Abstract

本发明提供一种数据传输方法及装置。本发明实施例通过传输至少两个调度信息,所述至少两个调度信息对应的至少两个传输资源在时域上存在部分重叠,使得能够在所述至少两个传输资源中的至少一个传输资源上传输数据,从而实现了在终端发生传输两个或者两个以上数据的部分传输资源在时域上冲突时的数据传输。
