Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and the drawings.
An absorbent article of one form has: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a front waistline region; a rear waist region; a crotch region disposed between the front waistline region and the rear waistline region; an absorbent main body disposed so as to straddle the crotch region, the front waistline region, and the rear waistline region; and an outer package body disposed at least in the front waistline region and the rear waistline region on a non-skin surface side of the absorbent body, wherein a rear non-bonded region where an outer portion of the absorbent body is not bonded to the outer package body is provided at a front end portion of the rear waistline region, and a front bonded region where the outer portion of the absorbent body is bonded to the outer package body is provided at a rear end portion of the front waistline region.
Generally, the position sandwiched by the legs of the wearer is shifted to the front side with respect to the center in the front-back direction of the absorbent article. Therefore, the rear end portion of the front waistline region is easily sandwiched by the legs. In the absorbent article described in patent document 1, since the non-joined region is provided at the rear end portion of the front waistline region, the absorbent body may be deformed inward in the width direction when sandwiched between the legs. This reduces the width of the absorber, making it difficult to secure an absorption area on the front waistline region side, and thus leakage may occur.
In an absorbent article of one aspect, the outer side portion of the absorbent main body is joined to the exterior body at the rear end portion of the front waistline region. Therefore, when a force is applied to the rear end portion of the front waistline region by the legs of the wearer or the like at the time of wearing, the absorbent main body of the front waistline region is less likely to deform in the width direction. Therefore, the length of the absorbent body in the width direction in the front waistline region can be easily ensured, and the absorbent area on the front waistline region side can be easily ensured. As a result, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. In addition, the outer portion of the absorbent main body is not joined to the outer package body at the front end portion of the rear waist region. Therefore, the outer body can move relative to the absorbent body at the front end portion of the rear waist region, and can deform so as to enlarge the leg hole openings. Therefore, when the wearer wears the garment, the legs can be easily inserted into the leg hole opening smoothly. Further, when the wearer moves the legs, the leg hole opening can be deformed to be enlarged when the wearer wears the garment, and the wearer can smoothly move the legs.
An absorbent article in one form has: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a front waistline region; a rear waist region; a crotch region disposed between the front waistline region and the rear waistline region; an outer package body for the front waist region; an outer package body of the rear waist region; and an absorbent main body, the outer package body of the front waistline region being a front-side outer package body disposed in the front waistline region, the outer package body of the rear waistline region being a rear-side outer package body disposed in the rear waistline region while being separated from the front-side outer package body in the front-rear direction, the absorbent main body being disposed across the front-side outer package body and the rear-side outer package body on a skin surface side of the front-side outer package body and the rear-side outer package body, wherein a length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at a front end edge of the rear waistline region is longer than a length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at a rear end edge of the front waistline region, and a rear non-joined region where an outer side portion of the absorbent main body is not joined to the rear-side outer package body is provided at the front end of the rear waistline region.
In the absorbent article described in patent document 1, the wide end portion of the absorbent main body is fixed to the outer cover in the rear waistline region. The leg opening on the rear waistline region side is smaller than the leg opening on the front waistline region side, and the region surrounding the base of the wearer's leg is likely to be narrowed. Therefore, when the wearer wears the wearer inserts the legs, the legs may not be smoothly inserted into the leg hole openings. Further, since the leg hole openings on the rear waistline region side are relatively small, the absorbent article can be easily brought into close contact with the root portions of the legs on the hip side. Therefore, when the wearer moves the legs while wearing the garment, smooth movement of the legs may be hindered.
In the absorbent article of one aspect, the absorbent body has a longer length in the width direction at the front end edge of the rear waist region than at the rear end edge of the front waist region, and therefore the absorbent area in the rear waist region is easily ensured. As a result, leakage of excrement can be suppressed. In addition, the outer side portion of the absorbent main body is not joined to the outer cover at the front end portion of the rear waist region. Therefore, the outer body can move relative to the absorbent body at the front end portion of the rear waist region, and can deform so as to enlarge the leg hole openings. Therefore, when the wearer wears the garment, the wearer can easily insert the leg into the leg hole opening smoothly. Further, when the wearer moves the legs, the leg hole opening can be deformed to be enlarged when the wearer wears the garment, and the wearer can smoothly move the legs.
