As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a first driving wheel 9, a first driven wheel 7, a second driving wheel 8 and a second driven wheel 5, the first driving wheel 9 is fixed on an output shaft of a first motor 10, the first driven wheel 7 and the second driving wheel 8 are both fixed on a material pushing rotating shaft 11, the second driven wheel 5 is fixed on a small end of the first cleaning brush 4, the first driving wheel 9 is in transmission connection with the first driven wheel 7, and the second driving wheel 8 is in transmission connection with the second driven wheel 5; in this embodiment, the first driving wheel 9 and the first driven wheel 7 are synchronous pulleys, and the second driving wheel 8 and the second driven wheel 5 are V-shaped pulleys, so that the second brushing portion 17 is prevented from extruding and damaging maca by the slipping of the pulleys.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a first sludge outlet pipe 38, the first sludge outlet pipe 38 is disposed on a side wall of the first housing, the first sludge outlet pipe 38 is located below the first screen 14, and the first sludge outlet pipe 38 realizes discharge of sludge water subjected to primary cleaning.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a second sludge outlet pipe 19, the second sludge outlet pipe 19 is disposed on the second housing, the second sludge outlet pipe 19 is located above the second screen 20, and the second sludge outlet pipe 19 realizes the discharge of the secondary cleaning sludge water.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a water outlet pipe 21, the water outlet pipe 21 is disposed on the second housing, the water outlet pipe 21 is located below the second screen 20, the water outlet pipe 21 realizes the reuse of the filtered water, saves water resources, and can be conveyed to the first maca water pipe 6 through the water outlet pipe 21 for the primary cleaning of maca.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a third driving wheel 23 and a third driven wheel, the third driving wheel 23 is fixed to an output shaft of the second motor 22, the third driven wheel is sleeved on an outer side wall of the conveying drum 31, the third driving wheel 23 is in transmission connection with the third driven wheel, both the third driving wheel 23 and the third driven wheel are synchronous pulleys, and are connected through a synchronous belt transmission, so that high-speed conveying and cleaning are achieved, and water can be quickly discharged out of the conveying drum 31 under the action of centrifugal force.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a water tank 24, the water tank 24 is disposed below the outer periphery of the conveying roller 31, the water tank 24 collects tertiary cleaning water, and water in the water tank 24 can be conveyed to the first water pipe 6 through the high-pressure pump to perform primary cleaning on maca, so that water resources are saved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes a water baffle plate, the water baffle plate is covered on the outer side wall of the conveying roller 31, and the conveying roller 31 is located between the water baffle plate and the water tank 24; by providing the water guard, splashing of water at the upper portion of the conveying roller 31 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in some alternative embodiments, the maca high-pressure cleaning device further includes ball valves, and the ball valves are disposed in the first sludge outlet pipe 38, the second sludge outlet pipe 19, and the water outlet pipe 21.
In another embodiment, a maca high-pressure cleaning method using the maca high-pressure cleaning device in the above embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
and 4, sliding the maca washed for the third time downwards on a third screen 26, and drying the maca by blowing under the action of a positive pressure fan 27.

