Its advantages are: the invention provides a method suitable for maintaining animal decoction pieces in a pharmacy in a medical institution for animal decoction pieces centipede and scorpion, so that the small-package decoction pieces have high extract content and low aspergillus flavus, moisture and total ash content, the quality of the decoction pieces is ensured, and the decoction pieces have good economic value and medicinal value.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of maintenance of animal decoction pieces, in particular to a method for maintaining animal decoction pieces in a pharmacy in a medical institution.
Background
The application of the animal decoction pieces has a long history in China, has the effects of calming wind and relieving spasm, dispelling wind and relieving pain, dredging collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the like, has wide curative effect, but has the main components of protein[1]Amino acids, alkaloids, etc., which are difficult to store in daily use. From the clinical medication requirements of China at present, the requirements on animal decoction pieces are increasing and decreasing, and in order to meet the clinical medication requirements, scientific maintenance management research needs to be carried out besides the research on how to expand the sources of the decoction pieces, so that the quality of the decoction pieces is ensured, and the resource waste is avoided. The oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air have great influence on the deterioration of the animal decoction pieces due to the change of external environmental factors, and are easy to cause the phenomena of worm damage and mildew[2]It also affects the stability of the main ingredients inside the decoction pieces. The deteriorated decoction pieces not only reduce the original curative effect, but also harm the health of patients.
The centipede and the scorpion are expensive, clinically necessary, difficult to store and easy to change in quality, and the main components of the centipede and the scorpion contain protein, amino acid, alkaloid and the like. The scorpion contains protein, betaine, taurine and the like; the centipede contains protein, tyrosine, leucine, fatty oil and the like, and the spatial conformation of deteriorated chemical components is changed, so that the curative effect of the tablet is directly influenced. The centipede and scorpion decoction pieces are widely used clinically, and have obvious curative effect on nervous system, blood system, cardiovascular system, circulatory system and other aspects. From this point alone, it can be seen that the medicinal value of the two kinds of decoction pieces is very high. However, if the decoction pieces are improperly maintained and stored in daily life, the original active ingredients of the decoction pieces can be lost or reduced, so that the medicinal value is reduced. In addition, from the economic aspect, compared with the common plant decoction pieces, the animal decoction pieces have relatively less resources and are even scarce, so the cost is higher and the economic cost is higher. For example: compared with scorpion, the unit price of the uncaria is about 55 yuan per 500 g, while the unit price of the uncaria is about 2645 yuan per 500 g, and the difference between the uncaria and the scorpion is about 5 to 6 times. Therefore, the economic value of the animal decoction pieces is high. However, the small packaging of the same amount of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is just started in recent years, and the corresponding storage and maintenance measures are not perfect.
The traditional bulk decoction pieces are correspondingly prepared by temperature and humidity regulation and traditional maintenance methods, appearance quality change is not found, the small package materials are not breathable since the small package materials are used, water vapor is generated due to temperature and humidity changes, the small package materials are easy to change particularly in plum rain seasons of 6-10 months, the traditional maintenance method cannot be implemented, the temperature and humidity regulation effect is not ideal, mildew and worm damage phenomena occur, the quality safety of the decoction pieces is caused, and the clinical diagnosis medication effect is influenced.
Therefore, in order to prevent the decoction pieces from deteriorating, reduce direct economic loss and ensure the quality of the decoction pieces, the subject experiment starts from a novel subject matter, aims at the combination of small-package materials and traditional antagonistic storage, carries out observation and comparison, detects the extract content and aspergillus flavus, and explores the influence of the storage conditions of the animal decoction pieces and the packaging materials on the quality.
In the experiment, two kinds of animal decoction pieces are subjected to experimental comparison in the aspects of packaging materials and traditional decoction piece antagonistic maintenance under the normal temperature environment of a pharmacy in a medical institution (the temperature is less than 30 ℃ and the humidity is 45-75%), whether appearance characters of the decoction pieces are mildewed or damaged by worms is observed, the content of internal extract and detection of aspergillus flavus are compared with the standard of 2010 version pharmacopoeia of the people's republic of China to determine whether the internal extract content and the aspergillus flavus are changed, a proper packaging material is selected, a corresponding storage and maintenance method is formulated, and the effectiveness and the safety of the decoction pieces are guaranteed.
The method for maintaining the animal decoction pieces in the pharmacy suitable for medical institutions is not reported at present.

Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a method suitable for curing the herbal pieces for decoction of the pharmacy animals in the medical institution aiming at the defects of the prior art.
A second object of the present invention is to provide the use of the method as described above, in view of the drawbacks of the prior art.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide a small package animal decoction piece maintenance system aiming at the defects of the prior art.

In the third year, according to the experimental results, a proper packaging material (polyethylene composite film and antagonistic storage) is selected, and the experiment is carried out in the pharmacy in the hospital; 200 patients were collected and submitted to clinical physician recommendations.
TABLE 9 Scorpion experiment feedback chart in 2017
According to the experimental results, the Chinese herbal medicine decoction piece quality special inspection in each year in the region is trained and learned for communication and popularization.
Hospital: and (4) standard purchase is carried out, and the packaging material selected according to the experimental result does not have the phenomenon of quality variation and the economic waste of loss under the specified temperature and humidity standard environment.
The patients: survey 200 patient feedback: the quality is stable within the period of prescription, reaches the standard, has no quality variation condition and has no quality complaint phenomenon of patients.
A physician: survey clinician (internal medicine, orthopedics, oncology, cardiology, encephalopathy) feedback: the quality is stable, the compatibility of clinical prescriptions is effective, and no patient reflects the condition of quality variation in clinical use.
