Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tray capable of storing articles, and more particularly, to a laminated tray capable of being used by vertically stacking a plurality of trays.
Background
Conventionally, there are various types of trays for storing various articles including foods, tools, plants, stationery, books, and the like. Among such trays, a stacked tray which can be used by being arranged to be stacked vertically is useful in that a large number of articles can be accommodated in a limited space.
However, a conventional laminated tray such as an aluminum tray for food has a problem that the storage property is poor when not in use because the overall height is not different from that when in use even in a stacked state when not in use. Therefore, a laminated tray in which the height of the laminate is changed between when the tray is used and when the tray is not used has also been proposed.
For example, the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1 can be used by being arranged in a vertically stacked manner in a state of being housed in a cold box for fishing, and the laminated height can be changed between the use and non-use. Specifically, although the stacked tray can secure a storage space between the upper and lower trays when in use and can store fish such as squid in a stacked manner in a sorted state in the refrigerator, the stacked tray can be stored in a recessed manner in the storage space of the lower tray when not in use, thereby achieving a lower stacking height than when in use.
Non-patent document
Disclosure of Invention
However, in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1, since the housing space (in use) between the upper and lower trays can be secured only when the upper and lower trays are stacked and arranged in a state of being opposite to each other in the left-right direction by rotating the upper and lower trays by 180 degrees relative to each other (as a result, the upper and lower trays are arranged in a manner of being different from each other in the left-right direction), and the tray stacked on the upper side can be housed in the housing space of the lower tray in an embedded manner (in unused (housed) by being stacked and arranged in the left-right direction in the same direction without rotating the upper and lower trays relative to each other, the orientation of the tray has to be changed (opposite to each other) every time the tray is shifted from the use state to the unused state or from the unused state to the use state, and handling workability (workability) is poor.
Further, the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1 is configured by attaching resin members to the left and right sides of a stainless steel tray body, and therefore, a gap is formed in the attached portion, foreign matter or the like enters the gap and is likely to accumulate, and sufficient cleaning is difficult (and odor is likely to accumulate). Further, since stainless steel is used, the entire weight is heavy and the cost is high.
Further, not limited to the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1, a general metal tray made of stainless steel, aluminum, or the like may be subjected to attention so as to prevent a scratch or a ridge from being damaged due to the presence of a burr or a ridge which may be generated by a processing state, and when the tray is stored in a storage body made of resin such as a cold box and used, the burr or the ridge may damage the storage body.
In addition, in the conventional laminated trays used for storing articles to be stored together with ice or water, such as fresh food or plants, there are laminated trays having drain holes for draining water, but in such laminated trays, water in the tray stacked on the upper side is generally directly drained into the storage space of the tray on the lower side through the drain holes, and there is a possibility that the water is not drained to the outside and remains in the tray. In this connection, in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1, although water can be discharged to the outside through the drain holes, the water of the tray stacked on the upper side may be discharged to the housing space of the tray on the lower side depending on the position where the drain holes are provided, and it may not be said that the water is sufficiently discharged to the outside.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a laminated tray which is relatively easy to transit between a use state and a storage state, has excellent handling properties (workability), can ensure good drainage to the outside, is less likely to accumulate foreign matters, is easy to clean, has excellent safety, is lightweight, and is inexpensive.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a tray for storing articles, which is a stacked tray in which a plurality of trays are stacked up and down, the tray including: a main body defining an accommodation space through the side wall and the bottom plate; and a state switching unit which is provided at both ends of the main body and is capable of switching between a use state in which the trays are stacked vertically to secure the storage space between the trays and a storage state in which the trays are stacked vertically to fit each other so as to fill the storage space, the state switching unit including: a plate mounted on the body portion and movable between a protruding position corresponding to a use state and a retracted position corresponding to a storage state; and a support structure for supporting the plate at the protruding position of the other tray stacked on the upper side to secure the receiving space with the tray stacked on the upper side, wherein the plate is supported by the support structure of the other tray stacked on the lower side at the protruding position to secure the receiving space with the other tray stacked on the lower side to be in a use state, and the plate does not interfere with the support structure of the other tray stacked on the lower side at the retracted position to form a receiving state in which the main body is fitted into the receiving space of the other tray stacked on the lower side.
According to the laminated tray having the above configuration, since the use state and the storage state having different laminated heights can be switched between the both ends of the main body by simply moving the plates of the state switching portion between the projected position and the retracted position, it is not necessary to change the orientation of the tray every time the state is switched as in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1, and handling workability (workability) is good.
In the above configuration, the laminated tray is preferably integrally molded with a resin. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid a gap caused by the assembly of metal and resin as in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1, and thus it is possible to avoid the intrusion and accumulation of foreign matter and the like in such a gap. Further, if the portion where dirt is likely to accumulate can be removed in this way, cleaning becomes easy, and sufficient cleaning can be performed to prevent accumulation of foreign matter and the like (thereby preventing accumulation of odor). Further, since the entire tray is formed of resin, the entire weight is light and inexpensive. Further, since no sharp metal burrs or edges are present, the laminated tray is excellent in safety and the container for containing the laminated tray is not damaged.
