Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to a control method of a household appliance 100 and the household appliance 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the household appliance 100 includes a feeding channel 11, a first stopper 12 and a second stopper 13. The feed channel 11 comprises a first inlet 14, a second inlet 15 and an outlet 16. The first stopper 12 is used to open and close the first feed opening 14. The second stopper 13 is for opening and closing the second feed opening 15.
The control method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step S110: detecting whether the material 101 is present at the first feed opening 14 when the putting program of the household appliance 100 is started;
step S130: in the case where the material 101 is detected at the first feed opening 14, the first stopper 12 is driven to open the first feed opening 14 so that the material 101 falls into the second feed opening 15;
step S140: detecting whether the material 101 exists at the second feed opening 15 under the condition that the first stopper 12 is driven to open the first feed opening 14 for a first preset time period;
step S150: in the case that the material 101 is detected at the second feeding hole 15, driving the second stop member 13 to open the second feeding hole 15 so that the material 101 falls into the discharging hole 16;
step S160: detecting whether the material 101 exists at the material opening 16 under the condition that the second stop piece 13 is driven to open the second material inlet 15 for a second preset time;
step S170: and controlling the household appliance 100 to give a prompt under the condition that the material 101 does not exist at the first feeding hole 14, the second feeding hole 15 or the discharging hole 16.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the home appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the home appliance 100 includes a control part 130. The control part 130 is used for detecting whether the material 101 exists at the first feeding hole 14 or not when the putting program of the household appliance 100 is started; and is used for driving the first stop member 12 to open the first feeding hole 14 so as to enable the material 101 to fall into the second feeding hole 15 under the condition that the material 101 is detected at the first feeding hole 14; and is used for detecting whether materials exist at the second feed opening 15 under the condition that the first stop part 12 is driven to open the first feed opening 14 for a first preset time period; and is used for driving the second stop piece 13 to open the second feeding hole 15 so as to enable the material to fall into the discharging hole 16 under the condition that the material is detected at the second feeding hole 15; and is used for detecting whether the material exists at the material opening 16 under the condition that the second stop piece 13 is driven to open the second material inlet 15 for a second preset time; and is used for controlling the household appliance 100 to give out a prompt under the condition that no material exists at the first feeding hole 14, the second feeding hole 15 or the discharging hole 16.
In the above-mentioned control method of the household appliance 100 and the household appliance 100, whether the material 101 is stuck in the feeding channel 11 can be determined by detecting whether the material 101 reaches the feeding hole or the discharging hole 16 in the case of a preset time length. When no material 101 or material 101 is behind the card, the user can be informed in a prompting manner, so that the user is prevented from using the dishwasher under the condition of no knowledge, the dish washing block does not play a cleaning role, and the cleaning efficiency of the dishwasher is influenced.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the household appliance 100 comprises a cavity 17 and a chamber (not shown). The feed channel 11 is fixed to the chamber 17 with the discharge opening 16 facing into the chamber. The feed channel 11 has a stock channel 18 for storing the material 101. The stock passage 18 communicates to the first feed port 14. In fig. 2, the first inlet 14, the second inlet 15, and the outlet 16 are arranged in a top-to-bottom direction.
The launch program may be triggered by user input, or by the arrival of a scheduled time. In case the dosing procedure is initiated, the dosing of material 101 is started in order to let the material 101 in the storage channel 18 fall into the first feed opening 14.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the household appliance 100 further includes a first sensor 22, a second sensor 24, a third sensor 26, a first motor 21 and a second motor 23. The control unit 130 is connected to the first sensor 22, the second sensor 24, the third sensor 26, the first motor 21, the second motor 23, and the presentation unit 110. The control part 130 may detect whether the first inlet 14, the second inlet 15, and the outlet 16 have the material through the first sensor 22, the second sensor 24, and the third sensor 26. The control part 130 may include a controller.
Specifically, when there is a material 101 at the first feeding hole 14, the first sensor 22 outputs a signal indicating that there is a material 101 at the first feeding hole 14, and the control portion 130 sends a driving signal to the first motor 21 according to the corresponding signal, so that the first motor 21 drives the first stopper 12 to open the first feeding hole 14, and the material 101 at the first feeding hole 14 falls into the second feeding hole 15; under the condition that the first feeding hole 14 has no material 101, the first sensor 22 outputs a signal indicating that the first feeding hole 14 has no material 101, and the control portion 130 sends a control signal to the prompting portion 110 according to the corresponding signal, so that the prompting portion 110 sends a prompting message to inform a user that the first feeding hole has no material 101.
