Under the conditions that the original flow of a supply chain is not changed and documents and configuration are not increased, the cold chain tracing method and the cold chain tracing system utilize the technologies of the Internet of things, the block chain and the cold chain, maintain data information through all parties together, record data generated on a shared commodity supply chain on a platform, and realize the cold chain tracing from the delivery to the sale of commodities; the automatic temperature control device ensures that the temperature in the transportation process meets the standard and ensures the quality of the product in the cold chain transportation process.

step 5, the client, the logistics, the sales terminal and the consumer can inquire the tracing information of the cold and fresh commodities in real time through the system or the client, during the sales, the consumer can also obtain the tracing information of shipment, transportation and receipt through scanning the two-dimensional code of the electronic screen, namely the consumer obtains the tracing information of the commodities in a time window within the quality guarantee period of the commodities on the shelf through scanning the two-dimensional code of the electronic screen, so that the consumer can purchase the commodities which are safe in the whole process, the initial parameters of the electronic screen are loaded through the SD card receiver and written into F L ASH, and the clock triggers the CPU to regenerate the two-dimensional code at fixed time and pushes the L CD screen to display.
The invention ensures that the participants in the supply chain participate in information maintenance as much as possible, and also ensures that the information is shared to each participant, thereby ensuring the safety and credibility of the information.