In addition, in the above structure, the plate may further slide or rotate with respect to the body portion between the protruding position and the retracted position. Thus, the user can move the plate between the projected position and the retracted position with one hand. In this case, it is preferable to position the plate with respect to the main body at the projecting position and the retracted position, thereby preventing the use state and the storage state from being inadvertently switched. In addition, it is also preferable that the plate is positioned and fixed to the support structure in a state of being supported by the support structure of another tray stacked on the lower side at the projecting position. Thus, the protruding position of the plate can be stably maintained, and the use state of the tray can be stably maintained.
In the above configuration, the plate may be moved between the projecting position and the retracted position in a state of being attached to the main body, but the plate may be detachably attached to the main body, and the plate may be attached to the main body at the projecting position only when the tray is stacked up and down to secure the housing space. In such a configuration, when the trays are stacked up and down and the trays are housed in such a manner that the housing space is filled, the plate may be detached from the main body or may be attached to the main body again at the housing position after the detachment. Thus, if the plate is detachable with respect to the main body, the plate can be cleaned independently, and the plate can be easily replaced.
In the above configuration, the state switching portion may be formed integrally with the main body portion, or may be detachably attached to the main body portion. The aforementioned operational advantages of the present invention can be obtained by attaching the state switching unit to an existing tray that does not include the state switching unit, if the state switching unit is detachably attached to the main body unit. Further, if the state switching portion is detachable from the main body portion in this way, even if the state switching portion as the movable portion deteriorates and malfunctions, the state switching portion can be replaced with a new state switching portion.
In the above configuration, the support structure preferably defines a drainage space outside the housing space and has a drainage hole leading to the drainage space. This ensures good drainage to the outside. In particular, in this case, it is preferable that the plate has a drain opening that is overlapped so as to communicate with the drain hole of the support structure of another tray stacked on the lower side at the protruding position. Accordingly, when the trays are stacked up and down to ensure the use state of the accommodating space, the drainage of the utilization plate can be realized. In addition, it is preferable that the plate has a water receiving surface facing the drain space at the projecting position, and the water receiving surface has a guide groove for guiding the received water to the drain opening. Accordingly, the water can be positively guided to the drain space by ensuring the drain flow path from the plate to the drain space, and therefore, efficient and effective drainage can be achieved.
In addition, in the water discharge structure of the state switching portion, the main body preferably has a through hole in the bottom plate, and the through hole is capable of discharging water from the housing space to the water receiving surface of the plate located at the projecting position. Accordingly, the water accumulated in the housing space can be guided to the drainage structure of the state switching portion (the drainage space of the support structure through the drainage opening of the plate) through the through hole, and more excellent drainage from the housing space to the outside can be ensured. In this case, the main body preferably has a guide groove in the bottom plate for guiding the water in the housing space to the through hole. Accordingly, water in the housing space can be positively guided to the through hole, and the drainage effect can be improved.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the main body has a partition rib abutting against a side wall of another tray so that a part of the side wall protrudes from the storage space of the other tray stacked on the lower side in the stored state. In this way, in the storage state of the trays in which the trays are fitted to each other, a part of the side wall can be projected from the storage space of the other tray stacked on the lower side by the partition rib (that is, the upper ends of the side walls of the trays overlapped in the fitting state are separated from each other in the vertical direction), and when the trays are switched from the storage state to the use state, the operation of grasping the upper end portions of the side walls of the trays projected from the stacked body of the tray in the fitting state and separating the trays one by one is facilitated, and the switching from the storage state to the use state can be performed quickly.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the plate has a finger hooking hole for hooking a finger for moving the plate from the retracted position to the projected position. This makes it possible to easily move the plate from the retracted position to the projected position with the fingers. In addition, the finger button hanging hole can have a drainage function at the moment. This can further improve the drainage capability of the tray. In the finger hold hanging hole, it is preferable that the drainage space of the support structure also serves as a space into which a hand of a user who handles the laminated tray can reach the finger hold hanging hole. If such an access space is provided, since the finger holder can be easily hung on the finger holder hanging hole, and the drainage space also serves as such an access space, the access space can be secured by effectively utilizing the existing space, and convenience can be improved without enlarging the tray.
According to the present invention, a laminated tray can be obtained which is relatively easy to transit between a use state and a storage state, has excellent handling (workability), ensures good drainage to the outside, is less likely to accumulate foreign matters, is easy to clean, has excellent safety, is lightweight, and is inexpensive.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the laminated tray according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
In the following embodiments, the laminated tray is described as a tray for storing fish such as squid which can be arranged in a stacked state in a refrigerator, but the laminated tray of the present invention is not limited to such an application, and may be used for storing various articles such as food, tools, plants, stationery, books, and the like in a stacked state.
