After the fertilization is finished, people close the pesticide spraying device 13, then rotate the outer ring 14 to move left, the outer ring 14 pushes the second valve core 19 to move downwards, the second compression spring 18 is compressed, and when the second valve core 19 moves downwards to block the pipe joint 15, people stop rotating the outer ring 14.