In other embodiments, in the presence of material 101 at the first inlet 14, the first sensor 22 will output a corresponding signal; in the absence of material 101 at the first inlet 14, the first sensor 22 will not output a corresponding signal. This may be calibrated in advance.
In the case where there is material 101 at the first inlet 14 and the first stopper 12 opens the first inlet 14 for a first preset time period, it can be understood that the material 101 may fall into the second inlet 15 for less than or equal to the first preset time period when the material 101 may not be stuck in the feeding passage 11 above the second inlet 15. When the material 101 is stuck in the feeding channel 11 above the second feeding hole 15, the material 101 will not fall into the second feeding hole 15 or the time for falling into the second feeding hole 15 is longer than the first preset time, so that it can be determined whether the material 101 is stuck between the first feeding hole 14 and the second feeding hole 15.
In addition, when the material 101 is jammed between the first feeding hole 14 and the second feeding hole 15, the second sensor 24 will not detect the material 101 at the second feeding hole 15 for the first preset time period. The second sensor 24 outputs a signal indicating that no material 101 is present at the second feeding hole 15 or outputs no signal, and the control part 130 sends a control signal to the prompting part 110 according to the corresponding situation, so that the prompting part 110 sends a prompting message to inform a user that jamming occurs. The prompt part 110 may include a buzzer, an LED lamp, a display screen, etc., and the prompt information may be an alarm prompt sound, a light with a specific change rule, a text on the display screen, a set voice, etc.
In the present embodiment, the material 101 may fall by its own weight. The first preset duration can be adjusted according to specific conditions. For example, the first preset time period is related to the distance between the first feeding hole 14 and the second feeding hole 15, the time period when the first stop member 12 is driven to open by the first motor 21 to let the material 101 fall, and the weight of the material 101 itself, and can be determined through a preliminary test. In one example, the first preset duration is 6 seconds.
When the second sensor 24 detects that the material 101 is located at the second feeding hole 15, the control portion 130 sends a driving signal to the second motor 23, so that the second motor 23 drives the second stopper 13 to open the second feeding hole 15, and the material 101 at the second feeding hole 15 falls into the discharging hole 16.
In the case where there is material 101 at the second inlet 15 and the second stopper 13 opens the second inlet 15 for a second predetermined length of time, it can be appreciated that the material 101 will fall into the outlet 16 for less than or equal to the second predetermined length of time when the material 101 will not be stuck in the feed channel 11 between the second inlet 15 and the outlet 16. When the material 101 is stuck in the feeding channel 11 between the second feeding hole 15 and the discharging hole 16, the material 101 will not fall into the discharging hole 16 or the time for falling into the discharging hole 16 is longer than the second preset time, so that it can be determined whether the material 101 is stuck between the second feeding hole 15 and the discharging hole 16.
In addition, when the material 101 is jammed between the second feeding hole 15 and the discharging hole 16, the third sensor 26 will not detect the material 101 at the discharging hole 16 for a second preset time period. The third sensor 26 outputs a signal indicating that there is no material 101 at the discharge port 16 or does not output a signal, and the control portion 130 sends a control signal to the prompting portion 110 according to the corresponding situation, so that the prompting portion 110 sends a prompting message to inform a user that jamming occurs. The prompt part 110 may include a buzzer, an LED lamp, a display screen, etc., and the prompt information may be an alarm prompt sound, a light with a specific change rule, a text on the display screen, a set voice, etc.
In the present embodiment, the material 101 may fall by its own weight. The second preset time can be adjusted according to specific conditions. For example, the second preset time period is related to the distance between the second inlet opening 15 and the outlet opening 16, the time period when the second motor 23 drives the second stopper 13 to open to let the material 101 fall, the weight of the material 101 itself, and can be determined through pre-testing. In one example, the second predetermined time period is 8 seconds.
