The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts the screw feeder 3 to replace the traditional vacuum material sucking raw material supply mode, can make the automatic feeding process of the raw materials more stable, thereby ensuring the precision of the raw material proportioning and avoiding the proportioning error phenomenon generated by the vacuum material sucking and feeding mode, thereby ensuring the service performance of the product, improving the flatness and the shrinkage performance of the product, and having ordered arrangement of chemical molecules of the product, thereby being beneficial to improving the luster and the thickness uniformity of a film, the forming steel roller 14 and the forming rubber roller 15 in the film forming table device 12 adopt the arrangement mode of a horizontal linear slide rail and adopt the oil cylinder driving mode, have higher consumption energy and bright contrast with poor stability compared with the traditional cylinder mode, can greatly reduce the energy consumption and improve the stability of the running state, and simultaneously, the adjustable auxiliary cooling roller 13 is designed into the mode of being capable of moving obliquely up and down and left and right, the invention can realize that the film can adjust the cooling coating angle according to the production requirement, thereby achieving better product requirements, and the invention can stably form and extrude the casting T type of the PP film by adopting the coat hanger type special die head 9, the flow speed and pressure distribution of the temperature control plastic can achieve the best effect, the material uniformly flows out along the width of the whole machine lip, no detention dead angle is arranged in the flow channel inside the machine head, the material die has uniform temperature, and the static mixer is arranged at the front section part of the ninety-degree elbow device 10, thereby better ensuring the dispersion of extruded plasticized material molecules and improving the product quality.
