The invention provides an earphone charging box which is used for solving the technical problems that in the prior art, the earphone charging box cannot be used for combining the stability of an upper cover and a lower cover and the cover opening force is small.
In the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the earphone charging box comprises an upper cover 1, a lower cover 2, a first elastic component 3, a second elastic component 4 and a toggle switch 5, wherein a cover buckle 11 is arranged on the upper cover 1, the lower cover 2 is used for correspondingly covering the upper cover 1, the first elastic component 3 and the second elastic component 4 are both connected with the lower cover 2, the first elastic component 3 can be clamped with the cover buckle 11, when the second elastic component 4 stretches and contracts, the intersection point of the stretching path of the first elastic component 3 and the path of the cover buckle 11 along with the covering of the upper cover 1 is passed, the cover buckle 11 can push the second elastic component 4 to avoid the stretching path of the first elastic component 3, the toggle switch 5 is connected with the lower cover 2, and the sliding toggle switch 5 can drive the first elastic component 3 to avoid the stretching path of the second elastic component 4.
When the upper cover 1 is covered, the cover buckle 11 pushes the second elastic component 4 to elastically shrink or elastically stretch so as to avoid the telescopic path of the first elastic component 3, so that the first elastic component 3 moves to be clamped with the cover buckle 11 under the action of self elasticity;
when the cover is opened, the toggle switch 5 drives the first elastic component 3 to elastically shrink or elastically stretch so as to avoid the telescopic path of the second elastic component 4, so that the second elastic component 4 moves onto the telescopic path of the first elastic component 3 under the action of self elasticity, and the cover buckle 11 is separated from the first elastic component 3 so as to realize the cover opening.
According to the technical scheme, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are correspondingly covered to accommodate the earphone and charge the earphone; the upper cover 1 is provided with the cover buckle 11, the first elastic component 3 and the second elastic component 4 are connected to the lower cover 2, when the second elastic component 4 stretches, the first elastic component 3 and the second elastic component 4 pass through the intersection point of the stretching path of the first elastic component 3 and the path of the cover buckle 11 along with the upper cover 1, so that the first elastic component 3 can not move to the path of the cover buckle 11 along with the upper cover 1, the cover buckle 11 can smoothly move when being covered with the upper cover 1, the first elastic component 3 can be prevented from blocking the cover buckle 11 on the moving path of the cover buckle 11, the upper cover 1 can be normally covered with the lower cover 2, in addition, a user can push the second elastic component 4 to avoid the stretching path of the first elastic component 3 through the cover buckle 11, so that the first elastic component 3 can move to the moving path of the cover buckle 11 along the stretching path of the second elastic component to meet the cover buckle 11 and be clamped with the cover buckle 11, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are clamped together, and therefore, the user can overcome the elastic force of the second elastic component 4 when the user covers the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2, and the second elastic component 4 can not be actually arranged according to the requirement; the toggle switch 5 is connected in lower cover 2, the user can drive the flexible route that first elastic component 3 dodged second elastic component 4 through sliding toggle switch 5, so that second elastic component 4 can move to the position that blocks first elastic component 3's flexible route along its flexible route, cover buckle 11 can separate with first elastic component 3 simultaneously, in order to guarantee that upper cover 1 and lower cover 2 can uncap smoothly, in this process, the user only needs to overcome first elastic component 3's elastic force, and first elastic component 3's elastic force also can set up by oneself according to actual demand, and can not influence and close the lid, consequently, this embodiment has realized uncapping force and has closed the mutual influence of lid force, can compromise simultaneously and close lid stability and reduce uncapping force, promote user experience.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a specific process of closing and opening the lid is as follows:
when closing the cover, a user pushes the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 to close, and the cover buckle 11 arranged on the upper cover 1 is close to the lower cover 2 and pushes the second elastic component 4 so as to enable the second elastic component 4 to avoid the telescopic path of the first elastic component 3, so that the first elastic component 3 can move to the moving path of the cover buckle 11 and be clamped with the cover buckle 11, and the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are closed;
when uncapping, the user slides the toggle switch 5 to drive the first elastic component 3 through the toggle switch 5 and avoid the flexible route of letting out the second elastic component 4, make the second elastic component 4 move to the motion route that blocks the first elastic component 3 again, simultaneously the first elastic component 3 can be taken away from the lid knot 11 by the toggle switch 5, make the separation of first elastic component 3 and lid knot 11, realize uncapping.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first elastic component 3 includes a locking rod 31 and a first elastic member 32, the locking rod 31 is slidably connected to the lower cover 2, the locking rod 31 can be clamped with the cover buckle 11 and connected to the toggle switch 5, the first elastic member 32 is disposed on the locking rod 31, and the first elastic member 32 can drive the locking rod 31 to slide so as to be clamped with the cover buckle 11. The locking rod 31 is used for being clamped with the cover buckle 11, the first elastic piece 32 is used for driving the locking rod 31 to move to a movement path of the cover buckle 11, so that the locking rod 31 is clamped with the cover buckle 11, the structure is simple, the large space is not occupied, and the size of the earphone charging box is reduced; the locking rod 31 is slidably connected to the lower cover 2, so that the stability of the movement of the locking rod 31 can be improved, and the locking rod 31 is prevented from avoiding the cover buckle 11 and being unable to be clamped with the cover buckle 11.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the locking rod 31 includes a clamping portion 311 and a guiding portion 312, the clamping portion 311 is slidably disposed on the lower cover 2 and connected to the toggle switch 5, the guiding portion 312 is connected to the clamping portion 311, the guiding portion 312 is sleeved with the first elastic member 32, two ends of the first elastic member 32 respectively abut against the lower cover 2 and the clamping portion 311, and the first elastic member 32 can drive the clamping portion 311 to be clamped with the cover buckle 11. The clamping portion 311 is used for clamping with the cover buckle 11, and the guiding portion 312 is used for guiding the first elastic member 32, so as to ensure that the first elastic member 32 drives the clamping portion 311 to stably slide, and prevent the first elastic member 32 from being skewed or separating from the guiding portion 312.
