s1, guiding the primarily selected Hami melon fruits to a first conveyor belt (5) in a spraying cavity (3);
s2, rotating a three-way valve (11), connecting a second water pipe (12) and a third water pipe (13), starting a water pump (14) through a switch (30) to pump tap water into a spray header (16), spraying a water source onto a first conveyor belt (5) through the spray header (16), and spraying and cleaning the Hami melon fruits;
s3, the first conveyor belt (5) guides the cleaned Hami melon fruits into the cutting barrel (21), the servo motor (24) is started to operate, the cutting barrel (21) rotates and then cuts the Hami melon fruits into pieces by using the cutting blade (28) on the side wall, and during the cutting, under the action of centrifugal force, redundant water on the Hami melon fruits is thrown out of the cutting barrel (21);
s4, the second conveyor belt (18) is started to operate, the dryer (20) is started, after the cut Hami melon slices fall onto the second conveyor belt (18), the cut Hami melon slices are conveyed to the outside of the processing box (1) along with the second conveyor belt (18), and meanwhile, the Hami melon slices pass below the dryer (20), and the dryer (20) dries the moisture on the surfaces of the Hami melon slices.