Claims (10)

the first cleaning part comprises a first shell, a feed hopper (1), a first spray head (2), a first brushing part (3), a first cleaning brush (4), a first water pipe (6), a first motor (10), a pushing rotating shaft (11), a push plate (12) and a first screen (14), wherein a first containing cavity with an open lower end is arranged in the first shell, the open end of the first shell is fixed with the first screen (14), a first discharge hole (13) is formed in the first screen (14), the upper end of the pushing rotating shaft (11) is rotatably connected onto the first shell, the lower end of the pushing rotating shaft (11) is rotatably connected onto the middle part of the first screen (14), a plurality of push plates (12) are fixed on the outer peripheral side of the pushing rotating shaft (11), and the push plates (12) are involute shapes of the cross section circle of the pushing rotating shaft (11), a plurality of push pedal (12) ring array sets up the periphery side that pushes away material pivot (11), first cleaning brush (4) are the solid of revolution of the structure of invering T font for the cross-section, first cleaning brush (4) inside has seted up the cavity, be provided with a plurality ofly on the main aspects terminal surface of first cleaning brush (4) first shower nozzle (2), still be fixed with on the main aspects terminal surface of first cleaning brush (4) first brush hair portion (3), the length of first brush hair portion (3) is greater than the length of first shower nozzle (2), the lower extreme butt of first brush hair portion (3) is in on push pedal (12), the tip of first cleaning brush (4) with first water pipe (6) are connected, the tip lateral wall of first cleaning brush (4) rotates and is connected on the first casing, the lower extreme of first water pipe (6) with the inside wall rotation of the tip of first cleaning brush (4) is connected, the first cleaning brush (4) and the first discharge hole (13) are symmetrically arranged about the axis of the pushing rotating shaft (11), the first motor (10) is fixed on the first shell, the output shaft of the first motor (10) is in transmission connection with the upper end of the pushing rotating shaft (11), the first shell is positioned on the side wall beside the first cleaning brush (4) and is provided with a first feed inlet (39), the first feed inlet (39) is provided with the feed hopper (1), and the first screen (14) is of a grid structure;
the second cleaning part comprises a second shell, a second spray head (16), a second brushing part (17), a second screen mesh (20), a second cleaning brush (33), a pressure spring (34), a guide plate (35), guide rods (36), a second water pipe (37) and a plurality of rolling brushes (18), a second containing cavity with an open upper end is formed in the second shell, a second feeding hole (15) is formed in the open end of the second containing cavity, the second feeding hole (15) is located below the first discharging hole (13), a plurality of guide plates (35) are fixed on the vertical inner side wall of the second shell, a plurality of guide rods (36) are fixed on the outer peripheral side of the second cleaning brush (33), the second cleaning brush (33) is connected in the plurality of guide plates (35) in a sliding mode corresponding to the guide rods (36) through the plurality of guide rods (36), and the pressure spring (34) is sleeved on each guide rod (36), the lower end of the pressure spring (34) is connected to the upper surface of the second cleaning brush (33) in an abutting mode, the upper end of the pressure spring (34) is connected to the lower surface of the guide plate (35) in an abutting mode, the second water pipe (37) is arranged on the second shell in a penetrating mode, the lower end pipe body of the second water pipe (37) is arranged on the upper portion of the second cleaning brush (33) in a parallel mode, the lower end pipe body of the second water pipe (37) is provided with a plurality of second spray heads (16), the second cleaning brush (33) is provided with a plurality of guide water inlet holes (40), the second spray heads (16) are correspondingly inserted into the guide water inlet holes (40), the lower surface of the second cleaning brush (33) is fixedly provided with the second brushing part (17), the plurality of rolling brushes (18) are arranged under the second cleaning brush (33), and two ends of the rolling brushes (18) are connected to the second shell in a rotating mode, the rotating directions of the rolling brushes (18) are the same, the rolling brushes (18) are driven by a motor, the rolling brushes (18) are sequentially and horizontally arranged, the second screen (20) is obliquely arranged right below the rolling brushes (18), a gap is formed between the lower end of the second brushing part (17) and the rolling brushes (18), and a second discharging hole (32) is formed in one side of the second shell, which is located in the feeding direction of the rolling brushes (18);
the third cleaning part comprises a second motor (22), a support frame (25), a conveying roller (31), a third brushing part (29) and a third water pipe (28), the conveying roller (31) is transversely arranged, the conveying roller (31) is of a hollow tubular structure, the outer side wall of one end of the conveying roller (31) is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the second motor (22), the outer side wall of the other end of the conveying roller (31) is rotatably connected into the support frame (25), the inner side wall of the conveying roller (31) is provided with the third brushing part (29) which extends spirally, an inlet of the conveying roller (31) is communicated with a second discharge hole (32), a plurality of water outlet holes (30) are formed in the pipe wall of the conveying roller (31), and the third water pipe (28) extends into the conveying roller (31) from the outlet end of the conveying roller (31), the part of the third water pipe (28) positioned in the conveying roller (31) is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes;
the drying part comprises a third screen (26) and a positive pressure fan (27), the third screen (26) is obliquely arranged at the side of the outlet end of the conveying roller (31), the positive pressure fan (27) is arranged obliquely above the third screen (26), and an air outlet of the positive pressure fan (27) faces the third screen (26);
the first water pipe (6), the second water pipe (37) and the third water pipe (28) are all connected with a high-pressure cleaning pump.

