本发明属于超硬砂轮修整技术领域,具体涉及一种用于金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整用光学曲线磨砂轮;其包括基体和磨料层,所述磨料层包括以下重量份原料:磨料30‑40份,金属结合剂60‑70份;所述金属结合剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:铜粉30‑55份、锡粉25‑50份、银粉5‑10份。本发明的砂轮配方、加工工艺简单,操作简便;可对金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮进行修整,加工效果好,倒角砂轮微槽尺寸可以达到正负0.01mm精度内。

一种光学曲线磨砂轮及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于超硬砂轮修整技术领域,具体涉及一种用于金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整用光学曲线磨砂轮及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮主要应用于金属、陶瓷、玻璃等材料的边缘及棱角的加工,外圆分布有同心圆弧微槽,该微槽要求尺寸精度达到0.01mm以内(倒角砂轮示意图见图1和图2)。
目前,该类金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整主要有三种方式,分别为电解磨削修整、火花机在线修整、机械修整,其中电解磨削修整需要在工作机床上安装相应的电解磨削装置,为在线修整,拆卸后精度丧失严重,无法进行倒角砂轮批量生产;火花机修整为目前主要的金属结合剂超硬材料砂轮修整方法,但是由于火花机修整为短时间内大电流放电,容易导致低熔点金属元素偏析使得被修砂轮结合剂组份发生改变的问题,组份变化导致被修砂轮磨削性能变化,加工工件时易出现性能不稳定问题;机械修整则不存在以上问题,但无论使用绿碳等普通磨料砂轮或使用超硬材料砂轮,因目的为对倒角砂轮微槽进行加工,故需先对普通磨料砂轮或超硬材料砂轮进行形状修整,导致精度丧失,无法加工该类倒角砂轮。此外,使用光学曲线磨床配合金属结合剂超硬材料砂轮理论上可以进行该类倒角砂轮微槽加工,但是由于光学曲线磨床配套砂轮一般为尖角形状,尖角部位只有一到两颗超硬磨料,故需该类砂轮对磨料有较强的把持能力,关于这种加工金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮的光学曲线磨砂轮并未有相关报道,需要进一步进行研究。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种光学曲线磨砂轮,该砂轮制作过程中对磨料进行了特殊处理,在此处理基础上再制作砂轮;该砂轮可用于金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮微槽修整并达到需求精度正负0.01mm精度内。
本发明还提供了上述光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种光学曲线磨砂轮,包括基体和磨料层,其中,所述磨料层包括以下重量份原料:磨料30-40份,金属结合剂60-70份;所述金属结合剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:铜粉30-55份、锡粉25-50份、银粉5-10份。
具体的,所述铜粉、锡粉、银粉的粒径均≤50μm。所述磨料具体可以为立方氮化硼或金刚石。磨料进一步优选为立方氮化硼,目数是280-800目。
进一步的,所述基体为不锈钢,所述磨料层厚度低于基体厚度,且磨料层边缘为尖角设计,尖角的设计更方便于对倒角砂轮进行修整。
本发明提供了上述光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法,其具体包括如下步骤:
1)取铜粉5-10份,银粉5-10份和全部磨料,加入到充满氮气保护性气氛的混料罐内,在密封条件下均匀混料,获得混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料加入到模具中,进行压制,得到预坯料;
3)在氢气气氛下,将预坯料升温至700-800℃并保温0.5-1h进行预烧结,保温结束后,取出破碎,然后用等重量介质球在混料罐内进行干磨混料,获得处理后磨料;
4)将步骤3)所得处理后磨料与锡粉和剩余的铜粉混合均匀,加入到模具中,再次进行压制,得到新坯料;
5)在氢气气氛下,将新坯料和基体升温至400-500℃并保温1-2h进行成型烧结,保温结束后获得砂轮毛坯;
6)将步骤5)所得砂轮毛坯按照要求加工到需要的尺寸精度,制备砂轮半成品;
7)将步骤6)加工合格的砂轮半成品进行检验并做动平衡,达到精度要求后即为光学曲线磨砂轮。
