All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a call display method, which includes the following steps:
step 101, when it is monitored that the user terminal dials or receives a call, a corresponding phone number is obtained.
Step 102, a first multimedia file corresponding to the telephone number is obtained from a multimedia memory of the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the first multimedia file is pre-stored in the multimedia storage in step 102. The correspondence between the first multimedia file and the phone number may be specifically: when receiving and/or dialing a call, the telephone number corresponds to the first multimedia file one by one; or when receiving and/or dialing a call, the group to which the telephone number belongs corresponds to the first multimedia file one by one; or when receiving and/or dialing a call, the attribution of the telephone number corresponds to the first multimedia file one by one; or when receiving and/or dialing the telephone, the SIM card for receiving and/or dialing the telephone number is in one-to-one correspondence with the first multimedia file.
That is, one multimedia file may be set for a certain telephone number, one multimedia file may be set for all telephone numbers in a certain group, one multimedia file may be set for all telephone numbers in a certain home, and one multimedia file may be set for all incoming calls and/or outgoing calls of a certain SIM card, which is not described herein any more. The above setting may be only for receiving a call, only for making a call, and may also be for both receiving a call and making a call, which is not limited herein.
And 103, playing the first multimedia file on a call display interface of an operating system of the user terminal according to the options of the preset call private database.
In this embodiment, the options of the call private database preset in step 103 are preset with multimedia options. The multimedia options are set in the options of the call private database in advance, so that a call display interface of an existing operating system of a user terminal can directly play multimedia files, the call display method is completely embedded in the existing operating system, excessive permissions of users do not need to be acquired, and safety is improved.
The call private database may set a plurality of options, for example, "select application scope", "multimedia file". The existing call private database only has contents such as names, attributions and the like, and the multimedia file options are added to the call private database on the basis of the existing call private database. The user can set for a plurality of options of the call private database, and the set of the user is stored to form a preset multimedia option of the call private database.
According to the scheme of the invention, when the multimedia file is not set for the telephone number or the telephone number is an unknown number for the user, the multimedia file can still be played according to the SIM card corresponding to the telephone number or the attribution, so that the call display is realized when the unknown telephone number is called or called. Preferably, when the advertisement file corresponds to the attribution, the advertisement file corresponding to the attribution can be played, so that image advertisement can be realized. The grouping provided by the embodiment of the invention can be not limited to the situations of groups, SIM cards, attributions and the like, and various grouping standards can be set according to actual needs.
This is further described below with reference to specific examples. For example, when a government in a certain place makes a publicity material piece of the place in order to publicize the terrain image. In order to help the local government to promote the release of the publicity data pieces, according to the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the publicity data pieces are uniformly pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the telephone number of the local government for the SIM card attributive region, and the publicity data pieces of the local government are played when the corresponding telephone number is called or called. Therefore, by applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the SIM card is in the incoming call or outgoing call of the telephone number of the local government in the attribution of the SIM card, even if the user does not preset the corresponding local government publicity data sheet in the user terminal, the publicity data sheet of the local government can be still played on the user terminal, thereby powerfully promoting the image publicity of the local government.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the call display method provided in this embodiment further includes, before step 102:
and 104, judging whether a first multimedia file corresponding to the telephone number is stored in the multimedia memory.

The harassing call may also be determined in other ways, which is not limited herein.
When it is determined by step 108 that the telephone number is not a crank call, step 102 is performed.
At this time, if it is determined that the telephone number is a harassing call, as shown in fig. 7, the call display method further includes:
and step 109, prompting that the telephone number is a crank call or intercepting the telephone number on a call display interface of an operating system of the user terminal.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the call display method provided in this embodiment further includes, before step 102:
step 110, receiving a first multimedia file pushed by a pre-connected multimedia server for a phone number.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to receive/dial the telephone calls of the group such as the company, the government, etc., the multimedia server may also actively push the multimedia file to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can receive the multimedia file through step 110.
Step 111, storing the first multimedia file in a multimedia memory.
In this embodiment, the first multimedia file is stored in the multimedia storage in step 111, so that the first multimedia file can be played when a user receives/dials a telephone of a group such as a company, a government and the like, thereby providing more information about a calling party or a called party for the user, and greatly improving the call completing rate of the telephone.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the call display method provided in this embodiment further includes, before step 102:
and step 112, acquiring a first multimedia file set for the telephone number by the user.
