By adopting the mounting plate 205 to divide the space in the housing 200 into two parts, the light emitted by the early warning indicator lamp 208 and the steering warning lamp 207 can be emitted from the corresponding light-emitting region, and the light from the other light-emitting region can be isolated, thereby avoiding the light from interfering and further improving the driving safety.
In this embodiment, the light signal emitted by the warning indicator 208 may be emitted from each side plate around the bottom plate 203, and in a possible embodiment, the light signal emitted by the warning indicator 208 may be emitted only from a higher side plate (i.e., a side plate close to the cab), so as to ensure that the blind area warning signal is only observable by the driver of the vehicle, and to prevent safety problems caused by other external people performing wrong operations due to the fact that the meaning of the warning signal is not understood.
In addition, the integrated warning device 20 of the present invention may further include an acceleration sensor to obtain acceleration information of the integrated warning device in a center axis direction of the installation position when the vehicle travels straight, to calculate the installation angle of the integrated warning device in the angle calibration mode, and to perform angle compensation.
In summary, in the invention, the steering warning light, the early warning light and the millimeter wave radar are integrated into a whole to form the integrated warning device, so that the installation steps on the vehicle can be reduced, the integrated warning device is conveniently installed on the outer rearview mirror in a gluing, magnetic attraction or clamping manner, the structure of the vehicle body does not need to be damaged, the integrated warning device is suitable for vehicles of different vehicle types, and the use satisfaction of a vehicle owner can be improved.
As a second aspect, the present invention also relates to an exterior mirror assembly 100 comprising the exterior mirror as described above and an integrated warning device 20 detachably mounted on the exterior mirror. According to the foregoing, the integrated warning device can be attached to the mirror surface 10 of the exterior mirror in a manner of gluing, clamping, magnetic attraction, and the like, and is arranged at the edge of the mirror surface 10 away from the cab for observation.
In a possible application environment, taking the left side rearview mirror as an example, the millimeter wave radar of the side outside rearview mirror assembly detects that a vehicle overtakes the blind area of the rearview mirror, and the early warning lamp of the integrated warning device on the side prompts by a first light signal which can be a first light color and/or flashing frequency to remind the driver of the overtaking. If the driver dials the left turn signal and wants to change lanes, the left integrated warning device prompts with a second light signal, and the second light signal is represented by a light color and/or a flashing frequency different from the first light signal. In addition, a buzzer of the vehicle-mounted controller buzzes to remind a driver of potential safety hazards in lane changing at the moment.
If the blind area detection result shows that no target vehicle exists in the blind area range, and the driver dials the turn signal to change the lane, the integrated warning device sends a light signal different from the early warning light to prompt, such as sending yellow light, and flickers at the frequency of the flickering of the original vehicle turn signal to prompt the drivers of other vehicles at the rear side that the vehicle is going to change the lane or turn to avoid the lane.
It can be understood that the early warning lamp and the steering warning lamp can be configured to be not lighted at the same time, that is, only the early warning lamp emits light when the early warning area has a vehicle; and vehicles do not exist in the early warning area, and only the steering warning lamp emits light when steering or lane changing is needed.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