具体的,步骤1)和步骤3)中的混料时间为5-20h,以便于原料能充分混合均匀。进一步优选的,混料时间是10h。
具体的,步骤2)和步骤4)中的压制压力为1000-2500kg/cm2。预烧结和成型烧结选用在氢气气氛下进行,可以避免金属粉末不被氧化。
本发明还提供了上述光学曲线磨砂轮在金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整加工中的应用,如,用于金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整。
本发明中,创新点在于:1)磨料层中金属结合剂种类的选择,经大量试验发现:将金属铜粉、锡粉、银粉进行复配,制作的砂轮具有极好的形状保持能力且热传导值较高,从而在修整砂轮过程中不易因磨损导致精度丧失,热传导值较高也利于修整过程中热量传递,降低磨削温度,修整砂轮和被修砂轮磨料不易因磨削高温失效;2)砂轮制备过程中对磨料、银粉和部分铜粉的预处理,此过程可以促使在磨料表面形成铜银合金层,从而使磨料和结合剂之间由机械镶嵌力结合为主转化为以化学键结合力为主,化学键结合力一般为机械镶嵌力的数倍,进一步增强了结合剂对磨料的把持能力进而提高砂轮整体的磨削能力。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1)本发明的砂轮配方、加工工艺简单,操作简便;
2)通过将磨料、银粉和部分铜粉预处理,然后与剩余原料混合处理的新型坯料处理方法,在保持对金属结合剂砂轮高效修整的同时,因增加了磨料把持能力导致修整寿命增加,单次修整可加工7-10片倒角砂轮;
3)本发明砂轮可用于对金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮进行修整,良品率在98%以上,加工效果好,倒角砂轮微槽尺寸可以达到正负0.01mm精度内。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明专利一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明专利中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明专利保护的范围。
下述实施例中,所用原料铜粉、锡粉、银粉的粒径均≤50μm,可直接购买普通市售产品。磨料立方氮化硼为普通市售产品。
实施例1
如图3所示,一种光学曲线磨砂轮,包括不锈钢基体1和磨料层2,其中,所述磨料层2包括磨料和金属结合剂,具体由以下重量份数的原料组成:铜粉35份、锡粉25份、银粉10份,立方氮化硼30份(目数为400目)。
所述磨料层2厚度低于基体1厚度,且磨料层2边缘为尖角设计,尖角的设计更方便于对倒角砂轮进行修整。本发明中,采用的砂轮型号是14E1

,其中:D表示砂轮的直径,T表示磨料层厚度,H表示砂轮内孔的直径,E表示砂轮基体总厚度,X表示磨料层宽度。
上述光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)取铜粉10份,银粉10份和磨料立方氮化硼30份,加入到充满氮气保护性气氛的混料罐内并密封,将密封好的混料罐装入三维混料机中混料10h,然后释放氮气得混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料加入到耐热钢模具中,刮平,置于油压机上以1000kg/cm2的压力进行压制,得到带坯料的耐热钢模具;
3)将步骤2)所得带坯料的耐热钢模具放置在双体热压烧结炉中,充入氢气作为保护气,之后以100℃/h的速率升温至700℃并保温1h进行预烧结,保温结束后,将磨料层从耐热钢模具中卸出,进行破碎并和等重量介质球在混料罐内再次进行混合(干磨混料10h),即得处理后磨料;
4)将步骤3)所得的处理后磨料与锡粉25份、剩余铜粉25份再次进行混合均匀,加入到耐热钢模具中,按步骤2)条件进行再次压制,得到新坯料;
5)将步骤4)所得新坯料和不锈钢基体放置在双体热压烧结炉中,充入氢气作为保护气,之后以100℃/h的速率升温至450℃并保温2h进行成型烧结,保温结束后,卸模,即得砂轮毛坯;
6)将步骤5)所得的砂轮毛坯按照要求加工到需要的尺寸精度,制备砂轮半成品;
7)将步骤6)加工合格的砂轮半成品进行检验并做动平衡,达到精度要求后即为光学曲线磨砂轮。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的光学曲线磨砂轮,与实施例1相比,调整磨料层配方如下:
磨料层由以下重量份的原料组成:铜30份,锡25份,银粉5份,立方氮化硼40份;所述立方氮化硼目数为280目。
与实施例1光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法相比,调整部分制备参数如下:
步骤1)所取铜粉为5份,银粉5份,磨料40份,磨料层在三维混料机中混料时间为20h;
步骤4)在耐热钢模具中以2500kg/cm2的压力进行压制;