Fig. 1 to 6 show a 1 st embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a stacked tray 1 of the present embodiment is arranged to be stacked vertically, and has a main body 10 forming a substantially rectangular container which defines a storage space S inside by 2 opposed short side walls 10a, 2 opposed long side walls 10b, and 1 bottom plate 10c connecting these 4 side walls 10a, 10b, in this case, upper ends of the side walls 10a, 10b are formed with flange portions 17 projecting outwardly in an L-shaped bent manner, and state switching portions 20 are provided at both ends (the side of the short side wall 10 a) in a longitudinal direction of the main body 10 so as to be able to switch between a use state (the state of fig. 5) in which the tray 1 is stacked vertically and a storage state (the state of fig. 4) in which the tray 1 is fitted to each other so that the tray 1 is fittable to fill the storage space S between the tray 1 and the tray 1 in the stacked state (the state of fig. 4) in which the tray 1 is stacked vertically.
The state switching unit 20 includes: a plate 30 mounted on the main body 10 and movable between a projecting position (a position shown by a chain line in fig. 1; a position shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the use state and a retracted position (a position shown by a solid line in fig. 1; a position shown in fig. 4) corresponding to the storage state; and a support structure 40 for supporting the plate 30 positioned at the protruding position of the other tray 1 stacked on the upper side, thereby ensuring a storage space S (see fig. 5) with the tray 1 stacked on the upper side. In this case, the support structure 40 and the main body 10 are integrally formed by a resin, and examples of the resin forming the main body 10 and the support structure 40 include Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), and the like.
The support structures 40 constituting the state switching part 20 are formed as L-shaped protrusions extending from the bottom plate 10C of the main body 10 toward the upper side, and extending along the shorter side wall 10a with a predetermined gap C therebetween, in such a manner that both longitudinal ends in the housing space S are adjacent to the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10, and specifically, each of these support structures 40 has an upper surface 40a extending from the shorter side wall 10a side of the main body 10 toward the housing space S with a predetermined width, 2 1 st side surfaces 40b extending from the bottom plate 10C of the main body 10 with a predetermined height and facing the longer side wall 10b, and 2 nd side surfaces 40C connecting these 1 st side surfaces 40b to each other and extending substantially parallel to the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10, thereby defining a drainage space F (see fig. 1 and 5) outside the housing space S, and defining a drainage space F (see fig. 1 and 5), and a drainage space F (a drainage tray) for drainage structure in which a drainage space F is formed by a pair of drainage holes, which open to the inside the housing space F, and a drainage tray 40 is formed by a drainage structure which is formed by a pair of drainage hole F, and a drainage structure which is formed by a drainage hole for drainage tray 40 which is formed in the longitudinal direction of the drainage hole (see fig. 1).
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the plate 30 constituting the state switching portion 20 is detachably attached to the back surface 10cb (see fig. 1) of the main body portion 10 on the opposite side to the side facing the housing space S of the bottom plate 10c, and is formed as a rotating plate that rotates relative to the main body portion 10 between the protruding position and the retracted position. Specifically, the rotating plate 30 is rotatable between a protruding position and a retracted position around a pair of hinge portions 50 provided on the back surface 10cb of the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10, and is supported by the upper surface 40a of the support structure 40 of the other tray 1 stacked on the lower side in the tray stacked state at the protruding position shown by the chain line in fig. 1 and fig. 5, thereby forming the use state (see fig. 5) in which the storage space S is secured between the other tray 1 stacked on the lower side, and is drawn into the tray without interfering with the support structure 40 of the other tray 1 stacked on the lower side at the retracted position shown by the solid line in fig. 1 and fig. 4, so that the storage state (see fig. 4) in which the storage space S of the other tray 1 stacked on the lower side is fitted into the storage space S of the other tray 1 stacked on the lower side is formed. The rotating plate 30 is made of nylon, polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), or the like. As clearly shown in fig. 3, the rotating plate 30 includes: a pair of locking portions 50a rotatably locked to the hinge portion 50; and end edges on both sides.
The state switching unit 20 further includes a positioning means for positioning the plate 30 with respect to the main body 10 at the projecting position and the retracted position. In the present embodiment, such a positioning unit is realized by fitting a protrusion to an opening. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the positioning means for positioning the plate 30 with respect to the main body 10 at the projecting position is constituted by a pair of projections 49, 49 and engagement holes 43, and when the plate 30 is at the projecting position shown by the chain line in fig. 1, the projections 49, 49 are engaged with the engagement holes 43, 43 and the plate 30 is positioned at the projecting position, the pair of projections 49, 49 are provided on the back surface 10cb of the bottom plate 10c via the drainage space F in the vicinity of the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10, and the engagement holes 43, 43 are provided on both sides of the plate 30 in the longitudinal direction so as to be detachable from the projections 49, 49. On the other hand, the positioning means for positioning the plate 30 with respect to the main body 10 at the retracted position is constituted by a projection 47 and a pair of engagement holes 45, and when the plate 30 is at the retracted position shown by a solid line in fig. 1, the projections 47, 47 are engaged with the engagement holes 45, 45 and the plate 30 is positioned at the retracted position, the projection 47 is provided on the back surface 10cb of the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10 away from the projections 49, 49 toward the inside in the tray longitudinal direction, and the pair of engagement holes 45, 45 is provided on the plate 30 away from the engagement holes 43, 43 toward the inside in the plate longitudinal direction so as to be engaged with the projections 47, 47 so as to be able to be engaged with each other.
