In one embodiment, the outer side of the tobacco leaf 6 is wrapped by a wrapping layer, and air holes are arranged at both ends of the wrapping layer; the material of the wrapping layer can be paper material, such as tin foil paper; the material of the wrapping layer can also be a metal material. Under general conditions, tobacco section 3 is cylindricly, all is provided with the gas pocket at the both ends of parcel layer, and at the suction in-process, the gas pocket confession aerial fog and the air admission of parcel layer lower extreme, the gas pocket confession flue gas of parcel layer upper end discharge. The bio-enzyme is used for rapidly producing the cigarette fragrance under the conditions of aerial fog and air, and the produced cigarette fragrance is discharged through the air hole at the upper end.
In a preferred embodiment, the tobacco leaves 6 have a shape of at least one of a thread, a sheet, a column, and a rod. Specifically, the tobacco leaves 6 may be in any shape such as cut tobacco or tobacco flakes. The tobacco section of the tobacco cartridge can be replaced after the tobacco leaves are used.
In a preferred embodiment, the tobacco leaves 6 are arranged with the length direction parallel to the axial direction of the cartridge, leaving gaps between the tobacco leaves 6. The tobacco leaves 6 are orderly arranged, so that gaps which are orderly arranged are formed among the tobacco leaves, the airflow entering the tobacco section is similar to a straight airflow, and good ventilation and airflow consistency in the cigarette are guaranteed.
In one embodiment, the cartridge further comprises a suction end 5, the suction end 5 may be of conventional filter construction, with a hollow smoke channel 4 disposed between the suction end and the tobacco segment. The user is at the suction in-process, and the flue gas that the tobacco section 3 produced passes through flue gas passageway 4 and reaches suction end 5, and the flue gas has certain holding back when passing through flue gas passageway 4, has avoided the flue gas to directly reach the burning sense that suction end 5 brought. The length of the tobacco section 3 and the smoke channel 4 can be adjusted according to the suction needs of the user.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2, a tobacco product comprising the tobacco cartridge of example 1 comprises a battery segment 1, an ultrasonic atomization device 2, a tobacco segment 3, a smoke channel 4 and a suction end 5 which are connected in sequence; the battery section 1 is used for supplying power to the ultrasonic atomization device 2, the ultrasonic atomization device 2 atomizes the liquid reagent, and the generated gas fog is used for taking out the smoke in the smoke bomb to achieve the aim of full smoke.
In one embodiment, the battery segment 1 includes a battery and a switch connected in series, the battery is connected with the switch through a control module, and the control module is electrically connected with the ultrasonic atomization device 2. Preferably, the switch is an air switch, and when gas or kinetic energy is generated, the air switch supplies power to the battery section 1, and the battery section 1 supplies power to the ultrasonic atomization device 2. The switch may also be other conventionally used manual switches or pneumatic switches.
Wherein the ultrasonic atomization device 2 is used for placing a liquid reagent and atomizing the liquid reagent, and the liquid reagent is water or ethanol solution. The ultrasonic atomization device 2 can be a conventionally used ultrasonic atomization device, and the ultrasonic atomization device 2 comprises an atomization chamber and an ultrasonic atomization structure; the liquid solvent is contained in the atomizing chamber, and the ultrasonic atomizing mechanism comprises an installation pressing sheet, an ultrasonic ceramic oscillating sheet, a spraying air channel and a fan; the ultrasonic ceramic oscillating piece is fixed on the mounting pressing piece, and the mounting pressing piece is fixedly connected with the bottom of the atomizing chamber; one end of the spray air channel is communicated with the atomizing chamber, and the other end is connected with the tobacco section 3; the fan is used for inputting air into the spraying air duct.
The ultrasonic atomization device 2 further comprises an open end communicated with the atomization chamber, and the open end is movably connected with the smoke cartridge. The ultrasonic atomization device 2 is movably connected with the battery section 1 at one end of the chamber for containing the liquid reagent and can adopt a threaded connection. After the threaded connection, the chamber for containing the liquid reagent, the atomizing chamber and the built-in circuit in the control module are communicated with each other, and form a loop with the control circuit, and the control circuit controls the switch of the ultrasonic atomizing device 2.
