated with the installation space, or the installation groove 11, the installation cavity 13 and the installation space are sequentially communicated, so that the earphone 2 is completely wrapped in the earphone box, and the earphone 2 can be stably positioned in the box body 1 and protected.
In this embodiment, the specific shape of the installation space is not limited, for example, the installation space can be set to be matched with the part of the head 22 extending out of the upper end face 14 of the case 1, when the upper cover is covered above the case 1, the shape of the installation space is matched with the shape of the part of the head 22, the movement of the earphone 2 can be limited by the installation space and the installation groove 11 from two ends, and the earphone 2 can be ensured to be stably positioned in the earphone case; or the upper cover can be abutted with the head 22 on the inner wall of the installation space after being covered with the box body 1, so as to ensure that the earphone 2 can be stably positioned in the earphone box; alternatively, a magnetic structure may be disposed in the mounting groove 11, and the earphone 2 may be stably located in the earphone box through the magnetic structure.
Specifically, the setting mode of the box cover is not limited, the box cover can be connected with the box body 1 in a hinged mode, a pivot connection mode and the like, and also can be connected through a chain rope, namely, the box cover is separated from the top end of the box body 1, and the box cover and the box body are connected through the chain rope so as to prevent the loss condition. When the box cover is pivotally connected with the box body 1, the opening direction of the box cover is not limited, so that after the box cover is opened, a user can push the head 22 of the earphone 2 to slide out along the mounting groove 11 through pushing the head 22 of the earphone 2, and the box cover cannot interfere with the sliding of the earphone 2 and cannot influence the pushing operation of the earphone 2 by the user.
When the box body 1 is provided with the installation cavity 13 (as shown in fig. 7), after the box body 1 is matched with the box cover, the handle part 21 of the earphone 2 is positioned in the installation groove 11, the head part 22 is partially positioned in the installation space, the head part 22 of the earphone 2 is positioned in the installation cavity 13, the height of the head part 22 extending out of the end face of the box body 1 is smaller, at the moment, the height of the installation space arranged on the box cover can be properly reduced, the volume of the box cover can be correspondingly reduced, and when the box body 1 is not provided with the installation cavity 13 (as shown in fig. 5), namely, the box body 1 is only provided with the installation groove 11 for accommodating the handle part 21, and at the moment, after the box body 1 is matched with the box cover, the head part 22 of the earphone 2 is wholly positioned in the installation space.
And when the box body 1 is provided with the installation cavity 13, the space between the side wall of the installation cavity 13 and the outer wall of the box body 1 can form an accommodating space for accommodating connecting wires, electric elements and the like, the earphone box can also charge the earphone 2, and a storage battery can be usually placed in the box body 1, and after the earphone 2 is placed in the box body 1, the storage battery in the box body 1 can charge the earphone 2, so when the box body 1 is provided with the installation cavity 13, the volume of the box body 1 can be increased, but the volume of a box cover can also be correspondingly reduced, the whole volume of the earphone box is unchanged, meanwhile, the accommodating space in the box body 1 can also be increased, the placing space provided for the storage battery is larger, the storage battery is more beneficial to improving the storage capacity, and the cruising ability of the earphone 2 is further ensured.
When this box body 1 can charge to place its inside earphone 2, the inner wall of mounting groove 11 can be provided with first contact, and the stalk portion 21 outer wall of earphone 2 can be provided with the second contact, when place behind the stalk portion 21 of earphone 2 in mounting groove 11, first contact can be with the contact of second contact to charge earphone 2 through the battery of box body 1 built-in. Specifically, the first contact member and the second contact member are not limited, and one may be a contact head, and the other may be an annular contact surface arranged in the circumferential direction.
The height of the bottom end of the installation groove 11 is not lower than the height of the position of the circle center O, in detail, as shown in fig. 8, the installation groove 11 and the circle center O are both located on the same side of the upper end face 14 of the box body 1, the distance between the bottom end of the installation groove 11 and the upper end face 14 of the box body 1 is a first distance L1, the distance between the circle center O and the upper end face 14 of the box body 1 is a second distance L2, the first distance L1 is not greater than the second distance L2, that is, L1 is less than or equal to L2, that is, the installation groove 11 is located above the circle center O entirely, that is, the installation groove 11 is located on the side of the circle center O close to the upper end face 14 entirely, the included angle between the tangential direction of the circular arc-shaped movement track at the opening end of the installation groove 11 and the upper end face 14 is smaller, at this moment, under the same thrust Fx, the component force F1 of the Fx in the tangential direction will be greater, which is more favorable for driving the stem 22 of the earphone 2 to slide out along the installation groove 11. Also, when it is desired to replace the earphone 2 in the case 1, it is convenient to enable the handle 21 to smoothly slide into the mounting groove 11.
The central angle alpha (shown in fig. 8) of the circular arc-shaped movement track meets the requirement that alpha is more than or equal to 1.5 degrees, specifically, the length of the circular arc-shaped movement track can be set according to the length of the handle part 21 of the earphone 2 (the length of the mounting groove 11), the radius length of the circular arc-shaped movement track can also be set according to the central angle alpha and the length of the mounting groove 11, the central angle alpha is set to be more than or equal to 1.5 degrees, and is preferably not less than 3 degrees (namely, alpha is more than or equal to 3 degrees), so that when the earphone 2 is taken out of the box body 1, the component force of the thrust in the tangential direction is larger, the smoothness of pushing the earphone 2 out of the mounting groove 11 is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (20)

