The position regulating unit comprises a support frame, a screw rod, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a rocking wheel; the support frame is arranged on the conveying mechanism, a lead screw is arranged in the support frame through a bearing, the bottom shaft end of the lead screw is connected to the conveying mechanism through a bearing, a first bevel gear is arranged at the top shaft end of the lead screw, a second bevel gear is arranged right above the first bevel gear in a meshing rotation mode, the second bevel gear is connected with the executing mechanism, and the rocking wheel is arranged on the outer wall of the second bevel gear; the second bevel gear and the first bevel gear are rotated through the rocking wheel to be meshed and rotated, and the first bevel gear rotates the lead screw to move up and down.

The position regulating unit 10 comprises a support frame 101, a lead screw 102, a first bevel gear 103, a second bevel gear 104 and a rocking wheel 105; the supporting frame 101 is installed on the conveying mechanism 3, a lead screw 102 is installed in the supporting frame 101 through a bearing, the bottom shaft end of the lead screw 102 is connected to the conveying mechanism 3 through a bearing, a first bevel gear 103 is installed at the top shaft end of the lead screw 102, a second bevel gear 104 is arranged right above the first bevel gear 103 in a meshing rotation mode, the second bevel gear 104 is connected with the executing mechanism 1, and the rocking wheel 105 is installed on the outer wall of the second bevel gear 104; the second bevel gear 104 and the first bevel gear 103 are rotated by the rocking wheel 105 to be meshed and rotated, and the screw rod 102 is rotated by the first bevel gear 103 to realize up-and-down position movement.
The spacing mechanism 2 comprises a bottom plate 20, a slide rail 21, a displacement plate 22, a gear 23, a first rack 24, a second rack 25, a guide pasting plate 26, an execution cylinder 27 and a slide rod 28; the bottom plate 20 is symmetrically provided with slide rails 21 through pin bolts, the slide rails 21 are symmetrically provided with displacement plates 22 through a sliding fit mode, the guide pasting plate 26 is arranged on the displacement plate 22, the guide pasting plate 26 penetrates through the conveying mechanism 3 in a sliding fit mode, the gear 23 is mounted on the middle position of the bottom plate 20 through a bearing, a first rack 24 and a second rack 25 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the gear 23 in a meshing rotation mode, one side shaft heads of opposite shaft ends of the first rack 24 and the second rack 25 are arranged on the displacement plate 22 through pin bolts, the actuating cylinder 27 is arranged on the bottom plate 20 through a cylinder block, an output shaft of the actuating cylinder 27 is provided with a slide rod 28 through a coupling, the sliding rod 28 is connected with the bottom plate 20 in a sliding fit mode, and the shaft end position of the sliding rod 28 is connected with the first rack 24 through a stop block; the execution cylinder 27 pushes the sliding rod 28 to move, the sliding rod 28 moves the first rack 24 to displace, the first rack 24 and the gear 23 are meshed to rotate to transmit the second rack 25 to synchronously move, and the displacement plate 22 translates on the sliding rail 21 to realize the spacing size change of the guide flitch 26.
The conveying mechanism 3 comprises a conveying bracket 30, a sliding roller 31, a conveying belt 32, an actuating motor 33, a spacing measuring plate 34 and a conveying sliding plate 35; the conveying brackets 30 are symmetrically arranged on the spacing mechanism 2, sliding rollers 31 are uniformly arranged between the two conveying brackets 30 through bearings, a conveyor belt 32 is arranged on the outer ring of each sliding roller 31, the actuating motor 33 is arranged on the outer wall of the conveying bracket 30 through a motor base, an output shaft of the actuating motor 33 is mutually connected with one end shaft head of one sliding roller 31 in the conveying bracket 30 through a shaft joint, the distance measuring plate 34 is arranged on the inner wall of the conveying bracket 30, the size scale marks are arranged on the distance measuring plate 34, the accurate adjustment of the position and the size by field workers is facilitated, therefore, the cutting of the polyurethane insulation boards with different width sizes is realized, the market demands are met, the functionality is enhanced, and the production efficiency is improved; the conveying sliding plate 35 is arranged on the spacing mechanism 2; the slide roller 31 is driven to rotate by the actuator motor 33, and the conveyor belt 32 is rotated by the slide roller 31 to constantly convey work.