In a specific embodiment, the tobacco product further comprises a shell 7 arranged on the outer side, and the shell 7 comprises a battery section shell, an ultrasonic atomization device shell and a cartridge shell which are movably connected in sequence, wherein the movable connection can adopt a threaded connection. An air inlet channel 8 communicated with the tobacco section 3 and the outside atmosphere is arranged in the outer shell 7. In the smoking process, the external atmosphere enters the tobacco section 3 through the air inlet channel 8, the smoke generated by the tobacco section 3 is transmitted to the smoking end 5, and the smoke is taken out through the aerial fog generated by the ultrasonic atomization device 2, so that the smoke is mellow and has proper taste.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in figure 3, the tobacco product comprises a battery segment 1, an ultrasonic atomising device 2, a tobacco segment 3, a smoke channel 4, a suction end 5 and a heating assembly 9. The battery section 1, the ultrasonic atomization device 2, the tobacco section 3, the smoke channel 4 and the suction end 5 are communicated in sequence, and the airflow of the ultrasonic atomization device 2, the tobacco section 3 and the smoke channel 4 is communicated. Heating element 9 is connected with battery section 1 and tobacco section 3 respectively, and battery section 1 is used for supplying power for heating element, and heating element 9 heats tobacco section 3. The heating assembly 9 heats the tobacco leaves in the tobacco section 3 to 30-50 ℃, the temperature is the optimal temperature of the biological enzyme, the activity of the biological enzyme is the highest, and the fragrance can be rapidly produced; the temperature can also cause the tobacco leaves to emit flavor when being heated, and the tobacco leaves can rapidly produce the fragrance and the tobacco fragrance together with the action of the biological enzyme.
The heating element 9 may be provided at the end or on both sides of the tobacco section 3, for example, the heating element 9 may be fixed inside the housing 7, and the tobacco section 3 may be provided on both sides thereof for heating the tobacco. The heating assembly 9 may also be configured to heat other heating structures conventionally used in non-burning cigarettes. For example, the heating assembly 9 includes a heating pipe, a heat generating sheet, and a heating assembly housing; the heating piece is arranged on the outer side of the downstream of the heating pipe, and the heating component shell covers the whole heating pipe so that the whole heating component 9 is arranged on the inner side of the shell 7.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A tobacco cartridge containing biological enzymes is characterized by comprising a tobacco section, wherein tobacco leaves added with the biological enzymes are filled in the tobacco section.
2. The tobacco cartridge of claim 1, wherein the biological enzyme is selected from at least one of a polyphenol oxidase, an ascorbate oxidase, a laccase, and a cellulase.
3. The tobacco cartridge containing the biological enzyme according to claim 1, wherein the enzyme activity of the biological enzyme is 400U/ml-10000U/ml, and the addition amount of the biological enzyme is 0.5-3% of the mass of tobacco leaves.
4. The tobacco cartridge containing the biological enzyme according to claim 1, wherein the biological enzyme is a solid biological enzyme preparation or a liquid biological enzyme preparation;
preferably, the solid biological enzyme preparation is dissolved in water to prepare liquid, or the liquid biological enzyme preparation is directly and uniformly sprayed in the tobacco leaves.
5. The tobacco cartridge containing the biological enzyme according to claim 1, wherein the outer side of the tobacco leaf is wrapped by a wrapping layer, and air holes are formed at both ends of the wrapping layer;
preferably, the shape of the tobacco leaves is selected from at least one of filamentous, sheet, columnar and rod;
preferably, the tobacco leaves are arranged in the length direction parallel to the axial direction of the cartridge, and gaps are left among the tobacco leaves.
6. The tobacco cartridge of claim 1, further comprising a suction end, wherein a smoke channel is disposed between the suction end and the tobacco segment.
7. A smoking article comprising a tobacco cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an ultrasonic atomising device and a battery section, the ultrasonic atomising device being connected at one end to the battery section and at the other end to the tobacco section.
8. A smoking article according to claim 7, wherein said ultrasonic atomisation means is arranged to receive and atomise a liquid agent, said liquid agent being a water or ethanol solution;
and/or the battery section comprises a battery and a switch which are connected in series, and the battery is used for supplying power to the ultrasonic atomization device.
9. A smoking article according to claim 7, further comprising an outer casing disposed on the outside, the outer casing having an air inlet channel therein communicating with the tobacco segment.
10. A smoking article according to claim 7, further comprising a heating assembly connected to the tobacco section and the battery section, respectively, for heating the tobacco section.
