【従来の技術】
従来、この種の収納トレイとしては、キャビネットの底板に固定された支持レールに、バーを骨格状に組み立てて形成されたフレーム体を前後方向スライド自在に取り付け、このフレーム体に架設されるようにした合成樹脂の一体成形品があった。（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の収納トレイのうち、前者のフレーム体を介してキャビネットに取り付けられるものは、合成樹脂で一体成形されているので、収納トレイ自体はコスト低廉に製造できるが、キャビネットに引出し／収納可能に取り付けるためには、別途、支持レールにスライド自在に取り付けられるフレーム体を準備しなくてはならず、全体の構成が複雑化し、かつ、その製造コストも嵩むという問題点があった。また、この収納トレイは、小物の収納を目的としたものであり、大きな物や重量の重いものを収納することができないという問題点があった。さらに収納トレイを支持したフレーム体は、キャビネットの底板に固定された支持レールにスライド可能に係合しているが、この係合部分が覆われていないので、埃が堆積して固着したり、異物を噛み込んだりするおそれがあり、円滑な引出し／収納操作が妨げられるという問題点もあった。

また、後者の引出し状のものは、キャビネットの内壁面に取り付けられたレールに係合支持させるために、その側面にこのレールと摺動あるい転動可能に係合する部材を設けなくてはならず、合成樹脂で一体成形することが困難であると共に、その構成も複雑になるという問題点があった。また、側面で支持されているため、耐荷重力が小さく、重量物の収納に適さないという問題点もあった。さらに、流し台のように間口の広いキャビネットの場合、その全幅方向にわたって設けることは困難であり、一部に設けようとしても、片側のレールを固定するための隔壁などの構造物を別途、設けなくてはならず、構造が複雑になると共に、この構造物によりキャビネット内の収納容積も減少するという新たな問題点を生じた。また、この収納トレイもレールとの係合部が外部に露呈しているため、ここに埃が溜まったり、化粧料や洗剤などの薬品類が付着するおそれがあり、これらが固着すると円滑な引出し／収納操作が妨げられるおそれがあった。

上記の課題を解決するために、本発明のうち、請求項１記載の発明は、洗面化粧台や流し台のキャビネット内に引出し／収納可能に設けられる収納トレイを、側壁が山形の二重壁状に合成樹脂で一体成形されたものとし、この側壁内にスライドレール機構のローラを設けると共に、この側壁の上端面に、金属杆を屈曲してなるガード部材を取り付けるための挿着穴を複数列状に設け、かつ、この挿着穴と前記ローラとの間には、使用しないガード部材を収納保管する収納部を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示した実施の形態に基づき詳細に説明する。

【発明の効果】
