The stirring motor 9-2 drives the stirring plate 9-4 to rotate through the stirring shaft 9-3, so that the cleaning disinfectant in the cleaning fluid tank 8-1 can be stirred, the mixing of the cleaning disinfectant and water can be accelerated, and the cover plug 9-5 is used for adding the cleaning disinfectant and the water to the cleaning fluid tank 8-1.
