Background
With the increasing consumption of plastic products, the amount of waste plastic is also increasing. In addition, the annual consumption of plastics for automobiles in China reaches 40 ten thousand tons, and the annual consumption of plastics matched with electronic appliances and household appliances reaches more than 100 ten thousand tons, and the products become one of important sources of waste plastics after being scrapped. It is known that in 2004 domestic waste plastics have reached about 1100 million tons. If the application and post-treatment of the waste plastic raw materials to be processed are improper during storage, transportation and processing of the waste plastics, the environment is damaged and the health of people is harmed.
At present, in plastic recycling equipment, one equipment is usually only responsible for one recycling process, the recycling process comprises procedures of transportation, cleaning, disinfection, drying, storage and the like, the recycling time of plastic is undoubtedly prolonged in each recycling procedure when recycled plastic products continuously reciprocate, the recycling efficiency is reduced, meanwhile, the labor cost is improved because the recycled plastic needs to be continuously transferred manually, and therefore the plastic product recycling equipment and the cleaning method are provided for solving the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the recycled plastic products continuously reciprocate in each recycling procedure, the recycling time of the plastic is undoubtedly prolonged, the recycling efficiency is reduced, meanwhile, the recycled plastic needs to be continuously transferred manually, and the labor cost is improved, therefore, the invention has the technical problems that: the plastic product recycling equipment and the cleaning method can improve the efficiency of recycling plastic products and reduce labor cost.
The technical implementation scheme of the invention is as follows: a plastic product recovery device comprises a mounting seat and a supporting seat, wherein a cleaning box is fixedly mounted at the top of the mounting seat, a material receiving port is formed in the top of the cleaning box, a transport box is fixedly mounted at the top of the supporting seat, a feeding pipe and a discharging pipe are respectively arranged on the transport box, an outlet of the discharging pipe is positioned right above the material receiving port, two driving motors which are symmetrically arranged are fixedly mounted in the transport box, a driving roller is fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of each driving motor, the outer sides of the two driving rollers are in transmission connection with the same transport belt, a plurality of baffle plates which are distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the transport belt, a partition plate which is matched with the interior of the cleaning box is fixedly mounted in the cleaning box, the partition plate and the cleaning box are enclosed to form a cleaning chamber, a stirring assembly is arranged in the cleaning chamber, a water supply assembly is arranged at one side of the cleaning box, and a communicating pipe is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning chamber, the improved drying box is characterized in that a control assembly which is used for controlling opening and closing of the communicating pipe is arranged in the cleaning box, a disinfection assembly is arranged on the cleaning box, a filter plate is obliquely arranged on the inner wall of one side of the cleaning box, the filter plate is located under the communicating pipe, a transfer box is fixedly arranged on one side of the cleaning box, a connecting pipe is arranged on the cleaning box, the connecting pipe extends into the transfer box, the transfer box is fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting seat, a drying box is fixedly connected with one side of the transfer box and communicated with the drying box, a blanking pipe is arranged at the bottom of the drying box, an electric valve is arranged on the blanking pipe, a storage box is fixedly connected with the top of the mounting seat, the bottom of the blanking pipe extends into the storage box, and one side of the storage box is provided with a sealed and rotatably hinged box door.

Preferably, the cleaning method of the plastic product recycling equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, pushing the recycling equipment body to move to a specified position by using the handrail, so that recycled plastic products can be conveniently put into the recycling equipment body;
s2, putting the plastic recovery product to be cleaned into a feeding pipe, starting two rotating motors, wherein the rotating motors can drive a driving roller to rotate, the driving roller can drive a conveying belt to rotate, and the conveying belt can put the plastic product into a cleaning box through a discharging pipe;
s3, starting the first liquid pump to pump the external water into the cleaning chamber, and soaking the recycled plastic products in the water for a period of time;
s4, starting the stepping motor to drive the stirring shaft to rotate, so that the stirring shaft stirs and cleans the plastic products put into the cleaning box;
s5, after the cleaning is finished, starting a band-type brake motor, wherein the band-type brake motor can drive a sealing disc to rotate under the matching of a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, and when an elastic sealing gasket and a communicating pipe are staggered, the communicating pipe is opened, so that the recovered plastic product falls onto a filter plate, and water falls onto the inner wall of the bottom of a cleaning box;
s6, starting a second liquid pump, wherein the second liquid pump can spray out the disinfectant in the disinfection storage box through a spray pipe, so that the aim of disinfecting the plastic recovery products is fulfilled;
s7, rolling the plastic product falling into the filter plate into the transfer box through the connecting pipe, and starting the driving motor to drive the spiral propelling shaft to rotate, so that the plastic product can be put into the drying box;
s8, starting two hot air blowers in the drying box, wherein the hot air blowers can dry the moisture on the surface of the plastic product;
s9, opening the electric valve to enable the plastic products in the drying box to fall into the containing box, and opening the box door to take out the plastic products after cleaning and disinfection.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the plastic product recycling and processing device is simple in structure, can realize the functions of cleaning, disinfecting, drying and containing recycled plastic products into a whole, saves a plurality of transfer steps in the middle, further can effectively improve the recycling and processing efficiency of the plastic products, saves the processing time, saves the manpower, improves the mechanical automation degree of processing, and has strong practicability.

A cleaning method of plastic product recycling equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, pushing the recycling equipment body to move to a specified position by using the handrail, so that recycled plastic products can be conveniently put into the recycling equipment body;
s2, putting the plastic recovery products to be cleaned into the feeding pipe 8, then starting the two rotating motors 19, wherein the rotating motors 19 can drive the driving rollers 20 to rotate, the driving rollers 20 can drive the conveying belt 18 to rotate, and the conveying belt 18 can put the plastic products into the cleaning box 5 through the discharging pipe 9;
s3, starting the first liquid pump 26 to pump the external water into the cleaning chamber 22, and soaking the recycled plastic products in the water for a period of time;
s4, starting the stepping motor 23 to drive the stirring shaft 25 to rotate, so that the stirring shaft 25 stirs and cleans the plastic products put into the cleaning box 5;
s5, after the cleaning is finished, starting the band-type brake motor 34, wherein the band-type brake motor 34 can drive the sealing disc 32 to rotate under the matching of the first bevel gear 35 and the second bevel gear 37, and when the elastic sealing gasket 39 and the communicating pipe 27 are staggered, the communicating pipe 27 is opened, so that the recovered plastic products fall onto the filter plate 31, and water falls onto the inner wall of the bottom of the cleaning box 5;
s6, starting the second liquid pump 29, wherein the second liquid pump 29 can spray out the disinfectant in the disinfection storage box 28 through the spray pipe 30, so that the aim of disinfecting the plastic recovery products is fulfilled;
s7, rolling the plastic product falling into the filter plate 31 into the transfer box 11 through the connecting pipe 12, and starting the driving motor 10 to drive the screw propulsion shaft 38 to rotate, so that the plastic product can be put into the drying box 13;
s8, starting two hot air blowers in the drying box 13, wherein the hot air blowers can dry the moisture on the surface of the plastic product;
s9, opening the electric valve 15 to enable the plastic products in the drying box 13 to fall into the containing box 16, and opening the box door 17 to enable the cleaned and sterilized plastic products to be taken out.
