Abstract

本发明属于生活纸领域,具体公开了一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供的制备方法通过优化原料的组成和配比,以及操作参数,能使含天然杀菌成分的组合物在面巾纸生产中不需增加特别工艺和设备,从而通过该制备方法得到的含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸能直接和面巾纸一样生产、包装、加工及应用。并且天然杀菌成分的组合物转移于纸基上后,粘合性好且持久,抑菌面巾抗菌谱范围大,且抗菌能力增强。

一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸及其制备方法与应用
技术领域
本发明属于生活纸领域,特别涉及一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
抑菌是指持续的杀菌、消毒、抑菌作用,抑菌纸在食品包装、日常生活、个人防护以及医疗卫生等领域广泛应用,不但要求纸品具有普通纸的一般性能,更重要的是突出安全卫生。
面巾纸是日常生活消费用纸,一般用全木浆生产,要求安全卫生,是居家、旅行、餐饮不可或缺的可随身携带的卫生用品,为了增强面巾纸的抑菌能力,竹纤维面巾纸应运而生,但抑菌效果认可度不高。由于面巾纸直接与人接触,开发更强抑菌效果的产品必须绝对安全,目前暂没发现抑菌面巾纸的专利文献。
植物源抑菌/抗菌剂是从绿色植物中提取物,成分多样、作用范围广,安全且具有可接受的芳香,在食品的防腐和抗氧化以及化妆品、中成药配方中广泛应用,是长期经验筛选流传保存的大自然赐予的财富,将具有高效杀菌效果的天然杀菌剂与面巾纸复合,不但将大大提高纸基的抑菌效果,且天然安全,但这些天然活性成分均为混合物,成分复杂,分离改性难以及在热、光、抗氧化等方面均敏感而不容易开发利用,如何将天然活性成分预处理,与纸基复合,产品不掉粉,不剥离,是抑菌面巾纸的技术难点。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸的制备方法,尤其提供杀菌效果较强的天然杀菌活性成分提取油预处理方法。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述制备方法得到的含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸。
本发明的再一目的在于提供所述含天然杀菌成分在面巾纸、餐巾纸、纸基防护用品领域中进行应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将0-100质量份氨基硅油与天然杀菌活性成分提取油30-100质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)混合;
(2)在(1)中混合物中加入非离子型乳化剂30-100质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份),搅拌混合;然后加冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(3)向(2)中混合物加入150-200质量份丙二醇(对氨基硅油质量100份);然后边搅拌边加水,加水量为0-500份(对氨基硅油质量100份),再继续搅拌得到抑菌组合物;
(4)将(3)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,得到含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸。
上述步骤中,所述氨基硅油的加入量不为0。
步骤(1)所述的天然杀菌活性成分提取油为通过分离技术得到的食品级提取混合物,优选丁香油、肉桂油、姜黄油中的至少一种。
步骤(2)中所用的非离子乳化剂为烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、斯潘系列、吐温系列、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚系列等的一种或两种以上组合,优选食品级的两种及以上组合。
步骤(3)中第一次所述搅拌的速度为150~500rpm,优选为300rpm。
步骤(3)中第二次所述搅拌的温度不超过30℃,搅拌时间为30~90min;优选为60min。
步骤(4)所述抑菌组合物的转移量为面巾纸干重的3~10wt%。
一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸,通过上述制备方法得到。
所述含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸适合在面巾纸、餐巾纸、纸基防护用品领域中进行应用。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明提供的制备方法通过优化原料的组成和配比,以及操作参数,能使含天然杀菌成分的组合物在面巾纸生产中不需增加特别工艺和设备,从而通过该制备方法得到的含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸能直接和面巾纸一样生产、包装、加工及应用。
(2)本发明中天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸抗菌谱范围大,且抗菌能力增强。
(3)本发明中所述天然杀菌成分的组合物为淡黄色半透明液体或乳白色稳定液体。
(4)该天然杀菌成分的组合物转移于纸基上,粘合性好且持久。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。本发明中所用的水优选为蒸馏水。
实施例1
(1)准备100质量份氨基硅油;
(2)将氨基硅油加肉桂油30质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)混合;
(3)将(2)中混合物中加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)和烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)质量份(两者质量比1:1)(对氨基硅油质量100份)50份,搅拌混合;
(4)将(3)中混合物加适量冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(5)将(4)中混合物加150质量份丙二醇(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(6)将(5)中混合物中边搅拌边加水,300RPM,加水量400份(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(7)对(6)中混合物搅拌温度不超30℃,时间60分钟,得抑菌组合物;
(8)将(7)中抑菌组合物均匀喷洒到面巾纸上,转移量5%(干量对纸基干重)。常规干燥,得到含抑菌面巾纸。
实施例2
(1)准备100质量份氨基硅油;
(2)将氨基硅油加丁香油50质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)混合;