According to a preferred aspect, it is preferable that a1 st width elastic member capable of expanding and contracting in the width direction is disposed in the rear non-joined region.
According to this aspect, the front end portion of the rear waistline region is contracted in the width direction by the 1 st width elastic member, and is easily fitted to the legs of the wearer. In this case, the front end portion of the rear waistline region can be deformed so as to expand the leg hole opening, and the 1 st width elastic member does not excessively adhere to the leg due to contraction, and deterioration of the wearing feeling can be suppressed. The leg fitting performance and the leg movement easiness can be both appropriately satisfied.
According to a preferred aspect, the rear non-joined region extends rearward from a front end edge of the rear waist region, and the length of the rear non-joined region in the front-rear direction is preferably 5mm to 20 mm.
The range of 5mm to 20mm from the front end edge of the rear waist region toward the rear is a region in which a force is easily applied by the movement of the legs particularly when the legs are inserted or moved. Since the non-joined region is provided in this range, the wearer can easily insert the leg smoothly when wearing the garment, and the leg can be moved smoothly when wearing the garment.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent article further includes a side joining portion joining together an outer side portion of the front waistline region and an outer side portion of the rear waistline region, and the range in the front-rear direction of the rear non-joining region is a range extending rearward from an end edge on the crotch region side of the side joining portion by 30% of the entire range in the front-rear direction of the side joining portion.
The range extending from the end edge of the side joining portion on the crotch region side to 30% of the entire region of the side joining portion in the front-rear direction toward the rear is a region where a force is easily applied by the movement of the leg particularly when the leg is inserted or moved. Since the non-joined region is provided in this range, the wearer can easily and smoothly insert the leg when wearing the garment and smoothly move the leg when wearing the garment.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent body has an absorbent core, a1 st rear joint region in which the absorbent body and the outer cover of the rear waist region are joined is provided on the inner side in the width direction than the rear non-joint region, and a boundary between the rear non-joint region and the 1 st rear joint region is located on the outer side in the width direction than an outer edge of the absorbent core.
When the exterior body is pulled outward in the width direction during wearing, the absorbent main body is pulled outward in the width direction via the exterior body. At this time, the outer edge of the absorbent core overlaps the 1 st rear joint region where the outer package of the rear waist region and the absorbent main body are joined. Therefore, when the outer covering body of the rear waistline region is pulled outward in the width direction during wearing, the outer edge of the absorbent core can be pulled outward in the width direction as well. The length of the absorbent core in the width direction in the rear waistline region can be easily secured, and leakage can be further suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, a2 nd rear joint region in which the absorbent body and the outer cover of the rear waist region are joined together is preferably provided on a rear side of the rear non-joint region.
The outer package body of the rear waist region is joined to the absorbent body at the 2 nd rear joint region provided on the rear side of the rear non-joint region, whereby it is possible to suppress a problem that the outer package body of the rear waist region is curled up with respect to the absorbent body or the absorbent body falls inward in the width direction. The outer package body and the absorbent body can be appropriately brought into contact with the body of the wearer, and leakage can be further suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the outer package body of the rear waist region is stretchable in the width direction, and the length of the 2 nd rear bonding region in the width direction is longer than the length of the rear non-bonding region in the width direction.
The length in the width direction of the 2 nd rear joining region where the outer package body and the absorbent body are joined is longer than the length in the width direction of the rear non-joining region where the outer package body and the absorbent body are not joined, and therefore, the contraction in the width direction of the outer package body is easily transmitted to the absorbent body. Therefore, when the outer package is pulled outward in the width direction during wearing, the absorbent body can be pulled outward in the width direction. The length of the absorbent main body in the width direction can be easily secured in the rear waistline region, and leakage can be further suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the outer covering body of the rear waist region is stretchable in the width direction, the absorbent main body includes front and rear elastic members that are disposed at an outer side portion of the absorbent main body and are stretchable in the front-rear direction, and an effective length portion of the front and rear elastic members overlaps the 2 nd rear joint region in the thickness direction in a plan view of the absorbent article.
