The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a medical instrument cleaning and drying device, wherein a medical instrument is placed in a drum screen through a door hole, the door hole is opened and shielded through the up-and-down sliding of a door plate, a pull rope is driven through the rotation of a handle, so that a locking block is driven to slide out of a locking groove, the position of the door plate is locked, and the medical instrument is convenient to take and place; the disinfection cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank is conveyed to the four spraying pipes by a water pump, the two spraying pipes at the upper end spray the disinfection cleaning liquid to the medical instrument from top to bottom, the two spraying pipes at the lower end spray the disinfection cleaning liquid from bottom to top and penetrate through the drum screen to clean the medical instrument, so that the medical instrument is cleaned in all directions, the drum screen and the stirring shaft are simultaneously driven by a power motor to rotate, the rotation directions of the drum screen and the stirring shaft are opposite, the medical instrument in the drum screen is overturned along with the rotation of the drum screen, the stirring shaft which rotates in the opposite direction drives the stirring plate to rotate, the medical instrument is stirred, the medical instrument is prevented from accumulating and is prevented from influencing spraying cleaning, after the cleaning is completed, the water pump is closed, the exhaust fan and the heating plate are started to heat and dry the medical instrument, and simultaneously, the exhaust fan is used for exhausting air in the outer frame tank, the drying efficiency of medical instrument is improved, drives the stirring board through agitator motor, stirs the mixed liquid of cleaning solution incasement, improves the mixing efficiency of high concentration disinfection washing liquid and water.