(3)将(2)中混合物中加Tween80质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)50份,搅拌混合;
(4)将(3)中混合物加适量冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(5)将(4)中混合物加150质量份丙二醇(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(6)将(5)中混合物中边搅拌边加水,300RPM,加水量400份(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(7)对(6)中混合物搅拌温度不超30℃,时间60分钟,得抑菌组合物;
(8)将(7)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,转移量3%(干量对纸基干重),得到抑菌面巾纸。
实施例3
(1)准备100质量份氨基硅油;
(2)将氨基硅油加姜黄油100质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)混合;
(3)将(2)中混合物中加Tween-80和AEO-3质量份(两者质量比1:1)(对氨基硅油质量100份)50份,搅拌混合;(4)将(3)中混合物加适量冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(5)将(4)中混合物加200质量份丙二醇(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(6)将(5)中混合物中边搅拌边加水,300RPM,加水量500份(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(7)对(6)中混合物搅拌温度不超30℃,时间60分钟,得抑菌组合物;
(8)将(7)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,转移量10%(干量对纸基干重),得到抑菌面巾纸。
实施例4
(1)准备100质量份氨基硅油;
(2)将氨基硅油加肉桂油和姜黄油50质量份(两者质量比1:1)(对氨基硅油质量100份)混合;
(3)将(2)中混合物中加Tween-80质量份(对氨基硅油质量100份)100份,搅拌混合;
(4)将(3)中混合物加适量冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(5)将(4)中混合物加200质量份丙二醇(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(6)将(5)中混合物中边搅拌边加水,300RPM,加水量500份(对氨基硅油质量100份);
(7)对(6)中混合物搅拌温度不超30℃,时间60分钟,得抑菌组合物;
(8)将(7)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,转移量3%(干量对纸基干重),得到抑菌面巾纸。
实施例5
(1)准备0质量份氨基硅油;
(2)将氨基硅油加肉桂油100质量份混合;
(3)将(2)中混合物中加Tween-80质量份(对肉桂油质量100份)10份,搅拌混合;
(4)将(3)中混合物加适量冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(5)将(4)中混合物加100质量份丙二醇(对肉桂油质量100份);
(6)将(5)中混合物中边搅拌边加水,300RPM,加水量0份(对肉桂油质量100份);
(7)对(6)中混合物搅拌温度不超30C,时间60分钟,得抑菌组合物;
(8)将(7)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,转移量5%(干量对纸基干重),得到抑菌面巾纸。
对比例1
制备过程基本与实施例1相同,区别仅在于不加入肉桂油。
对比例2
制备过程与实施例1不同之处在于不对天然杀菌成分进行预处理(即不进行步骤(1)~(7)的处理),而是将不经预处理的丁香油、肉桂油、姜黄油中的一种及其它们的混合,分别直接转移到面巾纸上。制得面巾纸产生掉粉掉色现象,无法使用。
效果实施例
(1)将实施例1~5制备得到的抑菌面巾纸和对比例1得到的面巾纸进行检测;同时以原面巾纸(为进行处理的维达牌面巾纸基)进行对比。
(2)将食品检测标准菌株大肠杆菌ATCC25922和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC29213分别稀释,稀释至100个细胞/mL。
(3)称取相同重量的纸张样品,撕碎后分别加入大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌菌液一起摇床培养24小时,后吸取其中的1毫升倒入装有培养基的表面皿中,恒温培养24小时后进行对比。检测结果如表1所示:

上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将0-100质量份氨基硅油与天然杀菌活性成分提取油30-100质量份混合;
(2)在(1)中混合物中加入非离子型乳化剂30-100质量份,搅拌混合;然后加冰醋酸调节pH6以下;
(3)将(2)中混合物加150-200质量份丙二醇;然后边搅拌边加水,加水量为0-500份,再继续搅拌得到抑菌组合物;
(4)将(3)中抑菌组合物均匀转移到面巾纸上,得到含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸;
上述步骤中,所述氨基硅油的加入量不为0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所用的非离子乳化剂为烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、斯潘系列、吐温系列、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚系列等的一种或两种以上组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的天然杀菌活性成分提取油为丁香油、肉桂油、姜黄油的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中第一次所述搅拌的速度为150~500rpm;第二次所述搅拌的温度不超过30℃,时间为30~90min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所用的非离子乳化剂为AEO-3、TX-10和Tween80中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述抑菌组合物的转移量为面巾纸干重的3~10wt%。
7.一种含天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸,通过权利要求1~6任一项所述制备方法得到。
8.根据权利要求7所述的天然杀菌成分的抑菌面巾纸在面巾纸、餐巾纸、纸基防护用品领域中进行应用。
