The working principle is as follows: placing a hydraulic element to be processed in a placing box 13, separating the hydraulic element by a partition plate 15 to avoid mutual collision of the hydraulic elements, adding a slag removing liquid into a box body 1, adding a cleaning liquid into a box body 2, turning on a motor to drive a rotating shaft 8 to rotate, driving two mounting rods 10 to rotate by clockwise rotation of the rotating shaft 8, entering the box body 2 by the placing box 13 under the action of gravity, turning on a water pump 4 when the placing box 13 moves below a high-pressure water gun 6, spraying the cleaning liquid in the box body 2 through the high-pressure water gun 6 to wash the hydraulic element, removing welding slag on the surface of the hydraulic element, reversely rotating the rotating shaft 8 after cleaning is finished, moving the placing box 13 out of the box body 2 to recover the original position, introducing hot air into an air outlet pipe 17, drying the hydraulic element in the placing box 13, and enabling the rotating shaft 8 to rotate anticlockwise after drying is finished, placing box 13 and getting into box 1, hydraulic component soaks an end time, and the slagging-off liquid in box 1 carries out the slagging-off once more to hydraulic component, and the slagging-off is effectual, makes things convenient for follow-up processing, is worth promoting.
