In order to further improve the practicability; as shown in fig. 1, the outer wall of one side of the main body 1 is connected with two liquid outlets 7 with valves through flanges, and the two liquid outlets 7 are respectively communicated with the bottom side walls of the disinfection chamber and the sterilization chamber.
When the device is used, a power supply is switched on, the device to be disinfected is placed in the disinfection box 20, the motor 17 is controlled to rotate, the disinfection box 20 carries the device to reach the disinfection chamber, the spray head 8 sprays disinfectant into the disinfection box 20 for washing, soaking and disinfection, the electromagnetic coil in the coil chamber 19 is switched on intermittently and alternately, the metal inner cylinder 27 reciprocates on the slide rail 25 through the roller 29, so that the device on the bearing net 24 is pushed, turned over and the like, and the rubber sleeve 23 cleans the device to be disinfected to a certain extent through the brush head 26 when reciprocating along with the plastic outer cylinder 28; the phenomenon that the disinfection effect is influenced due to the fact that each contact surface is attached for a long time is effectively avoided, the reliability is improved, the motor 17 drives the disinfection box 20 to move continuously after disinfection is finished, the disinfection box 20 is stopped after contacting the stop lever 10, so that the disinfection box 20 can be turned over, appliances fall into the draining box 5, the disinfectant flows out, the flowing disinfectant flows into the bottom of the water leakage groove 11 and is pumped into the disinfectant tank 9 through the pump body, and recycling is achieved; with the continuous conveying of the motor 17, the inverted draining box 5 contacts the movable baffle plate 12, and reaches the sterilizing chamber through the fixed baffle plate 13 under the coordination of the deformation of the spring 14, the movable baffle plate 12 is reset under the action of the spring 14, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 15 works to sterilize the appliances in the draining box 5; the whole structure is high in integration degree and simple to use.

A medical disinfection and sterilization device with high integration degree comprises a main body (1), and is characterized in that a disinfection chamber and a sterilization chamber are arranged in the main body (1), a motor (17) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the main body (1) through screws, the motor (17) is positioned at the boundary of the disinfection chamber and the sterilization chamber, the output end of the motor (17) is rotatably connected with a rotating frame (16), and the inner walls of the two sides of the rotating frame (16) are respectively rotatably connected with two carrying mechanisms for carrying appliances to be disinfected through shafts; the two carrying mechanisms are symmetrical about a rotating shaft of the motor (17), each carrying mechanism comprises a connecting frame (22) and a disinfection box (20), the connecting frames (22) are rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rotating frame (16) through shafts, the side walls of the tops of the disinfection boxes (20) are fixed to the outer walls of the two sides of the connecting frames (22) through screws, a disinfection liquid box (9) is installed on the inner wall of one side of the main body (1) in an embedded mode, and the output end of the disinfection liquid box (9) is connected with a spray head (8) with an electric control valve through a flange; the position of the spray head (8) is matched with the position of the disinfection box (20); two symmetrical slide rails (25) are fixed on the side wall of the bottom of the disinfection box (20) through screws, the inner walls of the slide rails (25) are connected with rollers (29) in a sliding manner, the same plastic outer cylinder (28) is fixed between the two rollers (29) through screws, and a metal inner cylinder (27) is sleeved in the plastic outer cylinder (28); the outer walls of the tops of the two slide rails (25) are fixed with bearing nets (24) through screws; two coil chambers (19) are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the main body (1) through a bracket, and the two coil chambers (19) are matched with the metal inner cylinder (27) in position; an electromagnetic coil is arranged in the coil chamber (19), and the metal inner cylinder (27) is made of magnetic metal material; the outer wall of the plastic outer cylinder (28) is sleeved with a rubber sleeve (23), and brush heads (26) which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the outer wall of the circumference of the rubber sleeve (23); a stop lever (10) is fixed between the two inner walls of the main body (1) through screws, and the stop lever (10) is matched with the motion track of the disinfection box (20); the water draining box (5) is fixed on the outer wall of the other end of the connecting frame (22) through screws, water leaking grooves (11) which are uniformly distributed are formed in the inner wall of the bottom of the main body (1), a pump body is arranged at the bottom of the disinfectant tank (9), and the disinfectant tank (9) is communicated with the water leaking grooves (11) through the pump body.