The plate 30 has a drain opening that is overlapped so as to communicate with the drain hole 42 of the support structure 40 of another tray 1 stacked on the lower side at the protruding position. In the present embodiment, the drain opening is formed by the fitting holes 45, 45. That is, the engagement holes 45, which are disengaged from the protrusions 47, 47 at the protruding position of the plate 30, function as drainage openings.
In addition, the plate 30 is opposed to the drainage space F of the support structure 40 from below at the protruding position as shown in fig. 1 and 5, and the surface facing the drainage space F is formed as a water receiving surface 39 (see fig. 3). In particular, in the present embodiment, the water receiving surface 39 is formed as a recessed guide groove that guides the received water to the engagement holes 45, 45 as the drain openings.
In the present embodiment, the main body 10 has a through hole 19 in the bottom plate 10c, and the through hole can drain water from the housing space S to the water receiving surface 39 of the plate 30 located at the protruding position (see fig. 1 and 2). In particular, in the present embodiment, the through holes 19 are provided at the four corners of the bottom plate 10 c. The main body 10 has a guide groove on the bottom plate 10c, which guides the water in the housing space S to the 4 through holes 19. In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the guide grooves are provided on a surface 10ca of the bottom plate 10c facing the housing space S, and include: 2 1 st guide grooves 11a extending in a crossing manner at substantially the center of the substantially rectangular bottom plate 10 c; and 2 nd guide grooves 11b extending along the 2 longer side walls 10b of the main body 10 in the vicinity of the longer side walls 10b and connected to the 2 1 st guide grooves 11a, respectively. At this time, both ends of the 2 nd guide groove 11b are connected to the through hole 19.
When a plurality of laminated trays 1 having the above-described structure are stacked one on top of another and used, the rotating plates 30 of the state switching portions 20 on both sides of each laminated tray 1 to be stacked are rotated to the protruding positions, and each rotating plate 30 is placed on the upper surface 40a of the support structure 40 of another adjacent and lower laminated tray 1 and supported thereby. Thereby, the housing space S is held (secured) between the stacked trays 1 and is used (see fig. 5). Fig. 6 shows an example of such a use state. In this example, 5 laminated trays 1 are arranged in a laminated state in the heat-insulating box 70, and the squid 72 can be stored in each storage space S in an organized state together with ice 73 and the like.
In this use state, the water in the storage space S of each of the laminated trays 1 is guided to the through holes 19 by the guide grooves 11a and 11b, and flows from the through holes 19 to the water receiving surface 39 of the rotating plate 30 through the gap between the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10 and the rotating plate 30. The water received by the water receiving surface 39 then flows into the engagement holes 45, 45 serving as drain openings, and flows through the drain holes 42 of the support structures 40 of the other laminated tray 1 stacked on the lower side and aligned with the engagement holes 45, 45 to flow into the drain space F of the other laminated tray 1. The water falling into the drain space F is directly discharged to the outside, or flows to another drain space F located further downward through the fitting holes 45 and the drain hole 42 in this order, and is finally discharged to the outside.
On the other hand, when the stacked type trays 1 are not used and stored in a stacked state, the rotating plates 30 of the state switching portions 20 on both sides of each stacked type tray 1 are rotated to the retracted position, and the main body portion 10 is positioned so as to fit into the storage space S of the other stacked type tray 1 stacked therebelow. This allows the stack to be stored at a lower stack height than the use shown in fig. 4.
As described above, according to the laminated tray 1 of the present embodiment, the use state and the storage state can be switched between only by moving the rotating plates 30 of the state switching portion 20 between the projecting position and the retracted position at both ends of the main body portion 10, and therefore, it is not necessary to change the orientation of the tray every time the state is switched as in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1 described above, and the handling workability (workability) is good.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the laminated tray 1 is integrally molded with a resin, it is possible to avoid a gap caused by the assembly of a metal and a resin as in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1 described above, and it is possible to avoid the entry and accumulation of foreign matter and the like in such a gap. In the present embodiment, the tray 1 may be formed of a colored transparent resin, for example, a slightly cyan (of course, not limited to cyan, but may be any color) transparent resin, so that the presence of the stored substance in the storage space S closed in the tray-stacked state can be visually observed from the outside. Such a transparent resin is excellent in appearance and the like and is effective when a tray is used for storing squid, for example. This point is also the same in embodiment 2 described later.
