By means of at least one slidable hitching member 103 being sleeved on the boom 130. When the seat belt 20 is connected to the hook 103, it can slide on the boom 130, so that the operator can freely adjust the position of the boom 130, the working range of the operator can be expanded, and the working efficiency can be improved.
The mobile device 100 can be used for most of high-altitude operations. In particular to the roof inspection and maintenance operation of a railway locomotive or a metallurgical enterprise locomotive, and improves the operation efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mobile device 100 is applied to a roof inspection and repair operation of a metallurgical enterprise locomotive.
The roof of a locomotive of a metallurgical enterprise typically has a height of 4 to 5 meters. According to relevant regulations, the working height exceeds the ground by 2 meters or more, namely the high-altitude working range. Therefore, the mobile device 100 can greatly facilitate the maintenance operation of the operator on the top of the locomotive, thereby improving the operation efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the mobile device 100 is mounted on a beam 10 of a warehouse.
Specifically, the hanger rail 101 is attached to the room beam 10 by a connector such as a bolt.
Further, the hanger rail 101 has a first guide rail 102 and a second guide rail 104.
By arranging the hanger rail 101 to include the first guide rail 102 and the second guide rail 104, the sliding of the first sliding assembly 110 and the second sliding assembly 120 can be more stable, and then the hanger rod 130 and the plurality of safety belts 20 on the hanger rod 130 can be driven to slide smoothly, so as to improve the moving stability of the high-altitude operator.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hanger rail 101 is made of an i-steel, and two lower flanges of the i-steel form the first rail 102 and the second rail 104.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper flanges of the hanger rails 101 made of i-steel are bolted to the house beam 10.
The first sliding assembly 110 and the second sliding assembly 120 can move the suspension rod 130 along the suspension rail 101, so as to realize movement in the whole storehouse. After the safety belt 20 is hung on the hanger rod 130, the high-altitude worker wears the safety belt 20, and the first sliding assembly 110 and the second sliding assembly 120 move in a large range, so that the high-altitude worker can move in the whole storehouse, further, the maintenance work of each vehicle is performed, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
Further, the length of the boom 130 is adjusted to a preset length in advance, and the length range is a safe operation range of the worker. For example, when the length of the vehicle to be serviced is 5 meters, the length between the first slide assembly 110 and the second slide assembly 120 is adjusted to 5 meters, and the operator moves on the boom 130 within a range of 5 meters, and within the range of movement, the operator can move the seat belt on the boom 130 freely within the working range without moving the first slide assembly 110 and the second slide assembly 120. Therefore, the convenience of operation of an operator can be greatly improved, the operator can move the safety belt in place at one time, and in the operation process (overhaul and maintenance of a certain vehicle), the operator only needs to move the safety belt on the hanging rod 130 without moving the first sliding assembly 110 and the second sliding assembly 120. This creates a relatively safe operating range for the operator (within which the operator is restricted to movement), and is expected to improve the safety of aerial work.
Further, the sliding portion 111 includes at least two pulleys 113. At least one pulley 113 is disposed on each of the first guide rail 102 and the second guide rail 104.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the illustrated embodiment, the sliding portion 111 includes four pulleys 113. Every two pulleys 113 form a group, forming two pulley blocks. The two groups of pulley blocks are respectively arranged on the first guide rail 102 and the second guide rail 104. In each set of pulley blocks, two pulleys 113 are arranged side by side on the first rail 102 or the second rail 104 in the extending direction of the hanger rail 101, so that the two pulleys 113 can slide in the same direction.
In the view of fig. 1, the structure of the sliding portion 111 of the first sliding unit 110 and the sliding portion 111 of the second sliding unit 120 when they are mounted on the first guide rail 102 is shown. At this time, the two pulleys 113 of the first slider unit 110 and the two pulleys 113 of the second slider unit 120 are aligned along the same straight line (extending direction of the hanger rail 101), and when the moving device 100 moves, the four pulleys 113 move in the same direction as a whole.
Further, the connecting portion 112 includes connecting arms 1121 and a mounting plate 1122, and the connecting arms 1121 include two, and the two connecting arms 1121 are disposed on the first guide rail 102 side and the second guide rail 104 side in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and are respectively connected to at least one pulley 113.
Both attachment arms 1121 are attached to a mounting plate 1122, and the mounting plate 1122 is attached to the boom 130.
The pulleys 113 mounted on the first rail 102 side and the second rail 104 side are connected to the mounting plate 1122 by using the connecting arm 1121, forming a unitary structure. And then the integral structure is adopted to be connected with the hanging rod 130, so that the connection is more convenient and reliable.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the connecting arms 1121 on the first rail 102 side and the second rail 104 side each extend to below the hanger rail 101 to be connected to the mounting plate 1122. The ends of the boom 130 are then mounted on the mounting plate 1122. The two attachment arms 1121 are attached vertically to a mounting plate 1122, the mounting plate 1122 is positioned horizontally, and the boom 130 is positioned below the mounting plate 1122.
The connecting arms 1121 on the first rail 102 side and the second rail 104 side are connected to the attachment plate 1122 by a connecting member such as a bolt.
In other alternative embodiments of the present application, the connecting arms 1121 on the first rail 102 side and the second rail 104 side may be connected to the mounting plate 1122 by welding or the like.
Further, both ends of the hanger rail 101 are provided with a limiting stop 140, and the limiting stop 140 is used for limiting the moving range of the first sliding assembly 110 and the second sliding assembly 120 on the hanger rail 101.