The front and rear elastic members are disposed at the outer side of the absorbent main body and along the leg circumferences of the wearer. Since the effective length portions of the front and rear elastic members overlap the 2 nd rear joint region in the thickness direction, the contraction of the outer package in the width direction in the rear waist region and the contraction in the front-rear direction by the front and rear elastic members easily interlock with each other. The portion contracted by the front and rear elastic members is easily raised toward the wearer, and side leakage of excrement in the rear waist region can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, it is preferable that a2 nd width elastic member capable of expanding and contracting in the width direction is disposed in a region where the effective length portion of the front and rear elastic members overlaps the 2 nd rear joining region.
Since the 2 nd width elastic member is disposed in a region where the effective length portion of the front and rear elastic members overlaps the 2 nd rear joining region, the contraction in the width direction by the 2 nd width elastic member and the contraction in the front and rear direction by the front and rear elastic members are easily interlocked. The portion contracted by the front and rear elastic members is easily raised toward the wearer's side, and the side leakage of excrement in the rear waist region can be further suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the outer package body in the front waistline region is preferably stretchable in the width direction, the absorbent main body includes front and rear elastic members that are disposed at an outer side portion of the absorbent main body and are stretchable in the front-rear direction, and effective length portions of the front and rear elastic members overlap the front joining region in a thickness direction.
Since the effective length portions of the front and rear elastic members overlap the front joining region, the contraction of the outer package in the width direction at the front waistline region and the contraction in the front-rear direction by the front and rear elastic members are easily interlocked. The portion contracted by the front and rear elastic members is easily raised toward the wearer, and side leakage of excrement in the front waistline region can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, a 3 rd width elastic member that is stretchable in the width direction is preferably disposed in a region where the effective length portion of the front and rear elastic members overlaps the front joining region.
According to this aspect, since the 3 rd width elastic member is disposed in the region where the effective length portion of the front and rear elastic members overlaps the front joining region, the contraction in the width direction by the 3 rd width elastic member and the contraction in the front and rear direction by the front and rear elastic members easily interlock with each other. The portion contracted by the front and rear elastic members is more likely to stand toward the wearer side, and lateral leakage of excrement can be further suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at the front end edge of the rear waistline region is longer than the length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at the rear end edge of the front waistline region.
Generally, the distance between the peaks of the bulge of the buttocks of the wearer is wider than the distance between the groins. Since the length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at the rear waistline region is longer than the length of the absorbent main body in the width direction at the front waistline region, it is easy to appropriately cover the bulge of the buttocks of the wearer. Side leakage can be suppressed by appropriately covering the buttocks.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent article further includes side joint portions joining together an outer side portion of the front waistline region and an outer side portion of the rear waistline region, and the rear waistline region includes a hip cover extending to the crotch region side of the side joint portions.
The outer package is not joined to the outer side portion of the absorbent main body at the front end portion of the rear waistline region, and may be lifted up to the rear side by the movement of the legs of the wearer. By providing the hip cover, the hip can be continuously covered even when the front end portion of the rear waistline region is lifted up to the rear side, and side leakage from the hip can be suppressed.

In the absorbent article 10 of the present embodiment, the front side outer package 20 is disposed only in the front waistline region S1, the front end edge 20F of the front side outer package 20 corresponds to the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1, and the rear end edge 20R of the front side outer package 20 corresponds to the rear end edge S1R of the front waistline region S1. The rear side outer package 30 is disposed only in the rear waistline region S2, the front end edge 30F of the rear side outer package 30 corresponds to the front end edge S2F of the rear waistline region S2, and the rear end edge 30R of the rear side outer package 30 corresponds to the rear end edge S2R of the rear waistline region S2.
The front-side outer package 20 and the back-side outer package 30 are preferably formed of a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric. The front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30 preferably have an outer skin surface sheet 25 positioned on the skin side and an outer non-skin surface sheet 26 positioned on the non-skin surface side of the outer skin surface sheet 25, respectively.
