Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-17, a polishing machine for the inner surface of a stainless steel storage tank comprises a case 1, a feeding port 2, a moving mechanism 3, a polishing mechanism 4, a clamping mechanism 5 and a waste discharging mechanism 6;
the feed port 2 is arranged on the side wall of the case 1; the moving mechanism 3 is arranged on the case 1; the polishing mechanism 4 is arranged below the moving mechanism 3; the clamping mechanism 5 is arranged outside the polishing mechanism 4; the waste discharge mechanism 6 is provided below the clamping mechanism 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the grinding mechanism 4 includes a main rod 41, a first driving assembly 42, a first rotating disc 43, a ring member 44, a protruding tooth 45, a drawing member 46 and a water storage box 48; the first driving assembly 42 is arranged below the main rod 41; the first rotating disc 43 is driven by the first driving assembly 42 to rotate, and the first rotating disc is cylindrical; the ring member 44 is fixedly connected to the first rotating disk 43, and the outer diameter of the ring member 44 is equal to the outer diameter of the first rotating disk 43; the convex teeth 45 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the annular piece 44 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner circle of the annular piece 44; the number of the drawing members 46 is multiple, specifically, 4, and the 4 drawing members 46 are respectively distributed on the first rotating disc 43 at equal intervals along different radial directions of the main rod 41; the water storage box 48 is screwed below the first rotary disc 43.
As shown in fig. 5-6, the first driving assembly 42 includes a first motor housing 421, a first motor 422, and a first coupling 423; the first motor cover 421 is fixedly connected below the main rod 41; the first motor 422 is installed in the first motor sleeve 421; the first coupling 423 is fixedly connected with the first motor 422 and the first rotary disc 43.
As shown in fig. 3-5 and 7-8, the drawing member 46 includes a first gear 461, a first connecting rod 462, a second gear 463, a second rotating disc 464, a grinding assembly 465, a water outlet assembly 466 and a second connecting rod 467; the first gear 461 is engaged with the convex teeth 45; one end of the first connecting rod 462 is coupled to the first gear 461, so that the first gear 461 can rotate around its own axis, and the other end of the first connecting rod 462 is fixedly connected to the main rod 41; the second gear 463 is axially connected to the first rotating disk 43, so that the second gear 463 can rotate around its axis, and the second gear 463 is meshed with the first gear 461; the second rotary disc 464 is fixedly connected to the second gear 463; the grinding component 465 is arranged on the side wall of the first rotating disc 43; the water outlet assembly 466 is disposed within the sanding assembly 465.
As shown in fig. 4-5 and 8, the polishing assembly 465 comprises a fixing rod 468, a moving member 469, a moving chamber 470 and a polishing head 471; the fixing rods 468 are fixedly connected to the side wall of the first rotating disc 43; the moving member 469 is sleeved outside the fixing rod 468 and can move along the length direction of the fixing rod 468; the moving cavity 470 is arranged in the moving part 469; the polishing head 471 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the moving member 469 far away from the main rod 41; one end of the second connecting rod 467 is eccentrically hinged on the second rotary disc 464, and the other end is hinged on the moving piece 469; the fixing rod 468 is provided with an annular protrusion 472 at one end away from the main rod 41, the moving cavity 470 is cylindrical, and the diameter of the longitudinal section of the moving cavity 470 is equal to the diameter of the outer ring of the longitudinal section of the annular protrusion 472; the polishing head 471 is a commercially available grinding wheel head.
As shown in fig. 3-5 and 7-8, the water outlet assembly 466 includes a first water chute 473, a second water chute 474, a first check valve 475 and a second check valve 476; the first water guide groove 473 is respectively provided in the fixing lever 468 and the first rotating disk 43, and the first water guide groove 473 communicates the movable chamber 470 with the water storage box 48; the number of the second water chutes 474 is multiple, specifically, 4, and the 4 second water chutes 474 are circumferentially and equally distributed along the polishing head 471; the second water guiding groove 474 is respectively arranged in the polishing head 471 and the moving member 469, and is obliquely arranged towards the center of the outer wall of the polishing head 471, the oblique angle is set to be 30 degrees, and the second water guiding groove 474 is communicated with the movable cavity 470 and the outside; the first check valve 475 is installed in the first water guide groove 473, and the control direction is that water flows only from the water storage box 48 to the movable chamber 470; the second check valve 476 is installed in the second water guide channel 474 to control the water flow to flow from the movable chamber 470 to the outside; the first check valve 475 and the second check valve 476 are commercially available check valves.
