Referring to fig. 1-3, a dishwasher 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a washing chamber 11, the dishwasher 10 includes a first washing stage and a second washing stage sequentially performed, the dishwasher 10 adds consumables to the washing chamber 11 when performing the second washing stage, the dishwasher 10 includes a control module 12, and the control module 12 is configured to:
upon receiving the interrupt instruction, detecting a current washing stage of the dishwasher 10;
when the current washing stage is the first washing stage, controlling the dishwasher 10 to send a first prompt signal to prompt the user to add tableware and maintain the current washing stage;
when the current washing stage is the second washing stage, the dishwasher 10 is controlled to send out a second prompt signal to prompt the user to add tableware and consumables and exit the current washing stage.
A control method of an embodiment of the present invention for controlling the dishwasher 10 of the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
s11: detecting a current washing stage of the dishwasher 10 when the dishwasher 10 receives the interrupt instruction;
s12: when the current washing stage is the first washing stage, sending a first prompt signal to prompt a user to add tableware and keep the current washing stage;
s13: and when the current washing stage is the second washing stage, sending a second prompt signal to prompt the user to add tableware and consumables and quit the current washing stage.
The control method of the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the dishwasher 10 of the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, steps S11, S12, and S13 may be implemented by the control module 12.
According to the control method and the dishwasher 10 of the embodiment of the invention, when the dishwasher 10 receives the interrupt instruction, if the first washing stage is in, the dishwasher 10 does not add consumables (such as detergent), and can continue washing, and if the second washing stage is in, the step of adding the consumables is described, the user is prompted to add the consumables while adding the tableware, and the current washing stage is exited, so that the effect of unclean washing caused by lack of consumables due to the addition of the tableware is avoided.
Specifically, a user may add an amount of consumables to the dishwasher 10 before the dishwasher 10 washes dishes, and the dishwasher 10 will add consumables to the washing chamber 11 when performing the second washing stage. If the addition of the dishes is required after the step of adding the consumables to the dishwasher 10, it may result in insufficient consumables in the washing chamber 11 to wash the added dishes unclean. Thus, when the dishwasher 10 detects that the current washing stage is the second washing stage, a second prompt signal is issued to remind the user to add consumables to the dishwasher 10 while adding dishes, and to exit the second washing stage to allow the dishwasher 10 to perform the step of adding consumables to the washing chamber 11 again.
When the dishwasher 10 is in operation, if tableware needs to be added into the dishwasher 10, an interrupt instruction can be sent to the dishwasher 10, the dishwasher 10 can pause the current washing stage, detect the current washing stage, judge whether consumables are added according to the current washing stage, and then send a corresponding prompt signal to remind a user to add the tableware or add the tableware and the consumables.
In one embodiment, the first wash phase may be a pre-wash phase of the dishwasher 10 and the second wash phase may comprise a main wash phase and/or a rinse phase of the dishwasher 10. The dishwasher 10 generally does not consume consumables during the pre-wash phase. Upon entering the main wash phase, the rinse phase, the dishwasher 10 adds consumables to the washing chamber 11. When receiving the interrupt instruction, the control module 12 sends a first prompt signal to prompt the user to add tableware and keep the current washing stage as the pre-washing stage when detecting that the current washing stage is the pre-washing stage; when the control module 12 detects that the current washing stage is the main washing stage or the rinsing stage, it will send out a second prompt signal to prompt the user to add dishes and consumables and exit the main washing stage or the rinsing stage, so as to reselect other programs or washing programs of the dishwasher 10.
When the user gives an interrupt command to the dishwasher 10, it is not always necessary to add dishes, and there is a possibility of an operational error. In steps S12 and S13, the dishwasher 10 sends the first or second prompt signal to prompt the user to add the tableware, and if the user does not add the tableware because the interruption instruction is sent due to misoperation, the first or second prompt signal can remind the user of the misoperation, so that the user can correct the operation in time, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the dishwasher 10 includes a speaker 13 and a display screen 14, and the control module 12 is configured to control the speaker 13 to emit the first alert signal and/or the second alert signal. The control module 12 is configured to control the display screen 14 to send out a first prompt signal and/or a second prompt signal.
In some embodiments, the control method comprises the steps of:
sending out a first prompt signal or a second prompt signal by using a loudspeaker 13 and a display screen 14;
a second prompting signal or second prompting signal is emitted by means of the loudspeaker 13 and the display screen 14.
Therefore, the user receives the first prompt signal and the second prompt signal in time.
It is understood that the first prompt signal may be emitted from the speaker 13, the display 14, or both the speaker 13 and the display 14; the second prompting signal may be emitted by the speaker 13, the display 14, or both the speaker 13 and the display 14.
