背景技术

发明内容
鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题，本发明提供了一种用于创面结痂护理的中药喷剂，防止结痂后的创面后痂下感染以及溶痂护理，操作简单方便。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种用于创面结痂护理的中药喷剂，包括以下原料药材：白及、川芎、醋延胡索、当归、土鳖虫、红花、黄连、黄柏、大黄、黄芪、黄芩、金银花、蒲公英、虎杖、甘草，原料药材经酒精浸泡和碘伏调合制成保痂喷剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，采用了以下按重量份计的原料药材：黄连15-20份、黄柏8-10份、大黄8-10份、黄芪8-10份、黄芩8-10份、虎杖8-10份、白及5-8份、川芎5-8份、醋延胡索5-8份、当归5-8份、土鳖虫5-8份、红花5-8份、金银花4-6份、蒲公英4-6份、甘草4-6份。

白及：别名连及草、甘根、白给。为兰科植物白及的干燥块茎，具有收敛止血，消肿生肌的功效。用于咯血，吐血，外伤出血，疮疡肿毒，皮肤皲裂。其味苦、甘、涩，性微寒。入肝、肺、胃经。
川芎：别名山鞠穷、芎藭、香果、胡藭、马衔、芎藭、雀脑芎、京芎、贯芎、抚芎、台芎、西芎。具有活血祛瘀，行气开郁，祛风止痛的功效。主治月经不调，经闭痛经，产后瘀滞腥痛，癥瘕肿块，胸胁疼痛，头痛眩晕，风寒湿痹，跌打损伤，痈疽疮疡。味辛，性温。归肝经、胆经、心包经。
醋延胡索：延胡索又名玄胡索、元胡索、延胡。具有治血散瘀，理气止痛的功效。常用于胸痹心痛、胃痛、肝郁气滞胁肋胀痛、痛经、产后瘀滞腹痛、寒疝腹痛、跌打损伤、风湿痹痛等。取净延胡索，用醋拌匀，浸润，至醋吸尽，置锅内用文火炒至微干，取出，放凉；或取净延胡索，加醋置锅内共煮，至醋吸净，烘干，取出，放凉。醋制后可增强止痛的作用。

上述虽然对本发明的具体实施例和临床资料作了详细说明，但是本发明并不限于上述实施例，在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化，如膏剂、粉剂等，而不具备创造性劳动的修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于创面结痂护理的中药喷剂，其特征在于，包括以下原料药材：白及、川芎、醋延胡索、当归、土鳖虫、红花、黄连、黄柏、大黄、黄芪、黄芩、金银花、蒲公英、虎杖、甘草，原料药材经酒精浸泡和碘伏调合制成保痂喷剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于创面结痂护理的中药喷剂，其特征在于，采用以下按重量份计的原料药材：黄连15-20份、黄柏8-10份、大黄8-10份、黄芪8-10份、黄芩8-10份、虎杖8-10份、白及5-8份、川芎5-8份、醋延胡索5-8份、当归5-8份、土鳖虫5-8份、红花5-8份、金银花4-6份、蒲公英4-6份、甘草4-6份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于创面结痂护理的中药喷剂的制备方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：将原料药材浸泡在酒精中，使其充分浸泡出中药材的药性，过滤出药渣，并将药渣中液体榨出，将药液与碘伏调合，制成保痂喷剂。