1. An earphone box of an earphone assembly comprises an earphone (2) and an earphone box; the earphone (2) comprises a handle (21) and a head (22);
the earphone box is characterized by comprising a box body (1), wherein the box body (1) is provided with a containing part, and the containing part is used for containing the handle part (21);
the handle (21) can slide into or out of the accommodating part along a circular arc-shaped movement track relative to the accommodating part, and when the handle (21) is positioned in the accommodating part, at least part of the head (22) extends out of the box body (1);
the box body (1) is provided with a mounting groove (11), the inner space of the mounting groove (11) forms the accommodating part, the mounting groove (11) is an arc-shaped groove, the handle (21) is in an arc-shaped structure and is matched with the arc-shaped groove, and the handle (21) can slide along the mounting groove (11).
2. Earphone box of earphone assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a magnetic attraction structure is provided in the mounting groove (11), by means of which the earphone (2) is located in the earphone box.
3. Earphone box of earphone assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a battery is placed in the box (1), and that after the earphone (2) is placed in the box (1), the battery in the box (1) can charge the earphone (2).

A headset box of a headset assembly according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the open end of the mounting groove (11) forms an abutment edge (12) towards one side of the centre (O) of the circular arc-shaped movement trajectory, which abutment edge (12) is provided with a chamfer structure.
5. An earphone assembly, characterized by comprising an earphone (2) and an earphone box;
the earphone (2) comprises a handle (21) and a head (22);
the earphone box comprises a box body (1), wherein the box body (1) is provided with a mounting groove (11), the inner space of the mounting groove (11) forms a containing part, and the containing part is used for containing the handle part (21);
the handle (21) is slidable into or out of the housing relative to the housing, and when the handle (21) is located in the housing, at least part of the head (22) protrudes out of the cartridge (1).

Earphone assembly according to claim 5, wherein the handle (21) is capable of sliding into or out of the housing along a circular arc movement path relative to the housing, the mounting groove (11) is a circular arc groove, and the handle (21) is in a circular arc structure and is adapted to the circular arc groove.
7. Earphone assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the unilateral gap between the inner wall of the mounting groove (11) and the outer wall of the handle (21) is 0-0.1mm.
8. Earphone assembly according to claim 7, characterized in that the unilateral gap between the inner wall of the mounting groove (11) and the outer wall of the handle (21) is 0.025mm-0.05mm.
9. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the open end of the mounting groove (11) forms an abutment edge (12) towards one side of the centre (O) of the circular arc-shaped movement trajectory, which abutment edge (12) is provided with a chamfer structure.
10. Earphone assembly according to claim 9, wherein the chamfer radius (R) of the chamfer structure is not more than 0.1mm.
11. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, wherein at least part of the head (22) protrudes out of the upper end face (14) of the case (1) when the handle (21) is located in the receptacle.
12. Earphone assembly according to claim 11, characterized in that the bottom end of the mounting groove (11) is higher than the centre (O) of the circular arc-shaped movement track.
13. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the central angle (a) of the circular arc-shaped movement track is not less than 1.5 °.
14. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the box (1) is further provided with a mounting cavity (13), the mounting cavity (13) is in communication with the receiving portion, a part of the head (22) of the earphone (2) can be located in the mounting cavity (13), and a part of the head (22) extends out of the mounting cavity (13).
15. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, further comprising a cover which can be closed over the case (1), the cover being provided with a mounting space which can accommodate a portion of the head (22) extending out of the case (1) when the cover is closed over the case (1).
16. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, wherein the earpiece of the head (22) is arranged towards one side of the centre (O) of the circular arc-shaped trajectory.
17. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the mounting groove (11) and the cross-sectional shape of the handle (21) are of mutually adapted circular, oval or triangular configuration.
18. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 6-8, characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the mounting groove (11) and the cross-sectional shape of the shank (21) are different, the mounting groove (11) is provided with two first mating surfaces, one first mating surface being the side facing the centre of a circle (O) of the circular arc-shaped movement path and the other first mating surface being the side facing away from the centre of a circle (O), the shank (21) is provided with two second mating surfaces, which mate with the two first mating surfaces, respectively.
19. A headset assembly according to any of claims 5-8, characterized in that a magnetic attraction structure is provided in the mounting groove (11), by means of which the headset (2) is located in the headset box.
20. Earphone assembly according to any of claims 5-8, characterized in that a battery is placed in the case (1), and that the battery in the case (1) is able to charge the earphone (2) after the earphone (2) is placed in the case (1).