It is preferable to provide the side joining parts 60 joining together the outer side parts in the width direction W of the front waistline region S1 and the outer side parts in the width direction W of the back waistline region S2. Here, fig. 1 shows a state after the engagement at the side joint portions 60 is released and the absorbent article 10 is unfolded. The side joint portions 60 preferably extend in the front-rear direction L at the front-side outer package body 20 and the rear-side outer package body 30, respectively. The hip cover 35 extending toward the crotch region S3 side with respect to the side joining portions 60 is preferably provided in the rear waistline region S2. The inner side portion in the present invention is a portion occupying a certain range in the width direction W including an inner edge in the width direction W, and the inner edge is an inner edge in the width direction W. In the present invention, the front end portion and the rear end portion are portions occupying a certain range in the front-rear direction L including edges in the front-rear direction L, and the front end edge and the rear end edge are edges in the front-rear direction L. The outer end portion includes a front end portion and a rear end portion, and the outer end edge includes a front end edge and a rear end edge.
As shown in fig. 4, in the absorbent article 10, a waist opening 71 through which the waist of the wearer passes and a pair of leg openings 72 into which the legs of the wearer are inserted are formed in a state in which the side joint sections 60 are formed. The waist opening 71 is preferably defined by a front end edge S1F of the front waist region S1 and a rear end edge S2R of the rear waist region S2. The leg hole openings 72 are preferably defined by the rear end edge 20R of the front outer package 20 extending outward in the width direction W from the absorbent main body 40, the front end edge 30F of the rear outer package 30 extending outward in the width direction W from the absorbent main body 40, and the outer edge 40E of the absorbent main body 40 in the crotch region S3.
The absorbent body 40 is disposed across the front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30 on the skin surface side of the front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30. That is, the absorbent body 40 extends over the front waistline region S1, the rear waistline region S2, and the crotch region S3. The absorbent main body 40 is preferably constituted independently of the front-side outer package 20 and the back-side outer package 30.
The length W402 of the absorbent body 40 in the width direction W at the front end edge S2F of the rear waist region S2 is preferably longer than the length W401 of the absorbent body 40 in the width direction W at the rear end edge S1R of the front waist region S1. Generally, the distance between the bulged apexes of the wearer's buttocks is wider than the distance between the groins. Since the length W402 in the width direction W of the absorbent body 40 at the front end edge S2F of the rear waistline region S2 is longer than the length W401 in the width direction W of the absorbent body 40 at the rear end edge S1R of the front waistline region S1, the hip bulge of the wearer can be easily covered appropriately. Side leakage can be suppressed by appropriately covering the buttocks. Further, since the length of the absorbent main body 40 in the width direction W at the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 is relatively short, the size of the leg hole openings on the front waistline region side can be increased, and the legs can be moved forward and backward easily.
The absorbent main body 40 includes at least an absorbent core 50. The absorbent core 50 preferably contains, for example, comminuted pulp or superabsorbent polymers (SAP) or mixtures thereof. The absorbent core 50 is disposed at least in the crotch region S3. Preferably, the absorbent core 50 extends in the front-back direction L in a range from the front waistline region S1 to the back waistline region S2. The absorbent core 50 is preferably covered by a core wrap. The absorbent body 40 preferably has a body skin sheet 41 positioned on the skin side of the absorbent core 50 and a body non-skin sheet 42 positioned on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 50. The main skin sheet 41 preferably covers the absorbent core 50 on the skin surface side of the absorbent core 50. The main body non-skin sheet 42 preferably covers the absorbent core 50 on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 50.
The main body skin surface sheet 41 is preferably formed of a liquid-permeable sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or an apertured plastic film. The main skin surface sheet 41 may be formed of 1 sheet. Instead, the main body skin surface sheet 41 may be formed of a laminate sheet in which a plurality of sheets are laminated.
The main body non-skin surface sheet 42 preferably includes a liquid impermeable sheet. The main body non-skin surface sheet 42 may be formed of 1 sheet. Instead, the main body non-skin surface sheet 42 may be formed of a laminate sheet in which a plurality of sheets are laminated with each other. In this case, at least 1 of the plurality of sheets preferably has liquid impermeability.