When the third sensor 26 detects that the material 101 is at the discharge port 16, the control portion 130 sends a driving signal to the second motor 23, so that the second motor 23 drives the second stopper 13 to open the discharge port 16, and the material 101 at the discharge port 16 falls into the discharge port 16.
It can be understood that the home appliance 100 needs to meet the daily needs of the user. In case the household appliance 100 is a dishwasher, the dishwasher may achieve automatic washing of articles such as dishes, thereby saving time and effort of a user. In the related art, a dishwasher achieves a cleaning effect on dishes by adding a specific detergent. In the case of a detergent block, the detergent may be introduced into the dishwasher for cleaning via the feed channel 11. When the detergent is stuck in the feeding channel 11, the detergent can be subjected to position detection, so that the situation that the detergent is stuck is determined. Therefore, a user can perceive the blocking condition when using the detergent, and the detergent is ensured to play a cleaning role by adjusting the blocked detergent so as to achieve a good cleaning effect.
The household appliance 100 includes, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a cooking appliance (e.g., a rice cooker), and the like. In case the household appliance 100 is a washing machine, the material 101 may be a detergent in a block shape, and the specific principle is similar to that of the above embodiment. For a cooking appliance, the material 101 may be a food material or the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a first motor 21 and a first sensor 22. The first motor 21 is connected to the first stopper 12. The first sensor 22 is configured to output a first signal in the presence of material 101 at the first inlet 14. In certain embodiments, step S110 comprises:
step S210: determining that the material 101 is present at the first feed opening 14 when the dosing procedure of the household appliance 100 is started and the first sensor 22 outputs the first signal;
step S130, including:
step S230: in the case where the material 101 is present at the first feed opening 14, the first motor 21 is turned on for a first preset time period to drive the first stopper 12 to open the first feed opening 14.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the home appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the control portion 130 is configured to determine that the material 101 exists in the first feeding hole 14 when the feeding procedure is started and the first sensor 22 outputs the first signal; and for turning on the first motor 21 for a first preset time period to drive the first stopper 12 to open the first feed opening 14 in the presence of the material 101 at the first feed opening 14.
In this way, it is ensured that the material 101 falls from the first inlet 14 into the second inlet 15.
Specifically, the first sensor 22 may be a light sensor, an acoustic wave sensor, a pressure sensor, a micro switch, and the like.
In embodiments where the first sensor 22 is a light sensor, the first sensor 22 may include a light emitting portion and a light receiving portion. The light emitting portion and the light receiving portion may be disposed opposite to each other, or disposed on the same side. Under the condition that the material 101 is arranged at the first feeding hole 14, the material 101 blocks the light of the light emitting part, when the material is oppositely arranged, the light receiving part cannot receive the light, and when the material is arranged at the same side, the light receiving part can receive the reflected light of the material 101. Thus, in the case where there is the material 101 and there is no material 101 at the first feed port 14, the output signal of the light receiving portion changes accordingly, and the signal with the material 101 may be designated as a first signal and the signal without the material 101 may be designated as another signal. The first sensor 22 may output a first signal to the control part 130, and the control part 130 may determine that the material 101 exists at the first feeding hole 14 according to the first signal, thereby controlling the first motor 21 to drive the first stopper 12 to open the first feeding hole 14. The time that the first motor 21 is turned on is maintained for the first preset time period, which ensures that the material 101 falls from the first feeding hole 14 to the second feeding hole 15 in the presence of the material 101 and without jamming.
In embodiments where the first sensor 22 is an acoustic wave sensor, the first sensor 22 may include an acoustic wave emitting portion and an acoustic wave receiving portion, and the acoustic wave emitting portion and the acoustic wave receiving portion may be disposed opposite to each other or on the same side. Under the condition that the material 101 is arranged at the first feeding hole 14, the material 101 blocks the sound wave emitted by the sound wave emitting part, when the material is oppositely arranged, the sound wave receiving part cannot receive the sound wave, and when the material is arranged at the same side, the sound wave receiving part can receive the reflected sound wave of the material 101. Thus, in the case where there are materials 101 and no materials 101 at the first feeding hole 14, the output signal of the sound wave receiving part changes accordingly, and the signal with the materials 101 can be designated as a first signal, and the signal without the materials 101 can be designated as another signal.
