When the patient goes to a toilet, the upper half part of the supine turnover support is lifted up, so that the patient is in a sitting posture, then the legs of the patient are respectively moved to the second left turnover part and the second right turnover part, then the sliding part is moved away and the toilet is exposed, the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 are lifted to be respectively aligned with the second left turnover part and the second right turnover part, then the second left turnover part and the second right turnover part are turned over, the legs of the patient are moved to the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35, the back of the patient is abutted against the lifted upper half part, and the legs are descended along with the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 to sit on the toilet; after the patient goes to the toilet, the first lifting pedal 08 and the second lifting pedal 35 can help the patient to lift the legs to the bed surface height after defecating, and then the patient can get on the second left turnover part and the second right turnover part on the two sides respectively by forking, and the sliding part slides to return to the original position.
Referring to fig. 7-10, in one embodiment, the toilet is a squat toilet. The squat toilet and the seat toilet are different in the structure of the toilet body 07. Please refer to fig. 9, the squat toilet may include a squat toilet base 191, a squat toilet body 194 disposed in the squat toilet base 191, a squat toilet support rod 192 disposed on the squat toilet base 191, and a squat toilet seat 193 disposed on the squat toilet support rod 192, wherein the squat toilet seat 193 is disposed right opposite to the squat toilet body 194, and the squat toilet seat 193 is disposed to facilitate the patient with inconvenience in legs and feet to go to the toilet. But not limited to, the squat toilet may also be a structure without the squat toilet support bar 192 and squat toilet seat 193, i.e. an existing conventional squat toilet structure, which can be used by patients with normal legs and feet.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 7, the sliding portion includes a first linear sliding rail 16, a second linear sliding rail (not shown), a third bed board 17 and a third mattress 18, which are sequentially disposed from bottom to top, the first linear sliding rail 16 and the second linear sliding rail are disposed at intervals, and the third bed board 17 is slidably disposed on the first linear sliding rail 16 and the second linear sliding rail; the second left turning part comprises a second left turning support 12, a fourth bed board 13, a fourth mattress 14 and a sixth push rod motor (not shown in the figure), the second left turning support 12, the fourth bed board 13 and the fourth mattress 14 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the sixth push rod motor is used for pushing the second left turning support 12 to turn to the left side so as to drive the fourth bed board 13 and the fourth mattress 14 to turn to the left side; the second right turning part comprises a second right turning support 24, a fifth bed board 25, a fifth mattress 26 and a seventh push rod motor (not shown in the figure), the second right turning support 24, the fifth bed board 25 and the fifth mattress 26 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the seventh push rod motor is used for pushing the second right turning support 24 to turn right, so as to drive the fifth bed board 25 and the fifth mattress 26 to turn right; the upper half part of the supine turning bracket comprises a sixth bed board 197 and a sixth mattress 196 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence. The third 18, fourth 14, fifth 26 and sixth 196 mattresses may be the same or different and may be constructed of specially surface treated natural hides or synthetic leather or fabric wrapped high stretch cotton or sponge pads having the characteristics of softness, breathability, water resistance, and mite resistance.
The supine flip stand further includes a third pusher motor 31 and a linear drive mechanism 15. The third push rod motor 31 is used for pushing the upper half part to be raised or laid flat, the maximum raising angle of the upper half part of the supine turnover bracket is 90 degrees, and when a patient goes to a toilet, the patient can lean against the third bed plate 17 and has a supporting function. The linear drive mechanism 15 is used to push the third deck 17 and the third mattress 18 to and fro on the first linear slide rail 16 and the second linear slide rail.
Referring to fig. 11, the bed frame body 23 is further provided with a bed curtain 20, the bed curtain 20 is disposed along the periphery of the bed frame body 23, and the nursing bed can be surrounded by the bed curtain 20 after being unfolded, so that a comfortable independent space is provided for a patient, and privacy can be protected.
Referring to fig. 1, the nursing bed further includes a control box 43 and a handheld controller 306 for controlling the state and action of the nursing bed, the control box 43 adopts a P L C control system, the control box 43 is provided with a P L C touch screen, the P L C control system is a digital operation control system with a microprocessor for automatic control, and can load control instructions into a memory at any time for storage and execution, the programmable control system is composed of a CPU, an instruction and data memory, an input/output interface, a power supply, a digital-analog conversion and other functional units, various electric devices related to the nursing bed of the present invention are integrated and controlled by the P L C control system, as shown in fig. 12 in particular, the handheld controller 306 can be a bluetooth wireless intelligent remote controller, bluetooth technology is a global specification open for wireless data and voice communication, which is based on a low-cost wireless connection, establishes a special short-range wireless technology connection for communication environments of fixed and mobile devices, enables some portable mobile devices and computer devices to be connected to the internet without cables, and the present invention can control an iPad which can be operated by a mobile phone or a mobile phone.
The control system of the toilet bowl and the control system of the nursing bed as a whole can be the same or different, but the toilet bowl can also be provided with a separate P L C control system for controlling the functions of the toilet bowl.
Referring to fig. 1, guard rails are detachably disposed on both sides of the frame body 23 along the length direction, and a table (not shown) is detachably and movably disposed on the guard rails, and the table can move along the length direction of the frame body 23 on the guard rails. When the user needs to get on or off the bed, the guard rail can be detached from the bed frame body 23; when the table board needs to be used, the guard rail may be mounted on the frame body 23. Referring to fig. 13, in an embodiment, the guard rail structure on one side of the frame body 23 includes a first rail 312, a second rail 316, a guard post 314, and a locking device 313, wherein the first rail 312 and the second rail 316 are hinged to the frame body 23, and the locking device 313 may be a locking bolt, and the locking device 313 controls the first rail 312 and the second rail 316 to be connected or disconnected with each other.
Referring to fig. 1, the bed frame body 23 has a plurality of casters 105 for movement at the bottom thereof. So as to facilitate the movement of the nursing bed as a whole. The universal wheels 105 can be universal wheels with brakes, which facilitate the movement and fixation of the nursing bed.