As shown in fig. 1-5 and 9, the moving mechanism 3 includes a second driving assembly 31, a screw 32, an intermediate member 33, a moving block 34, a first fixed plate 35, and a third connecting rod 36; the second driving assembly 31 is arranged on the side wall of the case 1; the left and right threads of the screw 32 are arranged in reverse direction; the middle part 33 is rotatably sleeved in the middle of the screw rod 32 and is in anti-disengagement fit with the screw rod 32, specifically, the anti-disengagement fit is realized by arranging an annular convex part on the inner side of the middle part 33 and arranging an annular concave part for embedding the convex part of the middle part 33 on the outer side of the middle part of the screw rod 32; 2 moving blocks 34 are arranged at two ends of the middle piece 33, and the moving blocks 34 are sleeved outside the screw rods 32; the first fixed disc 35 is arranged below the middle piece 33; one end of the third connecting rod 36 is hinged with the moving block 34, and the other end is hinged with the first fixed disc 35; the main rod 41 is fixedly connected below the first fixed disk 35.
As shown in fig. 3 and 9, the second driving assembly 31 includes a holder 314, a second motor sleeve 311, a second motor 312, and a second coupling 313; the fixer 314 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the case 1 and is a transverse plate; the second motor cover 311 is fixedly connected to the holder 314; the second motor 312 is installed in the second motor sleeve 311; the second coupling 313 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod of the second motor 312 and the screw 32; the first motor 422, the first coupling 423, the second motor 312, and the second coupling 313 are commercially available.
As shown in fig. 1-5 and 10-16, the clamping mechanism 5 includes a first fixed cylinder 51, a second fixed cylinder 52, a wire rope 53, a second fixed disc 54, a fixed assembly 55, a rotating groove 57, and an L-shaped rod 58; the inner walls of the first fixed cylinder 51 and the second fixed cylinder 52 are attached to the outer wall of a stainless steel storage tank to be polished, and the first fixed cylinder 51 is made of rubber; 2 steel wire ropes 53 are respectively partially arranged in the first fixed cylinder 51 in a penetrating manner and wound around the first fixed cylinder 51 for one circle, and two ends of each steel wire rope 53 penetrate out of the first fixed cylinder 51, penetrate through the intermediate piece 33 and are fixed on the second fixed disc 54; the second fixed disc 54 is arranged below the middle piece 33; 2 fixing assemblies 55 are respectively arranged at two sides of the second fixing disc 54; the rotating grooves 57 are formed in the first fixed disk 35 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the main rod 41; 2L-shaped rods 58 are fixedly connected to the first fixed disk 35; the first fixed cylinder 51 is arranged above the second fixed cylinder 52; the second fixed tray 54 has a tray body 541, a first slot 542, a second slot 543 and a rotating block 544; 2 first slots 542 are arranged on the side wall of the disc body 541, and the 2 first slots 542 are opposite; the number of the second slots 543 is 2, and the second slots 543 are arranged on the side wall of the tray body 541, and the 2 second slots 543 are opposite; the first slot 542 is a straight slot, and penetrates through the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the tray body 541; the second groove 543 is a V-shaped groove, extends from the upper bottom surface to the lower bottom surface, and has a distance of 2cm with the lower bottom surface; a plurality of, in particular 4, rotating blocks 544 are arranged, and are fixedly connected to the bottom of the disc body 541 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the main rod 41; a plurality of the rotating grooves 57, specifically 4, are arranged between the two L-shaped rods 58; the side wall of the rotating groove 57 is obliquely arranged, the oblique angle is 60 degrees, and the shape of the rotating block 544 is matched with that of the rotating groove 57, so that the rotating block 544 can be just embedded into the rotating groove 57.