步骤5)在双体热压烧结炉中以100℃/h的速率升温至500℃并保温2h进行成型烧结。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的光学曲线磨砂轮,与实施例1相比,调整磨料层配方如下:
磨料层由以下重量份的原料制成:铜33份,锡26份,银粉6份,立方氮化硼35份;所述立方氮化硼目数为400目。
与实施例1光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法相比,调整部分制备参数如下:
步骤1)所取铜粉为3份,银粉6份,磨料35份,磨料层在三维混料机中混料时间为10h;
步骤4)在耐热钢模具中以2000kg/cm2的压力进行压制;
步骤5)在双体热压烧结炉中以100℃/h的速率升温至450℃并保温1.5h。
对比例1
本实施例所提供的砂轮,与实施例1相比,磨料层配方不做调整。
砂轮的制备方法调整如下:
步骤1)中取铜粉35份、锡粉25份、银粉10份和立方氮化硼30份进行混合均匀,删去步骤2)和步骤3),步骤4)调整为将步骤1)所得混合料加入到耐热钢模具中,后续步骤不变更。
对比例2
本实施例所提供的砂轮,与实施例2相比,磨料层配方不做调整。
制备方法调整如下:
步骤1)中取铜粉30份、锡粉25份、银粉5份和立方氮化硼40份进行混合均匀,删去步骤2)和步骤3),步骤4)调整为步将骤1)所得混合料加入到耐热钢模具中,后续步骤不变更。
性能检测方法:
1)将本发明实施例1-3、以及对比例1-2制作的砂轮分别装在wasino GLS-150GL光学曲线磨床上对金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮进行修整,光学曲线磨砂轮转速1000转/分钟,被修砂轮转速30转/分钟,磨削进给量为0.5毫米,使用纯水作为冷却液;
2)将实施例1-3中制作的型号为14E1的砂轮对倒角砂轮进行修整,记录良品率和砂轮的寿命,即尖角形状变化时所修倒角砂轮的个数,结果如表1所示。

通过表1的磨削测试结果发现:本发明实施例1-3所述光学曲线磨砂轮加工效果好,良品率在98%以上,远高于对比例砂轮的良品率30-50%,同时加工寿命7-10件也大于对比例砂轮的寿命1-2件;所加工出倒角砂轮微槽精度高(尺寸可以达到正负0.01mm精度内),线段圆滑过渡,角度清晰可准确测量,其中实施例1制备的砂轮使用寿命最长。

1.一种光学曲线磨砂轮,包括基体和磨料层,其特征在于,所述磨料层包括以下重量份原料:磨料30-40份,金属结合剂60-70份;所述金属结合剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:铜粉30-55份、锡粉25-50份、银粉5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光学曲线磨砂轮,其特征在于,所述铜粉、锡粉、银粉的粒径均≤50μm;所述磨料为立方氮化硼或金刚石。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光学曲线磨砂轮,其特征在于,所述磨料层厚度低于基体厚度,且磨料层边缘为尖角设计,所述基体为不锈钢。
4.权利要求1至3任一项所述光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)取铜粉5-10份,银粉5-10份和全部磨料,加入到充满氮气保护性气氛的混料罐内,在密封条件下均匀混料,获得混合料;
2)将步骤1)所得混合料加入到模具中,进行压制,得到预坯料;
3)在氢气气氛下,将预坯料升温至700-800℃并保温0.5-1h进行预烧结,保温结束后,取出破碎,然后用介质球在混料罐内进行干磨混料,获得处理后磨料;
4)将步骤3)所得处理后磨料与锡粉和剩余的铜粉混合均匀,加入到模具中,再次进行压制,得到新坯料;
5)在氢气气氛下,将新坯料和基体升温至400-500℃并保温1-2h进行成型烧结,保温结束后获得砂轮毛坯;
6)将步骤5)所得砂轮毛坯按照要求加工到需要的尺寸精度,制备砂轮半成品;
7)将步骤6)加工合格的砂轮半成品进行检验并做动平衡,达到精度要求后即为光学曲线磨砂轮。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)和步骤3)中的混料时间为5-20h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的光学曲线磨砂轮的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)和步骤4)中的压制压力为1000-2500kg/cm2
7.权利要求1至3任一项所述光学曲线磨砂轮在金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整加工中的应用,其特征在于,用于金属结合剂超硬材料倒角砂轮修整。