A maca high pressure cleaning device according to claim 1, further comprising a first driving wheel (9), a first driven wheel (7), a second driving wheel (8) and a second driven wheel (5), wherein the first driving wheel (9) is fixed on an output shaft of the first motor (10), the first driven wheel (7) and the second driving wheel (8) are fixed on the material pushing rotating shaft (11), the second driven wheel (5) is fixed at a small end of the first cleaning brush (4), the first driving wheel (9) is in transmission connection with the first driven wheel (7), and the second driving wheel (8) is in transmission connection with the second driven wheel (5).
3. A maca high pressure washing device according to claim 1, further comprising a first sludge outlet pipe (38), the first sludge outlet pipe (38) being disposed on a side wall of the first housing, the first sludge outlet pipe (38) being located below the first screen (14).
4. A maca high pressure cleaning device according to claim 3, further comprising a second sludge outlet pipe (19), the second sludge outlet pipe (19) being disposed on the second housing, the second sludge outlet pipe (19) being located above the second screen (20).
5. A maca high pressure cleaning device according to claim 4, further comprising a water outlet pipe (21), the water outlet pipe (21) being disposed on the second housing, the water outlet pipe (21) being located below the second screen (20).
6. The maca high-pressure cleaning device is characterized by further comprising a third driving wheel (23) and a third driven wheel, the third driving wheel (23) is fixed to an output shaft of the second motor (22), the third driven wheel is sleeved on the outer side wall of the conveying roller (31), and the third driving wheel (23) is in transmission connection with the third driven wheel.
7. A maca high pressure washing device according to claim 6, further comprising a water tank (24), the water tank (24) being disposed below the outer peripheral side of the transport drum (31).
8. A maca high-pressure washing device according to claim 7, further comprising a water baffle, wherein the water baffle covers the outer side wall of the conveying roller (31), and the conveying roller (31) is located between the water baffle and the water tank (24).
9. A maca high-pressure cleaning device according to claim 5, further comprising ball valves, wherein the ball valves are arranged in the first sludge outlet pipe (38), the second sludge outlet pipe (19) and the water outlet pipe (21).
10. A maca high-pressure cleaning method, characterized in that the maca high-pressure cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is used, and comprises the following steps:
step 1, pouring unwashed maca into a feed hopper (1), driving a material pushing rotating shaft (11) and a first cleaning brush (4) to rotate simultaneously by a first motor (10), enabling cleaning water to enter the first cleaning brush (4) through a first water pipe (6), enabling the cleaning water to be sprayed downwards through a plurality of first spray heads (2), and simultaneously carrying out primary cleaning on the unwashed maca under the rotation of a first brushing part (3), driving a push plate (12) on the material pushing rotating shaft (11) to rotate after the primary cleaning, and discharging the primarily cleaned maca through a first discharge hole (13);
step 2, allowing the primarily cleaned maca to enter a plurality of rotary rolling brushes (18) through a second feed inlet (15), enabling second brush hair parts (17) on a second cleaning brush (33) to abut against the upper parts of the maca when the size of the maca is greatly changed, discharging cleaning water from a plurality of second spray heads (16) after passing through a second water pipe (37), washing the maca for the second time by using water discharged from the plurality of second spray heads (16) downwards through the second brush hair parts (17), filtering the cleaned sludge water through a second screen (20), and allowing water with less sludge to enter the lower part of the second screen (20);
step 3, the maca subjected to secondary cleaning enters a conveying roller (31), cleaning water is used for carrying out tertiary cleaning on the maca through a third water pipe (28), the maca is conveyed to a third screen (26) under the action of a spiral third brushing part (29) in the conveying roller (31), and meanwhile, sewage subjected to tertiary cleaning is discharged through a water outlet (30) in the conveying roller (31);
and 4, sliding the washed maca for the third time downwards on a third screen (26), and drying the maca by blowing under the action of a positive pressure fan (27).