As shown in fig. 3, 11-14, the fixing assembly 55 includes a fixing block 551, a first elastic member 552, a first swinging member 553, a second elastic member 554, a third opening 555, a stop 556, a third elastic member 557, a second swinging member 558, a fourth opening 559, a rolling member 560, a twisting member 561 and a fourth elastic member 562; the fixed block 551 is hinged on the side wall of the case 1, and the fixed block 551 is made of rubber; the first elastic element 552 is a torsion spring, one end of the first elastic element 552 is fixedly connected with the fixed block 551, and the other end of the first elastic element 552 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the chassis 1; the first swinging member 553 is arranged above the fixed block 551, one end of the first swinging member 553 is hinged on the side wall of the case 1, and the other end is hinged with the torsion member 561; the second elastic member 554 is a torsion spring, one end of the second elastic member 554 is fixedly connected to the first swinging member 553, and the other end is fixedly connected to the side wall of the chassis 1; the third opening 555 is opened in the first swinging member 553; the stopping block 556 is a square block, is embedded in the third opening 555, and can move along the length direction of the third opening 555; the third elastic member 557 is a spring, one end of the third elastic member 557 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the third opening 555, which is close to one side of the second elastic member 554, and the other end of the third elastic member 557 is fixedly connected with the resisting block 556; one end of the second swinging member 558 is embedded in the first swinging member 553, and can move along the length direction of the third slot 555, and the end is located at one side of the stopping block 556 far away from the third elastic member 557, and the other end is hinged to the moving block 34; the fourth slot 559 is opened in the middle of the third connecting rod 36; the rolling member 560 is installed in the fourth slot 559, and the rolling member 560 is disposed below the first swinging member 553; the rolling member 560 includes a first roller 563 and a rolling shaft 564, the rolling shaft 564 is inserted into the first roller 563, so that the first roller 563 can rotate, and two ends of the rolling shaft 564 are respectively fixedly connected to two inner side walls of the third connecting rod 36; the torsion element 561 is hinged to one end of the first swinging element 553 near the middle of the chassis 1; the fourth elastic element 562 is a torsion spring, one end of the fourth elastic element 562 is fixedly connected with the torsion element 561, and the other end is fixedly connected with the first swinging element 553; the shape of the side wall of the torsion element 561, which is close to one side of the second fixed disk 54, is matched with that of the second fixed disk 54, so that the torsion element 561 can clamp the second fixed disk 54 under the action of the fourth elastic element 562.
As shown in fig. 3 and 16, two wire protection assemblies 545 are disposed on the side walls of the second fixing plate 54; the wire protection assembly 545 comprises a fixing member 546, a second roller 547 and a fourth connecting rod 548; the fixing pieces 546 are fixedly connected to the side walls of the second fixing disc 54, and the second roller 547 is disposed on the lateral sides of the fixing pieces 546; the number of the fourth connecting rods 548 is 2, one end of the fourth connecting rod 548 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 546, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod 548 is coupled to the second roller 547, so that the second roller 5547 can rotate around its axis.
As shown in fig. 1-3 and 17, the waste discharging mechanism 6 includes a fixed plate 61, a fifth slot 62, a waste collecting chamber 63, a drain connecting pipe 64 and an end cover 65; the fixed plate 61 is fixedly connected to the rack, and the fixed plate 61 is arranged below the second fixed cylinder 52 and fixedly connected with the second fixed cylinder 52; the fifth open slot 62 is formed in the middle of the fixing plate 61; the waste collection chamber 63 is arranged below the fixed plate 61; the drain connection pipe 64 is installed on the side wall of the waste collection chamber 63; the end cover 65 is screwed on the drainage adapter 64; the drain connection 64 connects the waste collection chamber 63 to the outside, and the drain connection 64 is commercially available.
The specific working process is as follows: before polishing, the initial positions of the two moving blocks 34 are located at the left and right ends of the screw rod 32, at this time, the included angle between the third connecting rod 36 and the horizontal direction is at the minimum value in the whole moving process, the included angle between the first swinging member 553 and the horizontal direction is at the maximum value in the whole moving process, the extension length of the third elastic member 557 is at the maximum value in the whole moving process, the first fixed disc 35 and the second fixed disc 54 are connected together through the L-shaped rod 58, the height is at the maximum value in the whole moving process, and the first fixed cylinder 51 is placed on the second fixed cylinder 52.
