s1: firstly, the transformer shell is conveyed forwards on the conveying device 2 and is detected by the object sensing module when running to the position right below the spraying component (3), then the hydraulic cylinder component (12) pushes the stirring sleeve (9) to move forwards, the stirring gear shaft (8) simultaneously moves forwards and props against the side part of the transformer shell, the combination amplitude of the stirring gear shaft (8) and the stirring sleeve (9) is increased along with the continuous pushing of the hydraulic cylinder component (12), the torque is improved, and the buffer spring (10) can prevent an anti-skid pressure head at the front end of the guide shaft (7) from extruding the transformer shell to damage the transformer shell;
s2: then, when the bottom of the toggle gear shaft (8) extrudes the touch switch, the driving motor (16) starts to work and drives the first driving wheel 17 to rotate, the first driving wheel 17 drives the second driving wheel 19 to rotate through the conveying belt 18, the second driving wheel 19 drives the toggle sleeve (9) to rotate, the toggle sleeve (9) enables the guide shaft (7) to rotate through toggling the toggle gear shaft (8), and then the transformer shell is enabled to perform turnover motion through clamping of an anti-skid pressure head at the front end of the guide shaft (7);
s3: then, the spraying component (3) sprays the turned transformer shell, so that the spraying coverage is wider, and the phenomenon that the spraying is not in place due to the formation of dead angles is avoided;
s4: the number of turns of the transformer shell is controlled through a digital display time relay, when the set time is reached, the driving motor (16) stops working, the spraying component (3) stops spraying, the hydraulic cylinder component (12) retreats, and further, the clamping of the transformer shell is released, so that the transformer shell can continue to advance on the conveying device (2);
s5: when the transformer shell runs to the position right below the drying component (4), the steps in the steps S1 and S2 are repeated, the transformer shell is clamped and forms an overturning motion, and then drying is carried out through the drying component (4);
