Description

Preparation method of anion health care fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile material processing, in particular to a preparation method of an anion health care fabric.
Background
The textile fabric is divided into two types, namely weft knitting fabric and warp knitting fabric, the weft knitting fabric is usually made of low-elasticity polyester yarn or special-shaped polyester yarn, nylon yarn, cotton yarn, wool yarn and the like as raw materials, flat needle tissue is adopted, flat needle tissue, rib flat needle tissue, double rib flat needle tissue, jacquard tissue, looped pile tissue and the like are changed and knitted on various weft knitting machines, negative ions refer to oxygen ions with negative charges simply, the negative ions are colorless and tasteless, air consists of countless molecules and atoms, and charged particles called as ions are formed when the molecules or atoms in the air lose or acquire electrons; the negative ions are gas ions with negative charges in the air, free electrons generated by ionization of air molecules under the action of high pressure or strong rays are mostly obtained by oxygen, so the air negative ions are often called as negative oxygen ions, the molecular formula of the air negative ions is O2- (H2O) n, OH- (H2O) n or CO4- (H2O) n, and the negative ions have the effects of purifying air, improving the ventilation function of lung, activating cells and promoting metabolism, so that a plurality of fabrics are woven by using negative ion fibers and then are made into clothes, thereby being beneficial to the health of people.
Most of the current negative ion fabrics are made by directly immersing or coating a layer of negative ion coating on the surface of the woven fabrics to make the fabrics have the health care effect, however, the anion coating prepared by the method is easy to fall off on the surface of the fabric in the long-time wearing or cleaning process, thereby leading the fabric to lose the health care effect and being incapable of realizing negative ion treatment on the knitting yarns during the formation of the fabric, the coating protective coating is added on the surface of the treated yarn, so that each yarn in the fabric is fully combined with the negative ion treatment liquid, the purpose that the negative ion substances on the surface of the yarn fall off in the weaving process and the protection capability of the woven fabric is improved by adding the coating protective layer cannot be achieved, the duration time of the health care effect of the negative ion fabric is greatly shortened, and great inconvenience is brought to people for using the negative ion fabric for health care.

Claims (6)

1. A preparation method of an anion health care fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, material measurement and cleaning: firstly, respectively measuring natural fibers, modal fibers, spandex fibers, nylon fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers and acetate fiber materials in required weight parts by weighing equipment, and sequentially cleaning the measured components for 2-3 times by cleaning equipment so as to clean impurities and wool flocks on the surfaces of the fibers;
s2, forming of yarns: drying each fiber material cleaned in the step S1 for 20-30min by a hot air drying device to fully evaporate moisture on the surface of each fiber material, and then sequentially making the dried natural fiber, modal fiber, spandex fiber, nylon fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber and acetate fiber into natural fiber yarn, modal fiber yarn, spandex fiber yarn, nylon fiber yarn, regenerated cellulose fiber yarn and acetate fiber yarn by yarn forming equipment;
s3, preparation of negative ion soaking material: weighing tourmaline powder, albite powder, fullerene powder and a coupling agent in corresponding weight parts respectively through weighing equipment, then sequentially pouring the weighed tourmaline powder, albite powder and fullerene powder into screening equipment, screening through a 300-plus-500-mesh screen, then respectively pouring the screened tourmaline powder, albite powder and fullerene powder into mixing and stirring equipment, then adding the coupling agent, and stirring at the rotation speed of 600-plus-800 r/min for 1-2h, thereby preparing a negative ion leaching material;
s4, manufacturing negative ion yarns: respectively immersing the modal fiber yarn, the spandex fiber yarn, the nylon fiber yarn, the regenerated cellulose fiber yarn and the acetate fiber yarn prepared in the step S2 in the nonionic impregnating compound prepared in the step S3, immersing for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, taking out, baking for 20-25min at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ to ensure that the anion impregnating compound is fully immersed and dried in the interior and the surface of the yarn, immersing the yarn in a sulfate antistatic agent for 35-40min, taking out, and continuously baking for 20-25min at the temperature of 55-60 ℃ to obtain the anion yarn;
s5, weaving and blending: and (5) carrying out warp and weft knitting and blending on the anion yarn obtained in the step (S4) and the natural fiber manufactured in the step (S2) through textile equipment, so as to obtain the anion health care fabric.
2. The preparation method of the negative ion health care fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the fiber materials weighed in the step S1 comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of natural fiber, 10-20 parts of modal fiber, 10-20 parts of spandex fiber, 5-10 parts of nylon fiber, 5-10 parts of regenerated cellulose fiber and 5-10 parts of acetate fiber.
3. The preparation method of the negative ion health care fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the natural fiber in the step S1 is one or more of soybean fiber, kapok fiber, abaca fiber or ramie fiber.
4. The preparation method of the negative ion health care fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the drying temperature in the step S2 is 36-52 ℃.
5. The preparation method of the negative ion health care fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the negative ion soaking material in the step S3 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of tourmaline powder, 20-30 parts of albite powder, 20-30 parts of fullerene powder and 5-10 parts of coupling agent.
6. The preparation method of the negative ion health care fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the coupling agent in the step S3 is one of a silane coupling agent, a chromium complex coupling agent, or a titanate coupling agent.