In the present embodiment, since the laminated tray 1 is rotated relative to the main body 10 between the protruding position and the retracted position, the movement of the plate 30 between the protruding position and the retracted position can be performed by one hand. In addition, at this time, since the plate 30 is positioned with respect to the main body 10 at the projecting position and the retracted position, it is possible to prevent the use state and the storage state from being inadvertently switched.
In the present embodiment, the support structure 40 defines the drainage space F outside the housing space S and has the drainage hole 42 leading to the drainage space, and the plate 30 has the drainage opening 45 overlapping with the drainage hole 42 of the support structure 40 of another tray stacked on the lower side so as to communicate with the drainage hole at the protruding position, so that good drainage to the outside can be ensured.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the main body portion 10 includes the guide grooves 11a and 11b and the through hole 19 in the bottom plate 10c, which are capable of discharging water from the housing space S to the water receiving surface 39 of the plate 30 at the protruding position, the water in the housing space S can be guided to the water discharge structure of the state switching portion 20 through the through hole 19, and more excellent water discharge from the housing space S to the outside can be ensured.
Fig. 7 to 16 show a 2 nd embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, a stacked tray 1A of the present embodiment is also stacked vertically, and has a main body 10 forming a substantially rectangular container defining a storage space S inside by 2 opposed short side walls 10a, 2 opposed long side walls 10b, and 1 bottom plate 10c connecting these 4 side walls 10a, 10b, and in this case, a flange portion 17 protruding outward in an L-shaped bent manner is formed at an upper end of each of the side walls 10a, 10b, and a state switching portion 20 is provided at each of both ends (the side walls 10a side) in a longitudinal direction of the main body 10, the state switching portion being capable of switching between a use state (the state of fig. 15) in which the trays 1A are stacked vertically and a storage space S is secured between the trays 1A, 1A and a storage state (the state of fig. 15) in which the trays 1A are stacked vertically and the trays 1A are capable of being fitted to each other in the storage space S.
The state switching unit 20 includes: a plate 30A attached to the main body 10 and movable between a projected position (position shown in fig. 14 and 15) corresponding to the use state and a retracted position (position shown in fig. 13) corresponding to the storage state; and a support structure 40 for supporting the plate 30A at the protruding position of the other tray 1A stacked on the upper side, thereby ensuring a storage space S (see fig. 15) with the tray 1A stacked on the upper side. In this case, the support structure 40 and the main body 10 are integrally formed by a resin, and examples of the resin forming the main body 10 and the support structure 40 include Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), and the like.
As in the case of the above-described embodiment 1, the support structures 40 constituting the state switching portion 20 are formed as protrusions having L-shaped cross sections extending from the bottom plate 10C of the main body 10 so as to stand upward in the housing space S, adjacent to the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10 at both longitudinal ends thereof, and extend along the shorter side wall 10a with a predetermined gap C therebetween, and specifically, each of the support structures 40 has an upper surface 40a extending from the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10 toward the housing space S by a predetermined width, 2 first side surfaces 40b extending from the bottom plate 10C of the main body 10 so as to stand upward by a predetermined height and facing the longer side wall 10b, and a 2 nd side surface 40C connecting the first side surfaces 40b to each other and extending from the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10, whereby the housing space S is defined at the outside thereof, the portion facing the shorter side wall 10a of the main body 10 is excluded, and the portion facing the drain space F is formed so as to be recessed in the drain space F in the longitudinal direction, and the drain space S is formed by a pair of the upper surface 40a pair of the drain tray 40a recessed in the longitudinal direction, and the drain space F is formed so as to expose the drain space F, and the drain space is formed so as to be recessed in the upper surface F, and the drain space S.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the plate 30A constituting the state switching portion 20 is detachably attached to the back surface 10cb (see fig. 13 and 14) of the main body portion 10 on the opposite side to the side facing the housing space S of the bottom plate 10c, and is formed as a slide plate that slides with respect to the main body portion 10 between the projected position and the retracted position. Specifically, the slide plate 30A is moved along the long side wall 10b of the main body 10 by a slide mechanism including: a plate positioning portion (positioning means) 82 which is fixedly attached to the inside of the back surface 10cb of the bottom plate 10c of the main body portion 10 and which mainly performs positioning of the plate; a hook-shaped plate guide 98 fixedly attached to the outside of the back surface 10cb of the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10 to guide the sliding movement of the slide plate 30A and to prevent the slide plate 30A from falling off the main body 10; and a pair of elastic locking pieces 93, 93 formed on the slide plate 30A.
At this time, the board positioning portion 82 provided in the main body portion 10 is formed by a pair of parallel guide rails 82A, and as clearly shown in fig. 9, since the central portion 82A protrudes inward, wide regions 83, 83 are formed at both end portions of these guide rails 82A, and a narrow region 84 is formed at the central portion. On the other hand, a pair of elastic locking pieces 93, 93 provided on the slide plate 30A is formed by providing 3 adjacent parallel and elongated openings 92, 96 on the slide plate 30. Specifically, a pair of parallel and opposing elastic locking pieces 93, 93 are formed between the outer 2 openings 92, 92 and the inner 1 opening 96 so as to divide the openings 92, 96 from each other, and the elastic locking pieces 93, 93 are elastically deformable so as to approach each other toward the inner side due to the presence of the inner opening 96. At this time, a locking projection 93a projecting inward is provided at the center of the elastic locking pieces 93, 93.