In particular, the first cue signal and the second cue signal may be voice alerts. For example, the first cue signal may be a voice alert of "please add tableware"; the second cue may be a voice alert to "please add dishes and consumables and exit the current wash stage". The content of the voice reminder is not limited to the above, and in other embodiments, the content of the voice reminder may be other content.
The first prompt signal and the second prompt signal may also be other sound prompt signals, for example, the first prompt signal may be a slow ringing sound, and the second prompt signal may be a sharp ringing sound; or the first prompt signal and the second prompt signal are different music respectively.
The first prompt signal and the second prompt signal can be the same or different in type, for example, the first prompt signal is a slow ringing sound, and the second prompt signal is a voice prompt of "please add tableware and consumables and exit the current washing stage"; or the first prompt signal is music playing and the second prompt signal is a rapid ringing sound.
The first cue signal and the second cue signal may also be textual reminders displayed on the display screen 14. For example, the first cue signal may be a text reminder of "please add tableware"; the second cue may be a text reminder to "please add dishes and consumables and exit the current wash stage". The content of the text reminder is not limited to the above, and in other embodiments, the content of the text reminder may be other content.
The first prompt signal and the second prompt signal may also be an image prompt, and the first prompt signal and the second prompt signal may be set to different images respectively.
The first prompt signal can be a character prompt, and the second prompt signal can be an image prompt; or the first prompt signal is an image prompt, and the second prompt signal is a character prompt.
The first prompt signal can be a voice prompt, and the second prompt signal can be a text prompt; or the first prompt signal is an image prompt, and the second prompt signal is a voice prompt. The first prompt signal can also comprise a voice prompt and an image prompt at the same time; the second cue signal may also include both a voice alert and an image alert.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the dishwasher 10 may include a speaker 13, the speaker 13 emitting either the first alert signal or the second alert signal. The dishwasher 10 may include a display screen 14, the display screen 14 displaying either the first alert signal or the second alert signal.
Referring to FIG. 4, in some embodiments, the dishwasher 10 includes a pause key 15, and when the dishwasher 10 operates the first washing stage or the second washing stage and the pause key 15 is triggered, the dishwasher 10 generates an interrupt command and pauses the current washing stage.
Therefore, the user can send an interrupt instruction to the dishwasher 10 conveniently, the convenience of product use is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, the pause key 15 is electrically connected to the control module 12. The pause key 15 may be a mechanical key or a touch key. In one example, the pause key 15 is a mechanical key. Therefore, the user operation is simple and convenient. In another example, the pause key 15 is a touch key, so that the user can operate the pause key 15 with less effort, and the appearance of the pause key 15 is more attractive. In addition, the pause key 15 may also be integrated into the display 14, that is, the display 14 is a touch display 14 provided with the pause key 15.
The control module 12, upon receiving the interrupt command, controls the dishwasher 10 to pause the current washing phase.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the dishwasher 10 includes a door 16, and when the door 16 is opened while the dishwasher 10 is operating in the first washing stage or the second washing stage, the dishwasher 10 generates an interrupt command and suspends the current washing stage.
Therefore, when the door 16 is opened during the operation of the dishwasher 10, the dishwasher 10 can pause the washing in time to prevent the washing water from splashing out of the washing chamber 11.
Specifically, when the user needs to add the tableware, the door 16 can be opened directly, and the control module 12 detects the current washing stage and sends a prompt signal to prompt the user to operate. In this manner, the user is facilitated to add cutlery to the dishwasher 10 while the dishwasher 10 is in operation, which helps to enhance the user experience.
Further, the dishwasher 10 includes a sensor 17, and the sensor 17 is electrically connected to the control module 12 and is used for detecting whether the door 16 is opened. The sensor 17 may be installed in the washing chamber 11 or the door 16, or may be installed in a connector connecting the door 16 and the washing chamber 11. In some examples, the sensor 17 may be an infrared sensor, an angle sensor, or the like.
In certain embodiments, the control module 12 is configured to:
judging whether the door body 16 is closed;
when the door 16 is closed and the current washing stage is the first washing stage, controlling the dishwasher 10 to continue the current washing stage;
when the door body 16 is not closed, detecting the opening duration of the door body 16;
and controlling the dishwasher 10 to send a third prompt signal to prompt the user to close the door when the opening time is longer than or equal to the preset time.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the control method includes the steps of:
s14: judging whether the door body 16 is closed;
s15: when the door 16 is closed and the current washing stage is the first washing stage, controlling the dishwasher 10 to continue the current washing stage;
s16: when the door body 16 is not closed, detecting the opening duration of the door body 16;
s17: and sending a third prompt signal to prompt the user to close the door when the opening duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration.