The stainless steel storage tank is placed into the first fixed cylinder 51 and the second fixed cylinder 52, the second motor 312 is started, the second motor 312 drives the screw rod 32 to rotate through the second coupler 313, the two moving blocks 34 are meshed with threads on the screw rod 32 under the rotating action of the screw rod 32 and move towards the middle of the screw rod 32 along the length direction of the screw rod 32, and the two moving blocks 34 move towards each other to drive the first fixed disk 35 to move downwards; the first fixed disc 35 drives the second fixed disc 54 to descend through the L-shaped rod 58, the second fixed disc 54 pulls the two ends of the steel wire rope 53 downwards, and the first fixed cylinder 51 ascends under the action of the steel wire rope 53 and hoops the stainless steel storage tank tightly; during the descending process of the first fixed disk 35, the third connecting rod 36 rotates downwards around the moving block 34, the included angle between the third connecting rod and the horizontal direction gradually increases, and the first swinging member 553 rotates downwards under the action of the second elastic member 554 and is always abutted against the rolling member 560; when the first fixing cylinder 51 is tightened, the first swinging member 553 is in a horizontal position, because the shape of the side wall of the twisting member 561, which is close to one side of the second fixing disk 54, is matched with that of the second fixing disk 54, the twisting member 561 twists the second fixing disk 54 under the action of the fourth elastic member 562, so that the second fixing disk 54 is embedded into the twisting member 561, after the second fixing disk 54 is twisted, the L-shaped rod 58 directly faces the first open slot 542 and is separated from the second fixing disk 54, the first fixing disk 35 continues to move downwards to drive the grinding mechanism 4 to move downwards, and the first swinging member 553 is kept in a horizontal position under the combined action of the upward acting force of the fixing block 551 and the first elastic member 552 and the downward acting force of the second swinging member 558, so as to fix the second fixing disk 54; when the polishing mechanism 4 moves to the uppermost end of the stainless steel tank body, the first motor 422 is started, the first motor 422 drives the first rotary table 43 to rotate through the first coupling 423, the first rotary table 43 drives the ring piece 44 to rotate, the ring piece 44 drives the convex teeth 45 to rotate, the convex teeth 45 rotate to drive the first gear 461 to rotate, the first gear 461 drives the second gear 463 to rotate, the second gear 463 drives the second rotary table 464 to rotate, the second rotary table 464 drives the moving piece 469 to move back and forth in the length direction of the fixed rod 468 through the second connecting rod 467, and meanwhile, the moving piece 469 also rotates along with the first rotary table 43 to uniformly polish the inner surface of the stainless steel storage tank; during the grinding process, when the moving member 469 is close to the inner surface of the stainless steel storage tank, the volume of the chamber of the moving chamber 470 close to the grinding head 471 is increased, the pressure in the chamber is reduced, water enters the moving chamber 470 from the water storage box 48 through the first water guide groove 473 to supplement the water, when the moving member 469 is far away from the inner surface of the stainless steel storage tank, the volume of the chamber of the moving chamber 470 close to the grinding head 471 is reduced, the pressure in the chamber is increased, and the water is sprayed outwards from the moving chamber 470 through the plurality of second water guide grooves 474; the scraps flushed by the water flow downwards onto the fixed plate 61 through the stainless steel storage tank, flow into the waste collecting chamber 63 through the fifth open slot 62, and are discharged through the water discharge connecting pipe 64; after polishing is finished, the first motor 422 is stopped, the rotation direction of the second motor 312 is changed, the two moving blocks 34 move towards the left end and the right end of the screw rod 32 respectively to drive the first fixed disk 35 to move upwards, when the first fixed disk 35 passes through the second fixed disk 54, the L-shaped rod 58 penetrates through the first open slot 542, after the first fixed disk 35 continues to move upwards for a small displacement, the rotating groove 57 is touched with the rotating block 544, the rotating groove 57 drives the rotating block 544 to rotate in the ascending process to reset the second fixed disk 54 twisted by the twisting member 561, and the rotating block 544 enters the rotating groove 57 and is attached to the rotating groove 57; in the twisting process of the second fixing disc 54, the second groove 543 pushes the twisting piece 561 outwards, the L-shaped rod 58 is no longer opposite to the first groove 542, the second fixing disc 54 abuts against the inside of the L-shaped rod 58, and the first fixing disc 35 drives the second fixing disc 54 to move upwards together; in the process of moving the second fixed disc 54 upwards, the part of the steel wire rope 53 between the second fixed disc 54 and the intermediate part 33 is shorter and shorter, the part of the steel wire rope 53 between the intermediate part 33 and the first fixed cylinder 51 is longer and longer, the first fixed cylinder 51 loosens the stainless steel storage tank and falls on the second fixed cylinder 52 gradually under the action of the self gravity and the steel wire rope 53; when the two moving blocks 34 move to the left end and the right end of the screw 32, the second motor 312 is stopped, and the stainless steel storage tank is taken out.
