Claims (10)

1. An earphone assembly, characterized by comprising an earphone (2) and an earphone box;
the headset (2) comprises a handle (21) and a head (22);
the earphone box comprises a box body (1), wherein the box body (1) is provided with a containing part, and the containing part is used for containing the handle part (21);
the handle part (21) can slide relative to the accommodating part along a circular arc-shaped motion track to the inside or the outside of the accommodating part, and when the handle part (21) is positioned in the accommodating part, at least part of the head part (22) extends out of the box body (1).

The earphone assembly according to claim 1, wherein the box body (1) is provided with a mounting groove (11), the inner space of the mounting groove (11) forms the accommodating part, the mounting groove (11) is a circular arc groove with a smooth inner wall, the handle part (21) is in a circular arc structure and is matched with the circular arc groove, and the handle part (21) can slide along the axis of the mounting groove (11).
3. The earphone assembly according to claim 2 wherein the unilateral gap between the inner wall of the mounting groove (11) and the outer wall of the handle (21) is 0-0.1 mm.
4. The earphone assembly according to claim 3, wherein the unilateral gap between the inner wall of the mounting groove (11) and the outer wall of the handle (21) is 0.025mm-0.05 mm.

The earphone assembly according to any of claims 2-4, wherein the open end of the mounting groove (11) forms an abutting edge (12) towards one side of the center (O) of the circular arc motion trajectory, the abutting edge (12) is provided with a chamfer structure and the chamfer radius (R) is not more than 0.1 mm.

The earphone assembly according to any of claims 2-5, characterized in that when the handle (21) is located in the receiving portion, at least a portion of the head (22) protrudes from the upper end surface (14) of the case (1), and the height of the bottom end of the mounting groove (11) is higher than the height of the center (O) of the circular arc motion track.
7. The earphone assembly according to any of claims 1-6 wherein the circular arc shaped motion trajectory has a central angle (α) not less than 1.5 °.

The earphone assembly according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the case (1) further defines a mounting cavity (13), the mounting cavity (13) is communicated with the accommodating portion, a part of the head (22) of the earphone (2) can be located in the mounting cavity (13), and a part of the head (22) extends out of the mounting cavity (13).
9. An earphone assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a cover adapted to fit over the case (1), the cover having a mounting space adapted to receive the portion of the head (22) extending out of the case (1) when the cover is fitted over the case (1).
10. The earphone assembly according to any of claims 1-9 wherein the earpiece of the head (22) is disposed towards one side of the centre (O) of the circular arc shaped trajectory.