By arranging the limiting stops 140, the first sliding component 110 and the second sliding component 120 can only slide in the area between the limiting stops 140 arranged at the two ends of the hanger rail 101. Thereby defining the working range of the first and second slide assemblies 110 and 120, and hopefully reducing the unsafe risk of out-of-range.
In the illustrated embodiment, each of the first guide rail 102 and the second guide rail 104 is provided with 2 limiting steps 140. That is, two limiting steps 140 are disposed at two ends of the first guide rail 102; two stop blocks 140 are also provided at the two ends of the second rail 104. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a structure in which two stopper steps 140 are provided at both ends of the first guide rail 102 is exemplified. The second rail 104 has the upper range 140 arranged in the same manner as the first rail 102 has the upper range 140.
Further, one end of the limiting stopper 140 is fixedly connected to the first rail 102 or the second rail 104, and the other end is a free end extending in a direction away from the sliding surface of the first rail 102 or the second rail 104.
Further, the extending height of the free end of the limiting rail 140 is greater than or equal to the height of the pulley 113, so that the movement of the pulley 113 can be better blocked.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the limiting stopper 140 is made of angle steel. One right-angle side of the angle steel is fixed on the sliding surface of the first guide rail 102 or the second guide rail 104 through a connecting piece such as a bolt; the other leg of the angle is perpendicular to the sliding surface of first rail 102 or second rail 104 and extends away from the sliding surface of first rail 102 or second rail 104.
Further, the connecting portion 112 is detachably connected to the boom 130.
By detachably connecting the connection part 112 to the boom 130, the connection position between the boom 130 and the connection part 112 can be adjusted, so that the length of the boom 130 between the two connection parts 112 can be flexibly adjusted, and further, the length of the boom 130 between the two connection parts 112 can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual operation range, so that the operator can obtain a safe operation range. Especially when the hanger 103 can slide on the boom 130, the length of the boom 130 can be adjusted to be equal to or less than the length of the locomotive to be overhauled by adjusting the connection position of the boom 130 and the connection part 112, so that the sliding range of the operator is limited within the length range of the locomotive itself. The sliding range can not only meet the condition that an operator overhauls the whole locomotive, but also greatly avoid the operator from sliding to exceed the operating range, thereby being expected to reduce the insecurity of high-speed work operation.
Further, the connecting portion 112 is detachably connected to the suspension bar 130 by a clip 150.
By connecting the connecting portions 112 to the suspension bar 130 using the clips 150, the suspension bar 130 can be easily moved inside the clips 150, and thus the length of the suspension bar 130 between the two connecting portions 112 can be flexibly adjusted, and the operating range of an operator can be flexibly adjusted.
Further, the two ends of the suspension rod 130 are sleeved in the two hoops 150 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the hoops 150 are detachably connected to the connecting portions 112 through connecting members, so that the length of the suspension rod 130 between the two connecting portions 112 can be adjusted.
The hanger bar 130 is connected to the first and second sliding units 110 and 120 at both ends of the hanger bar 130 by the clips 150, so that the length of the hanger bar 130 between the two connecting portions 112 can be easily adjusted, and the hanger bar is convenient to install and wide in application range.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the illustrated embodiment, a clip 150 is respectively sleeved on both ends of the suspension rod 130, and a connecting member such as a bolt is mounted on the clip 150. The clip 150 is attached to the mounting plate 1122 via a connector.
When it is desired to adjust the length of the suspension rod 130 between the two connecting portions 112, the connecting member on the clamp 150 can be opened, and then the first slide assembly 110 and the second slide assembly 120 can be moved away from or closer to each other, and after the desired length is adjusted, the connecting member can be fixed on the clamp 150, thereby fixing the suspension rod 130 and the first slide assembly 110 or the second slide assembly 120 together. This structure, easy operation, it is convenient to connect, can adjust the length of jib 130 between two connecting portion 112 fast to guarantee that the operator can remove in the within range of relative safety.
Further, in other alternative embodiments of the present application, the connecting portion 112 is fixedly connected to the suspension rod 130.
The connecting part 112 is fixedly connected to the suspension rod 130, which can meet the requirements of fixing occasions. For example, when a user fixes the mobile device 100 for the maintenance of a fixed type of vehicle, the length of the suspension rod 130 between the two connecting portions 112 can be adjusted to a desired length according to his/her needs, and then the connecting portions 112 are fixedly connected to the suspension rod 130.
Further, in some specific embodiments, the connection portion 112 is welded to the boom 130.
The connecting portion 112 is connected to the suspension rod 130 by welding, and the connection is firm, so that the whole mobile device 100 can be more stable.
Some embodiments of the present application also provide a safety belt hanging device, including: the mobile device 100 and at least one harness 20 provided in the foregoing embodiments.
The safety belt hanging device is beneficial to improving the working efficiency by arranging the moving device 100.
Further, at least one harness 20 can be attached to the boom 130. At this time, the webbing 20 can be connected to the slidable hook 103, and the operator can slide on the boom 130 after wearing the webbing 20, thereby expanding the working range and improving the working efficiency. It should be noted that, when a plurality of safety belts, for example, 2 or 3 safety belts, are connected at the same time, a plurality of persons can work on the boom 130 in a sliding manner at the same time, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
Further alternatively, when at least two hanging pieces 103 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the hanging rod 130, a plurality of people can wear the safety belt on the hanging rod 130 to work at the same time. For example, referring to fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, 3 hanging pieces 103 are arranged on the suspension rod 130 at intervals, and the relative positions of the three hanging pieces 103 are fixed, so that 3 safety belts can be connected, 3 people can wear the safety belts simultaneously to perform aloft work, and the work efficiency can be greatly improved.