The absorbent core 50 is disposed at least in the crotch region S3. Preferably, the absorbent core 50 extends in the front-back direction L in a range from the front waistline region S1 to the back waistline region S2. The absorbent core 50 may also be clad with a core cladding.
The absorbent main body 40 preferably has a front-rear elastic member 65 that is disposed at an outer portion of the absorbent main body 40 and is stretchable in the front-rear direction L. A plurality of the front and rear elastic members 65 are preferably provided at intervals in the width direction W. The front and rear elastic members 65 are preferably disposed at positions outside the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W, and are preferably disposed along the leg hole openings 72. The front and rear elastic members 65 are preferably formed of, for example, elastic threads stretchable in the front-rear direction L or elastic sheets stretchable in the front-rear direction L. Instead, the front and rear elastic members 65 may be formed of side sheets themselves formed of, for example, stretchable sheets. The front and rear elastic members 65 of the present embodiment are formed of elastic threads and are disposed between the main body skin-facing sheet 41 and the main body non-skin-facing sheet 42 in the thickness direction T.
The front and rear elastic members 65 are disposed in an extended state at the outer side portion of the absorbent main body 40. In the region where the front and rear elastic members 65 are disposed in the extended state, a force contracting in the front-rear direction L acts on the absorbent main body 40, and in the region where the front and rear elastic members 65 are not disposed in the extended state, a force contracting in the front-rear direction L does not act on the absorbent main body 40. In the present specification, the length in the front-rear direction of the region in which the force of contraction in the front-rear direction L acts is also referred to as the "effective length" of the front-rear elastic member 65. The effective length portion is a portion where wrinkles are formed by contraction of the front and rear elastic members 65 in a natural state of the absorbent article. The range of the effective length portion 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 in the front-rear direction L is shown in fig. 1. The front end edge of the effective length portion 66 overlaps the front side outer package 20 in the thickness direction, and the rear end edge of the effective length portion 66 overlaps the rear side outer package 30 in the thickness direction.
The front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30 are preferably configured to be expandable and contractible in the width direction W. The front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30 may be configured to be stretchable by elastic members such as width elastic members described later, or may be stretchable by a stretchable outer skin-facing sheet 25 or a stretchable outer non-skin-facing sheet 26.
It is preferable that the front waistline region S1 and the back waistline region S2 be provided with width elastic members which are stretchable in the width direction W. The width elastic members preferably include a1 st width elastic member 61 and a2 nd width elastic member 62 provided in the rear waist region S2, and a 3 rd width elastic member 63 provided in the front waist region S1. The 1 st width elastic member 61 is disposed on the rear side of the 2 nd width elastic member 62 in the rear waistline region S2. A plurality of width elastic members are preferably provided at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The width elastic member is preferably formed of, for example, an elastic yarn capable of stretching in the width direction W or an elastic sheet capable of stretching in the width direction W. Instead of this, the width elastic member may be formed of the absorbent main body 40 or the outer package 15 itself, and the absorbent main body 40 or the outer package 15 may be formed of, for example, a stretchable sheet. The width elastic member may be provided in the absorbent main body 40 or may be provided in the outer package 15. The 1 st width elastic member 61 and the 2 nd width elastic member 62 of the present embodiment are provided in the rear side outer package 30, and the 3 rd width elastic member 63 is provided in the front side outer package 20. The width elastic member is formed of elastic yarn, and is disposed between the outer skin-facing sheet 25 and the outer non-skin-facing sheet 26 in the thickness direction T.
The outer package 15 and the absorbent body 40 configured as described above are joined together at the joint regions, and are not joined at the non-joint regions. A front joining region FA in which the outer portion of the absorbent body 40 is joined to the outer cover 15 is provided at the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1. The outer side portion of the absorbent body 40 is joined to the outer package 15 at the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1. Therefore, the outer cover 15 cannot move relative to the absorbent body 40 at the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1.