In such a slide mechanism, the slide plate 30A is attached to the plate positioning portion 82 so that the guide rails 82A, 82A of the main body portion 10 are fitted into the 2 openings 92, 92 on the outer side of the slide plate 30A, and the end portion of the slide plate 30A is engaged with the hook-shaped plate guide portion 98. In this fitted state, although the locking projections 93a of the elastic locking pieces 93, 93 of the sliding plate 30A are elastically deformed inward by receiving the pressing forces from the guide rails 82A, 82A toward the inside in the narrow width region 84 at the center of the guide rails 82A, the pressing forces from the guide rails 82A, 82A are released and restored to the parallel shape in the wide width regions 83 at both ends of the guide rails 82A, 82A. Therefore, when the slide plate 30A is slid toward the inside in the longitudinal direction of the main body 10 while both sides thereof are guided by the hook-shaped plate guide portions 98, the locking projections 93a are locked to the stepped portions of the guide rails 82A, 82A that do not receive the pressing force from the guide rails 82A, 82A at the timing when the pair of locking projections 93a are positioned at the stepped portions, the slide plate 30A is positioned at the retracted position (see fig. 13), and the stepped portions of the guide rails 82A, 82A are positioned in the boundary region between the narrow width region 84 and the wide width region 83 on the inside in the sliding direction. On the other hand, when the slide plate 30A slides outward in the longitudinal direction of the main body 10, the locking projections 93a are locked to the step portions of the guide rails 82A, 82A that do not receive the pressing force from the guide rails 82A, 82A at the timing when the pair of locking projections 93a are positioned at the step portions, the slide plate 30A is positioned at the projecting position (see fig. 14), and the step portions of the guide rails 82A, 82A are positioned in the boundary region between the narrow width region 84 and the wide width region 83 outward in the sliding direction.
In the projected position shown in fig. 14, the slide plate 30A is supported by the upper surface 40A of the support structure 40 of the other pallet 1A stacked on the lower side in the pallet stacking state, thereby forming the used state (see fig. 15) in which the storage space S is secured between the slide plate and the other pallet 1A stacked on the lower side, and in the retracted position shown in fig. 13, the slide plate is drawn into the inside of the pallet without interfering with the support structure 40 of the other pallet 1A stacked on the lower side, thereby forming the stored state (see fig. 16) in which the main body 10 is fitted in the storage space S of the other pallet 1A stacked on the lower side. The slide plate 30A is made of nylon, polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), or the like.
The state switching unit 20 further includes a fixing means for fixing the slide plate 30A supported by the support structure 40 at the projecting position to the support structure 40. Such a fixing means is constituted by the pair of projections 44, 44 and the 2 openings 92, 92 on the outer side of the slide plate 30A, the pair of projections 44, 44 are provided on the upper surface 40A of the support structure 40, and the 2 openings 92, 92 constitute the aforementioned slide mechanism which is detachably fitted to these projections 44, 44. That is, in the tray stacked state, the slide plate 30A at the projecting position of the stacked tray 1A is fitted to the projections 44 and 44 of the support structure 40 of the other stacked tray 1A positioned adjacent to and below the upper surface 40A of the support structure 40, and the 2 openings 92 and 92 are fitted to the projections 44 and 44 of the support structure 40.
The main body 10 of the laminated tray 1A according to the present embodiment includes a partition rib 81 (see fig. 16) which is in contact with the side walls 10a and 10b of the other tray 1A (that is, the upper ends of the side walls 10a and 10b of the trays 1A and 1A which are overlapped in the vertically fitted state are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction) so that a part of the side walls 10a and 10b protrudes from the housing space S of the other tray 1A stacked on the lower side in the housed state (see fig. 15 and 16).
As shown in fig. 11 and 12 in particular, the sliding plate 30A includes: a pair of drain openings 45A that overlap at the protruding position so as to communicate with the drain holes 42 of the support structures 40 of the other trays 1A stacked on the lower side; and a finger hooking hole 45B for hooking a finger for moving the slide plate 30A from the retracted position to the projected position. At this time, the pair of drain openings 45A are provided so as to be positioned on both sides of the elastic locking pieces 93, 93 constituting the slide mechanism, respectively, and the finger hold holes 45B are also provided as drain holes between the drain openings 45A and the openings 92 constituting the outside of the slide mechanism. In the present embodiment, the drainage space F inside the support structure 40 also serves as an access space for allowing the hand of the user handling the laminated tray 1A to access the finger hold holes 45B. That is, the user can easily catch the finger on the finger catch hole 45B through the drainage space F. The portion of the slide plate 30A where the finger hold hanging hole 45B is formed is reinforced by a reinforcing portion 94 (see fig. 11).
