The plastic recycling and cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning box body (1), a box cover (2), a cleaning motor (3), a transmission rod (4), a cleaning brush roller (5), a feed hopper (6), a discharging cover (7), an observation window (8), a blow-down valve (9), a liquid inlet pipe (10), a valve (11), a cleaning liquid mixing and heating box structure (12), an electric discharging filter screen structure (13) and a plastic drying and sterilizing box structure (14), wherein the upper part of the cleaning box body (1) is in threaded connection with the box cover (2); the cleaning motor (3) is connected to the middle part of the upper side of the box cover (2) through a bolt; the upper end coupler of the transmission rod (4) is connected with the lower end of an output shaft of the cleaning motor (3); the cleaning brush rolls (5) are sequentially connected to the left side and the right side of the transmission rod (4) through bolts from top to bottom; the feed hopper (6) is in threaded connection with the right side of the upper part of the box cover (2); the discharging cover (7) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the right side of the cleaning box body (1); the observation window (8) is embedded in the middle of the front side of the cleaning box body (1); the blowdown valve (9) is in threaded connection with a water outlet at the lower part of the left side of the cleaning box body (1); the lower end of the liquid inlet pipe (10) is in threaded connection with the left side of the middle part of the box cover (2); the valve (11) is in threaded connection with the middle part of the liquid inlet pipe (10); the cleaning liquid mixing and heating box structure (12) is connected with the box cover (2); the electric discharging filter screen structure (13) is connected with the cleaning box body (1); the plastic drying and sterilizing box structure (14) is connected with the cleaning box body (1); the cleaning liquid mixing and heating box structure (12) comprises a cleaning liquid box (121), a cleaning liquid box cover (122), a water inlet pipe (123), a liquid inlet hopper (124), a stirring motor (125), stirring blades (126) and a heating plate (127), wherein the cleaning liquid box cover (122) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the cleaning liquid box (121); the lower end of the water inlet pipe (123) is in threaded connection with the left side of the upper part of the cleaning liquid tank cover (122); the lower end of the liquid inlet hopper (124) is in threaded connection with the right side of the upper part of the cleaning liquid tank cover (122); the lower end of the stirring motor (125) is connected with the middle part of the upper part of the cleaning liquid tank cover (122) through a bolt; the stirring fan blades (126) are sequentially connected to the left side and the right side of an output shaft of the stirring motor (125) through bolts from top to bottom; the heating plate (127) is connected to the middle-upper parts of the left side and the right side of the cleaning liquid box (121) through bolts.

The plastic recycling and cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the electric discharging filter screen structure (13) comprises a winding motor (131), a winding wheel (132), a pull rope (133), a filter screen (134) and a U-shaped clamping seat (135), and the winding wheel (132) is connected to the rear end of the output shaft of the winding motor (131) in a key manner; one end of the pull rope (133) is wound on the outer wall of the winding wheel (132), the other end of the pull rope passes through a wire outlet hole formed in the left side of the upper part of the cleaning box body (1), and the pull rope is connected to the left end of the filter screen (134) through a bolt; the right end of the filter screen (134) is coupled inside the U-shaped clamping seat (135).

The plastic recycling and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plastic drying and sterilizing box structure (14) comprises a drying box body (141), a drying box cover (142), an ultraviolet lamp (143), a vent (144), a heating layer (145) and an insulating layer (146), wherein the drying box cover (142) is screwed on the upper part of the drying box body (141); the ultraviolet lamp (143) is connected with the middle part of the lower side of the drying box cover (142) through bolts; the ventilation opening (144) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the drying box body (141); the heating layer (145) is connected to the bottom of the drying box body (141) through bolts; the insulating layer (146) is arranged on the upper part of the heating layer (145); and the periphery of the insulating layer (146) is glued and sealed with the inner wall of the drying box body (141).
4. The plastic recycling and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the cleaning liquid tank (121) is bolted to the left side of the upper part of the tank cover (2).
5. The plastic recovery cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower liquid outlet on the right side of the cleaning liquid tank (121) is connected with the left end of the liquid inlet pipe (10) in a threaded manner.
6. The plastic recycling and cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lower right side of the winding motor (131) is bolted to the upper left side of the cleaning tank body (1).
7. The plastic recycling and cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the right end of the U-shaped clamping seat (135) is bolted to the lower part of the middle part of the right inner wall of the cleaning box body (1) and is positioned at the lower part of the discharging cover (7).
8. The plastic recycling and washing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the left side of the drying case (141) is bolted to the lower portion of the right side of the washing case (1).
9. The plastic recycling and cleaning apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein said insulating layer (146) is a rubber layer.