Fig. 4 and 5 are views schematically showing a wearing state of the absorbent article according to the embodiment. Fig. 4 is a view schematically showing a state in which the leg is straightened, and fig. 5 is a view schematically showing a state in which the leg is bent. In the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article of the embodiment, the outer covering body 15 is less likely to move relative to the absorbent main body 40, and the angle α formed by the outer covering body 15 and the outer edge 40E of the absorbent main body 40 is less likely to change. Therefore, when a force is applied to the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1 by the legs of the wearer or the like during wearing, the absorbent body 40 of the front waistline region S1 is less likely to deform in the width direction W. Therefore, the length of the absorbent main body 40 in the width direction W in the front waistline region S1 can be easily ensured, and the absorption area on the front waistline region S1 side can be easily ensured.
The front joining region FA is preferably provided in a region extending forward from the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 and extending inward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the absorbent main body 40. The rear end edge of the front joining region FA may coincide with the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 or may be spaced apart from the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1. The front end edge of the front joining region FA may coincide with the front end edge of the front waistline region S1 or may be spaced apart from the front end edge of the front waistline region S1. The front joining region FA preferably extends from one outer side edge to the other outer side edge of the absorbent main body 40. The outer edge of the front joining region FA may coincide with the outer edge of the absorbent body 40, or may be located in a range from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 to a position 3mm to 5mm inward in the width direction from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40.
A rear non-bonded region NR where the outer portion of the absorbent body 40 is not bonded to the outer cover 15 is provided at the front end of the rear waistline region S2. The outer portion of the absorbent body 40 is not joined to the outer package 15 at the front end portion of the rear waistline region S2. Therefore, the outer cover 15 can move relative to the absorbent body 40 at the front end portion of the rear waistline region S2.
The outer cover 15 is movable relative to the absorbent body 40 at the front end of the rear waistline region S2, and the angle β formed by the outer cover 15 and the outer edge 40E of the absorbent body 40 can be changed. The leg hole opening portion can be increased by deforming so as to increase the angle β. Further, by moving the absorbent main body 40 inward in the width direction W at the rear non-joined region NR, the leg hole openings 72 are also enlarged. Therefore, the leg hole opening 72 can be enlarged when the leg is inserted or moved, and the leg can be smoothly inserted or moved.
The rear non-joined region NR is preferably provided in a region extending rearward from the front end edge 30F of the rear outer package 30 and extending inward in the width direction W from the outer edge 40E of the absorbent main body 40. The front end edge of the rear non-joined region NR may coincide with the front end edge of the rear waist region S2 or may be spaced apart from the front end edge of the rear waist region S2. The rear end edge of the rear non-joined region NR is preferably located inward in the front-rear direction L with respect to the rear end edge of the rear waistline region S2. The rear non-joined region NR preferably extends from one outer side edge to the other outer side edge of the absorbent main body 40. The outer edge of the rear non-joined region NR may coincide with the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 or may be located in a range from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 to a position 3mm to 5mm inward in the width direction from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40.
The inner edge of the rear non-joined region NR is preferably located at the same position as the outer edge of the absorbent main body 40 at the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 in the width direction W or located inside the outer edge of the absorbent main body 40. Since the absorbent main body 40 and the outer package are not joined at the rear non-joined region NR, the rear non-joined region NR functions as a region where the legs can move. The inner edge of the rear non-bonded region NR is located at the same position as the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 at the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 or located inside the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 in the width direction W, so that the regions in which the legs can move can be ensured to be the same at the leg openings on the front waistline region S1 side and the leg openings on the rear waistline region S2 side. The area for covering the buttocks with the rear waistline region S2 can be ensured, and the regions for ensuring the ease of movement of the legs and the ease of entry can be ensured to be the same in the front waistline region S1 and the rear waistline region S2.
It is preferable that the 1 st width elastic member 61 capable of expanding and contracting in the width direction W is disposed in the rear non-joined region NR. The 1 st width elastic member 61 may overlap the rear non-joined region NR in the thickness direction. By providing the 1 st width elastic member 61, the front end portion of the rear waist region S2 is contracted in the width direction W, and is easily fitted to the legs of the wearer. At this time, the front end portion of the rear waist region S2 can be deformed so as to expand the leg hole openings 72. Therefore, excessive contact with the legs due to contraction of the 1 st width elastic member 61 can be suppressed, and deterioration of the wearing feeling can be suppressed. The leg fitting performance and the ease of leg movement can be appropriately satisfied. In order to ensure the fit to the legs, the 1 st width elastic member 61 preferably extends outward in the width direction W beyond the rear non-joined region NR.