Further, similarly to the pivot plate 30 of embodiment 1 described above, the slide plate 30A of the present embodiment is also opposed to the drainage space F of the support structure 40 from below at the projecting position thereof as shown in fig. 15, and the surface facing the drainage space F is formed as a water receiving surface. In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the water receiving surface is composed of a 1 st water receiving surface 39A and a 2 nd water receiving surface 39B, the 1 st water receiving surface 39A guides the received water to the drain opening 45A, and the 2 nd water receiving surface 39B guides the water that does not flow into the drain opening 45A to the finger hold hole 45B as the drain hole. At this time, the 1 st water receiving surface 39A is formed as a recessed guide groove, and the 2 nd water receiving surface 39B is formed as a recessed guide groove by the aforementioned reinforcement part 94.
In the present embodiment, the main body 10 has the 1 st and 2 nd through holes 19A and 19B in the bottom plate 10c, and is capable of discharging water from the housing space S to the water receiving surfaces 39A and 39B of the slide plate 30A located at the projecting position. In particular, in the present embodiment, the 1 st through holes 19A are provided adjacent to the support structure 40 at substantially four corners of the bottom plate 10c, respectively, and the 2 nd through holes 19B are provided adjacent to the longer side walls 10B at substantially four corners of the bottom plate 10c, respectively.
The main body 10 has a guide groove in the bottom plate 10c for guiding the water in the housing space S to the 1 st and 2 nd through holes 19A and 19B. In particular, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the guide grooves are provided on a surface 10ca of the bottom plate 10c facing the housing space S, and include: a main guide groove 11c extending substantially parallel to the longer side wall 10b at a substantially central portion of the substantially rectangular bottom plate 10 c; and branch guide grooves 11d extending obliquely from both ends of the main guide groove 11c so as to branch toward the 2 nd through holes 19B at the four corners. At this time, although the end of the branch guide groove 11d is connected to the 2 nd through hole 19B, it is preferably inclined downward from the main guide groove 11c side toward the 2 nd through hole 19B so as to promote drainage to the 2 nd through hole 19B.
When a plurality of laminated trays 1A having the above-described structure are stacked one on top of another and used, the slide plates 30A of the state switching portions 20 on both sides of each laminated tray 1A to be stacked are slid to the projected positions, and each slide plate 30A is placed on and supported by the upper surface 40A of the support structure 40 of another adjacent and lower laminated tray 1A. Thus, the housing space S is held (secured) between the stacked trays 1A and is used (see fig. 15).
In this usage state, the water in the storage space S of each laminated tray 1A is guided to the 2 nd through hole 19B through the guide grooves 11c and 11d, or guided to the 1 st through hole 19A without passing through the guide grooves 11c and 11d or after passing through. Then, the water flowing into the through holes 19A and 19B flows from the through holes 19A and 19B to the 1 st water receiving surface 39A of the slide plate 30A through the gap between the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10 and the slide plate 30A.
A part of the water received by the 1 st water receiving surface 39A flows into the drain openings 45A, passes through the drain holes 42, 42 of the support structure 40 of the other laminated tray 1A stacked on the lower side and aligned with the drain openings 45A, and flows down into the drain space F of the other laminated tray 1. The water that has fallen into the drain space F is directly discharged to the outside, or flows sequentially toward the other drain space F located further downward through the drain openings 45A, 45A and the drain holes 42, 42 to be finally discharged to the outside, or otherwise flows into the finger hold hanging hole 45B as a drain hole.
On the other hand, the water that has not flowed into the drain openings 45A, although received by the 1 st water receiving surface 39A, flows into the finger-hold holes 45B as drain holes through the 2 nd water receiving surface 39B, and then flows into the housing space S of the other stacked layer-type tray 1A stacked on the lower side through the gap between the upper surface 40A of the support structure 40 of the other stacked layer-type tray 1A stacked on the lower side and the slide plate 30A. Then, as described above, the water flows in from the through holes 19A and 19B through the gap between the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10 and the sliding plate 30A, flows again onto the 1 st water receiving surface 39A of the sliding plate 30A, and flows along the flow path described above. In any case, the final water flows to the lower drain space F through the drain openings 45A, 45A and the drain holes 42, 42 in this order and is discharged to the outside.
When the stacked trays 1A are not used and stored in a stacked state, the slide plates 30A of the state switching portions 20 on both sides of each stacked tray 1A are slid to the retracted position, and the main body 10 is positioned so as to fit into the storage space S of another stacked tray 1A stacked on the lower side, as in the case of embodiment 1. This allows the stack to be stored at a lower stack height than the use shown in fig. 16.
As described above, according to the laminated tray 1A of the present embodiment, since the use state and the storage state having different laminated heights can be switched between the use state and the storage state by simply moving the plates 30A of the state switching portion 20 between the projected position and the retracted position at both ends of the main body portion 10, it is not necessary to change the orientation of the tray every time the state is switched as in the laminated tray disclosed in the above-described non-patent document 1, and the handling workability (workability) is good.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the laminated tray 1A is integrally molded with a resin, it is possible to avoid occurrence of a gap due to the assembly of a metal and a resin as in the laminated tray disclosed in non-patent document 1 described above, and it is possible to avoid intrusion and accumulation of foreign matter or the like in such a gap.