Therefore, the dishwasher 10 can continue to work after the door body 16 is closed, and when the opening time length of the door body 16 is longer than or equal to the preset time length, a user is reminded to close the door body 16 in time, so that delay of a washing process caused by forgetting to close the door body 16 by the user is avoided.
In particular, the third prompt signal may be emitted through the speaker 13 and/or the display screen 14. The preset time period may be set at the time of shipment of the dishwasher 10 or may be set by the user. In one example, the preset time period is 1 minute when the dishwasher 10 is shipped from the factory, and the preset time period may be set to other suitable time periods when the user uses the dishwasher 10, such as 50 seconds, 1 minute 05 seconds, 1 minute 12 seconds, 2 minutes, and the like. Therefore, the user can set the preset duration according to the operation speed and the use habit, the user experience is improved, and the washing time is shortened.
A preset time period range may be set when the dishwasher 10 leaves the factory, and when the preset time period set by the user exceeds the preset time period range, the preset time period setting may fail. For example, the preset time period is 1 minute when the dishwasher 10 is shipped from factory, and the preset time period ranges from 10 seconds to 10 minutes, which may result in a failure in setting the preset time period when the preset time period set by the user is out of 10 seconds to 10 minutes. Therefore, when the user sets the preset time length, the set preset time length is in a reasonable range, and the situation that the preset time length unreasonably influences user experience is avoided.
The control module 12 may count the time at the opening time of the door 16, and in step S16, the control module 12 detects the timing result to obtain the opening duration of the door 16.
In certain embodiments, the control module 12 is configured to control the dishwasher 10 to issue the third warning signal once every preset period when the opening duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration.
In certain embodiments, step S17 includes:
and when the opening duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration, sending a third prompt signal once every preset period.
Therefore, when the user still does not close the door body 16 after the third prompt signal is sent, the dishwasher can send the third prompt signal for multiple times to prompt the user to close the door body 16, and delay of a washing process caused by the fact that the user forgets to close the door body 16 is avoided.
Specifically, the preset period may be set at the time of factory shipment or may be set by a user. In one example, the preset period is 1 minute when the dishwasher 10 is shipped from a factory, and the preset period may be set to other suitable periods, such as 49 seconds, 1 minute 06 seconds, 1 minute 10 seconds, 2 minutes, etc., when the dishwasher 10 is used by a user. A preset period range may be set when the dishwasher 10 is shipped from a factory, and when the preset period set by the user exceeds the preset period range, the preset period setting may fail. For example, the preset period is 1 minute and the preset period ranges from 5 seconds to 1 hour when the dishwasher 10 is shipped from the factory, and the preset period setting may fail when the preset period set by the user is out of 5 seconds to 1 hour. Therefore, when the user sets the preset period, the set preset period is in a reasonable range, and the condition that the preset period unreasonable influences user experience is avoided.
Further, the preset period may also be a decreasing period, for example, the preset period may be set to (60-2n) seconds, where n is (the number of times of sending the third prompt signal is-1), n is greater than or equal to 1, and if the first time the third prompt signal is sent for 60 seconds and then the door is not closed, the second time the third prompt signal is sent; and if the door is not closed 58 seconds after the third prompt signal is sent for the second time, sending a third prompt signal for the third time, and so on, and if the door is not closed 60-2n seconds after the third prompt signal is sent for the nth time, sending a third prompt signal for the (n + 1) th time. So, along with the extension of opening duration, the frequency that sends the third cue signal improves gradually, and the effect of reminding the user to close the door is better.
In particular, the third cue signal may be emitted by the speaker 13. In one example, the third cue signal is a voice alert. For example, the third prompt signal is a voice prompt of "please close the door". Therefore, the prompt effect is good, and the user can more directly receive the third prompt signal. In certain embodiments, the control module 12 is configured to re-control operation of the dishwasher 10 after exiting the current wash stage based on the input instructions.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the control method further includes:
s18: upon exiting the current wash stage, the dishwasher 10 re-controls the operation of the dishwasher 10 according to the input instructions.
Thus, when the current washing stage is detected to be the second washing stage, the control module 12 can control the operation of the dishwasher 10 again according to the input command, so that the dishwasher 10 can perform the step of adding consumables into the washing chamber 11 again, thereby avoiding the effect of unclean washing caused by the lack of consumables due to the addition of tableware.
In one example, the dishwasher 10 includes a plurality of wash modes, such as a quick wash mode, a fine wash mode, and the like. Each washing mode comprises a first washing stage and a second washing stage, when the current washing stage is detected to be the second washing stage, the dishwasher 10 exits the current washing mode and reenters the program selected by the washing mode, the user inputs an instruction to select the washing mode, and the dishwasher 10 enters the corresponding washing mode to wash according to the input instruction.