The length of the rear non-joined region NR in the front-rear direction L is preferably 3mm or more. By setting the length of the rear non-joined region NR in the front-rear direction L to 3mm or more, the ease of movement of the legs and the ease of entry of the legs can be improved. More preferably, the length of the rear non-joined region NR in the front-rear direction L is 5mm or more and 20mm or less. The range of 5mm to 20mm from the front end edge of the rear waist region S2 toward the rear is a region to which a force due to the movement of the legs is more likely to be applied particularly when the legs are inserted or moved. By making the length of the rear non-joined region NR in the front-rear direction L3 mm or more, the wearer can easily insert the legs more smoothly when wearing the garment, and the legs can move more smoothly when wearing the garment. More preferably, the length of the rear non-joined region NR in the front-rear direction L is 10mm or more.
The range of the rear non-bonded region NR in the front-rear direction L is preferably a range extending from the end edge of the side bonded portion 60 on the crotch region side toward 30% of the entire region of the side bonded portion 60 in the front-rear direction L. The range extending from the end edge on the crotch region side of the side joining portion 60 toward the rear by 30% of the entire region in the front-rear direction L of the side joining portion 60 is a region where a force is easily applied by the movement of the leg particularly when the leg is inserted or moved. Therefore, the wearer can easily and smoothly insert the leg when wearing the garment, and can smoothly move the leg when wearing the garment.
The hip cover 35 extending toward the crotch region S3 side from the side joint portions 60 is preferably provided in the rear waistline region S2. The outer package 15 is not joined to the outer portion of the absorbent main body 40 at the front end of the rear waistline region S2, and may be lifted rearward by movement of the legs of the wearer. By providing the hip cover 35, even when the front end portion of the rear waistline region S2 is lifted up to the rear side, it is possible to continuously cover the hip and suppress side leakage from the hip.
The effective length portions 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 preferably overlap the front joining area FA in the thickness direction. The front and rear elastic members 65 are disposed at the outer side portion of the absorbent main body 40 and along the leg circumferences of the wearer. Since the effective length portions 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 overlap the front joining regions FA, the contraction in the width direction W at the outer package 15 and the contraction in the front and rear direction L by the front and rear elastic members 65 are easily interlocked. The portions contracted by the front and back elastic members 65 are likely to rise toward the wearer, and lateral leakage of excreta toward the front waist region can be suppressed.
The 3 rd width elastic member 63 is preferably disposed in an area where the effective length portion 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 overlaps the front joining area FA. Since the 3 rd width elastic member is disposed in the region where the effective length portions 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 overlap the front joining area FA, the contraction in the width direction W by the 3 rd width elastic member and the contraction in the front and rear direction L by the front and rear elastic members 65 easily interlock. The portion contracted by the front and back elastic members 65 is more likely to stand up toward the wearer side, and side leakage of excrement toward the front waist region can be further suppressed.
The 1 st rear bonding region RA1 where the absorbent body 40 and the outer package 15 are bonded is preferably provided on the inner side in the width direction W than the rear non-bonding region NR. The boundary between the rear non-joined region NR and the 1 st rear joined region RA1 is preferably located outside the outer edge of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W. The 1 st rear joint region RA1 is preferably provided over the entire region in the width direction W of the absorbent core 50. When the outer package 15 is pulled outward in the width direction W during wearing, the absorbent body 40 is pulled outward in the width direction W by the outer package 15. At this time, the outer edge of the absorbent core 50 overlaps the 1 st rear joining region RA1 where the outer cover 15 and the absorbent body 40 are joined. Therefore, when the outer cover 15 is pulled outward in the width direction W during wearing, the outer edge of the absorbent core 50 can be pulled outward in the width direction W. The length of the absorbent main body in the width direction can be easily secured in the rear waistline region, and leakage can be further suppressed.