Experiments show that the polyethylene confrontation group is relatively suitable for storage, and the proportion of water and total ash content is relatively not very high on the premise of ensuring the extract. Although the non-woven fabric has relatively low moisture content, the extract content is not very high, and the opaque packaging material is inconvenient for quality inspection of the decoction pieces. For the animal decoction pieces rich in protein, especially in plum rain high-temperature seasons, the temperature is easy to control and is less than 25 ℃, the humidity is 45-75% in the storage of a traditional Chinese medicine room allocation room, the small-packaged animal decoction pieces can be placed with peppers for antagonistic storage, and the quality stability is easy to ensure; meanwhile, clinicians are advised to reduce the number of posts as much as possible in plum rain seasons, so that long-time storage is avoided; the patients are informed of the special condition to store at low temperature, and the quality of the decoction pieces is ensured.
Through the experiment in this institute, select suitable packaging material and relative humiture, guarantee the quality stability of animal class sliced medicinal herbs, in the training study of "herbal pieces quality special examination" of the whole district of every year simultaneously, can use widely, drive the sliced medicinal herbs quality of whole district and further improve.
4. Discussion of the related Art
The suspected white crystal may be salt due to the processing method (salt boiling) of Scorpio. From this analysis, salt precipitation has a certain relationship with air moisture, and storage resistance plays a certain role in nonwoven fabrics. By comparison with the data of the samples, it was found that: the extract of Scorpio except polyethylene challenge and perforated polyethylene challenge 2 groups were decreased, and other 4 groups were increased, with the maximum increase being polyethylene challenge group.
The 4 groups of perforated polyethylene and non-woven fabric were in contact with air, so the color was lighter, the smell was relatively lighter, the worm body was drier, and salt precipitation was less. Through data comparison, the water content of the 6 groups is reduced, wherein the polyethylene is not antagonistic when the water content is reduced to the maximum extent; in the 6 groups, the total ash content of the polyethylene non-antagonistic group and the perforated polyethylene antagonistic group is reduced, and the other 4 groups are increased, wherein the maximum increasing amplitude is the non-woven fabric antagonistic group; in group 6, extractants in the polyethylene challenge group and the perforated polyethylene challenge group increased, and in the other 4 groups, extractants decreased.
Comparing with the data of August, it is found that only 2 groups of polyethylene have reduced water content detection, and other 4 groups have increased water content detection; the polyethylene non-antagonistic group and the non-woven fabric antagonistic group except the punched holes of the total ash content are slightly reduced, and the other 4 groups are all increased; the extracts were all elevated compared to the samples, with the largest amplitude being the polyethylene challenge.
According to the standard, every 1000g of aflatoxin B1-containing powder has the content of not more than 5 mu g; the total content of aflatoxins G2, G1, B2 and B1 is not more than 10 μ G. After detection, no aflatoxin is detected in 7-9 months.
The experiment of the first stage is carried out in the environment that the temperature of a traditional Chinese medicine dispensing room is less than 25 ℃ and the humidity is less than 65%, but the family of a patient does not have professional temperature control and dehumidification equipment, and the dispensing number is as large as 14-21, so that the quality change is easy to occur, the experiment of the second stage is carried out in the room with normal temperature and without direct sunlight, and the experiment period is 2 months (7-8 months).
The average temperature of July is 32 deg.C, and humidity is 64%. Under the environment of higher temperature and higher humidity, 6 groups of scorpions all excrete oily liquid. Comparing with the sample data, the moisture of the non-woven fabric 2 group is reduced, and the other 4 groups are increased, wherein the polyethylene antagonistic group with the maximum amplitude is obtained; the total ash content and extract content of 6 groups are increased, wherein the minimum increase of the total ash content is the non-woven fabric non-antagonistic group, and the maximum increase of the extract content is the perforated polyethylene non-antagonistic group.
The average temperature in August was 33 ℃ and humidity was 54%. Under the environment that the temperature is continuously raised and the humidity is reduced, the oily liquid of 6 groups of scorpion samples is reduced and even disappears; slightly salting out. Compared with the data of 7 months, the moisture content is reduced, and the maximum reduction is the non-woven fabric confrontation group; the total ash content of the polyethylene antagonistic group and the non-woven fabric antagonistic group rises, the other 4 groups all fall, and the maximum falling amplitude is the perforated polyethylene antagonistic group; the extractables of the non-woven fabric challenge group decreased slightly, and the extractables of the other 5 groups increased, with the polyethylene challenge group having the greatest amplitude.
According to the standard, every 1000g of aflatoxin B1-containing powder has the content of not more than 5 mu g; the total content of aflatoxins G2, G1, B2 and B1 is not more than 10 μ G. After detection, no aflatoxin is detected in 7-8 months.
In summary, in 6 experiments, the polyethylene challenge group was relatively suitable for storage, and the ratio of water content to total ash content was not very high on the premise of ensuring the extract. Although the non-woven fabric has relatively low moisture content, the extract content is not very high, and the opaque packaging material is inconvenient for quality inspection of the decoction pieces. For the animal decoction pieces rich in protein, especially in plum rain high-temperature seasons, the temperature is controlled to be lower than 25 ℃ and the humidity is controlled to be 45-75% in the storage of a traditional Chinese medicine room allocation room, the small-packaged animal decoction pieces can be stored in a confrontation manner by using pepper, and the quality stability is easy to maintain; the number of doses is recommended to be reduced as much as possible in the plum rain season, so that long-time storage is avoided; the patients are informed of the special condition to store at low temperature, and the quality of the decoction pieces is ensured.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and additions can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