In the present embodiment, since the laminated tray 1A slides with respect to the main body 10 between the projected position and the retracted position, the plate 30A can be moved between the projected position and the retracted position by one hand. In addition, at this time, since the plate 30A is positioned with respect to the main body 10 at the projecting position and the retracted position, it is possible to prevent the use state and the storage state from being inadvertently switched. In addition, in the present embodiment, the plate 30A is positioned and fixed to the support structure 40 in a state of being supported by the support structure 40 of the other tray 1A stacked on the lower side at the protruding position. This can stably maintain the projecting position of the plate 30A, and can stably maintain the use state of the tray 1A.
In the present embodiment, the support structure 40 defines the drainage space F outside the housing space S and has the drainage hole 42 leading to the drainage space, and the plate 30A has the drainage opening 45A overlapping with the drainage hole 42 of the support structure 40 of the other tray 1A stacked on the lower side so as to communicate with the drainage hole at the protruding position, so that good drainage to the outside can be ensured.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the main body 10 includes the guide grooves 11c and 11d and the through holes 19A and 19B in the bottom plate 10c, which are capable of discharging water from the housing space S to the water receiving surfaces 39A and 39B of the plate 30A at the projecting position, the water in the housing space S can be guided to the water discharge structure of the state switching portion 20 through the through holes 19A and 19B, and more excellent water discharge from the housing space S to the outside can be ensured.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the main body portion has the partition rib 81 abutting against the side walls 10a and 10b of the other tray 1A so that a part of the side walls 10a and 10b protrudes from the housing space S of the other tray 1A stacked on the lower side in the housed state, and so that a part of the side walls 10a and 10b protrudes from the housing space S of the other tray 1A stacked on the lower side by the partition rib 81 in the tray housed state in which the trays 1A and 1A are fitted to each other, when the tray 1A is switched from the housed state to the used state, the work of grasping the upper end portions of the side walls 10a and 10b of the tray 1A protruding from the stacked body of the tray 1A in the fitted state and separating the tray 1A one by one becomes easy, and the switching from the housed state to the used state can be performed quickly.
In the present embodiment, since the plate 30A has the finger hooking hole 45B for hooking the finger that moves the plate 30A from the retracted position to the projected position, the plate 30A can be easily moved from the retracted position to the projected position with the finger. In addition, since the finger hold hanging holes 45B also serve as drain holes at this time, the drainage capability of the tray 1A can be further improved. In this connection, since the drainage space F of the support structure 40 also serves as a space that the hand of the user who handles the laminated tray 1A can reach the finger-hold hanging hole 45B, the finger-hold hanging hole 45B can be easily hung with the finger-hold, and the drainage space F also serves as such a space, the space that is already present can be effectively utilized to secure the space that is reached, and convenience can be improved without increasing the size of the tray 1A.
In the above-described embodiment 1 and the present embodiment, the water in the housing space S of the main body 10 is received by the receiving surface 39 (or 39A, 39B) of the plate 30 (or 30A) other than the main body 10 and discharged to the outside. That is, the plate 30 (or 30A) ensures a separate drainage path outside the main body 10 to ensure smooth drainage. In contrast, in non-patent document 1, since the water in the storage space inside the tray is discharged to the outside by contacting the main body of the other tray stacked on the lower side through the drain hole of the tray, there is a possibility that the water flows into the storage space of the other tray stacked on the lower side again and remains. In this regard, it can be said that the drainage structure (drainage unit) of the present invention is more excellent than non-patent document 1.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the rotating plate 30 and the sliding plate 30A are provided on the bottom plate 10c of the main body 10, but these plates 30 and 30A may be provided on the upper side of the main body 10. In addition, although such a plate may be moved between the projecting position and the retracted position in a state of being attached to the main body as described above, the plate may be detachably attached to the main body, and the plate may be attached to the main body at the projecting position only when the tray is stacked up and down to secure the housing space.
In addition, other components may be added to the above-described embodiments. For example, a bottom plate made of stainless steel, aluminum, or the like may be disposed on the surface of the bottom plate of the main body. If such a metal bottom plate is provided, the cooling effect is improved and the cooling is facilitated. In the above-described embodiment, the depth (height) dimension, the width, and the length dimension of the main body are fixed, but these dimensions may be adjusted according to a sliding structure or the like. In the above-described embodiment, the state switching portion (excluding the plate) and the main body portion are integrally formed, but the state switching portion may be integrally and detachably attached to the main body portion. In this case, it is more preferable if the state switching portion is attached to the main body portion by a method such as bolt fixing or fitting using a bolt, so that it can cope with a change in the stack storage height, replacement when damaged, or the like.