The 2 nd rear bonding region RA2 where the absorbent body 40 and the outer package 15 are bonded is preferably provided on the rear side of the rear non-bonding region NR. The 2 nd rear joint region RA2 is provided in a region extending rearward from the front end edge of the rear non-joint region NR and extending inward in the width direction W from the outer edge of the absorbent main body 40. The outer package 15 and the absorbent body 40 are joined together in the 2 nd rear joining region RA2 provided on the rear side of the rear non-joining region NR, and therefore, the trouble that the outer package 15 is curled with respect to the absorbent body 40 or the absorbent body 40 falls inward in the width direction W is suppressed, and it becomes easy to appropriately bring the outer package 15 and the absorbent body 40 into contact with the body of the wearer. The outer edge of the 2 nd rear joint region RA2 may coincide with the outer edge of the absorbent body 40, or may be located in a range from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40 to a position 3mm to 5mm inward in the width direction from the outer edge of the absorbent body 40.
The length of the 2 nd rear bonding region RA2 in the width direction W is preferably longer than the length of the rear non-bonding region NR in the width direction W. The inner edge of the 2 nd rear joint region RA2 preferably extends inward in the width direction W from the inner edge of the rear non-joint region NR. The length in the width direction W of the 2 nd rear bonding region RA2 where the outer package 15 and the absorbent body 40 are bonded is longer than the length in the width direction W of the rear non-bonding region NR where the outer package 15 and the absorbent body 40 are not bonded, and therefore, the contraction in the width direction W of the outer package 15 is easily transmitted to the absorbent body 40. Therefore, even when the outer package 15 is pulled outward in the width direction W during wearing, the absorbent body 40 can be pulled outward in the width direction W, and the length of the absorbent body 40 in the width direction W can be ensured.
The effective length portions 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 may also overlap the 2 nd rear joint region RA 2. The front and rear elastic members 65 are disposed at the outer side portion of the absorbent main body 40 and along the leg circumferences of the wearer. Since the effective length portions 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 overlap the 2 nd rear joining region RA2, the contraction in the width direction W at the outer package 15 and the contraction in the front and rear direction L by the front and rear elastic members 65 are easily interlocked. The portion contracted by the front and back elastic members 65 is likely to stand toward the wearer, and leakage toward the rear waist region can be further suppressed.
It is preferable that the 2 nd width elastic member is disposed in a region where the effective length portion 66 of the front and rear elastic member 65 overlaps the 2 nd rear joining region RA 2. Since the 2 nd width elastic member is disposed in a region where the effective length portion 66 of the front and rear elastic members 65 overlaps the 2 nd rear joining region RA2, the contraction in the width direction W by the 2 nd width elastic member and the contraction in the front and rear direction L by the front and rear elastic members 65 are easily interlocked. The portion contracted by the front and back elastic members 65 is more likely to stand up toward the wearer's side, and side leakage of excrement toward the rear waist region can be further suppressed.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented in modified forms and modified forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present invention is for illustrative purposes and does not have any limiting meaning.
In the absorbent article of the modified example, the front-side outer package 20 and the rear-side outer package 30 may be integrated with each other and provided in the range from the front waistline region S1 to the rear waistline region S2. The outer cover of the modification preferably extends outward in the width direction W from the absorbent main body 40 in the front waistline region S1 and the front waistline region S1, and is positioned inward in the width direction W from the absorbent main body 40 in the crotch region. In this way, also in the absorbent article of the modified example, since the angle α formed by the absorbent main body 40 and the outer cover is not easily changed at the rear end portion of the front waistline region S1, the absorption area of the front waistline region S1 can be secured and leakage can be suppressed. In addition, since the angle β formed by the absorbent body 40 and the outer cover is easily changed at the front end portion of the rear waistline region, the leg openings can be increased on the rear waistline region side, and the legs can be moved smoothly.
Industrial applicability
An absorbent article which can suppress leakage and which is easy to insert the legs when worn and which is easy to move the legs when worn can be provided.