In this embodiment, the process of obtaining the first multimedia file through step 112 may include: displaying a multimedia file list including at least one multimedia file; receiving an indication that a user sets a first multimedia file for a telephone number from a multimedia file list; a first multimedia file is obtained.
When a multimedia file list including at least one multimedia file is displayed, a user may select one multimedia file in the list and preview a play effect of the multimedia file. The specific operation mode can be as follows: if the user clicks the multimedia file in the multimedia file list, entering a preview playing interface of the multimedia file, and if the user double-clicks a blank of the preview playing interface, giving approval to the multimedia file, further counting the multimedia file universally liked by the user through the big data, and recommending the multimedia file to other users. The functions of preview playing, like praise, etc. may also be implemented by other ways, which is not limited herein. The user may change the presentation form of the multimedia file list as needed, which is not limited herein.
The user can preview the playing effect of a plurality of multimedia files, and set the favorite multimedia files as the videos of incoming calls and/or outgoing calls of the mobile phone, after receiving the setting instruction of the user, the user terminal acquires the multimedia files selected by the user from the multimedia server according to the setting instruction of the user, and stores the acquired multimedia files, the mapping relation between the multimedia files and the telephone number into the multimedia memory, so that the multimedia files can be directly extracted from the multimedia memory and played on the display interface of the user terminal when the user calls and/or goes.
Step 113, store the first multimedia file in the multimedia memory.
In this embodiment, the user can actively set the first multimedia file for the phone number through step 112, thereby enriching the call display content.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the call display method provided in this embodiment further includes, before step 102:
step 114, receiving an indication that the third person sets the first multimedia file for the phone number.
Step 115, after the first multimedia file is obtained, the first multimedia file is stored in the multimedia memory.
In this embodiment, the third person may also set the first multimedia file for the user, so as to enrich the call display content of the user.
This is further described below with reference to specific examples. For example, a user a purchases a humidifier on a certain vertical e-commerce platform, the e-commerce needs to communicate with the user a due to a shortage of goods, the e-commerce firstly communicates in an application chat window, but the e-commerce cannot contact the user a all the time because the operation habit of the user a does not pay attention to a message window frequently. The customer service part of the e-commerce receives the task of contacting the user A and then carries out calling communication to the user A, but for the user A, the authenticity of the incoming call cannot be distinguished only according to the number information displayed on the screen because the number is an unfamiliar number, so the user A cannot receive the incoming call of the e-commerce at a high probability, and the incoming call rate of an enterprise to the user is low.
In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the user terminal receives the call, the user terminal judges whether the incoming call number is a harassing call. If the telephone number is a crank call, prompting that the telephone number is a crank call on a call display interface of the operating system; or intercepting the call of the telephone number. If the user terminal does not have a harassing call, a step of acquiring a first multimedia file from the local can be executed, wherein the acquired first multimedia file can be a multimedia file corresponding to the number to which the enterprise identifier is called, such as an enterprise image video or a promotion video, so that the enterprise image video or the promotion video is played when the user terminal is in a call with the enterprise. If the first multimedia file is not stored locally, the first multimedia file can be acquired from a multimedia server, can be generated according to multimedia materials, and can be acquired from an official website, so that the multimedia file is displayed and played when a user terminal is communicated with an enterprise, the effects of popularizing and publicizing the enterprise are achieved, trust of the user on the authenticity of the telephone can be obtained, the call completing rate is improved, and the prompting effect of incoming calls and/or outgoing calls can be improved.
In the case of acquiring a file from a multimedia server or an official website, the file can be realized by using VO L TE technology that enables data transfer during a call.
Specifically, when a user A makes a call or receives a call, for example, when the user A receives an incoming call of an enterprise user or the user A makes a call to the enterprise user, whether the user A is in a VO L TE state is firstly judged, if the user is not in the VO L TE state, the user terminal of the user A is informed, whether the user terminal has an enterprise video is detected, if yes, the enterprise video is played on a call interface of the user A, if not, the user terminal of the user A calls a pre-downloaded enterprise element (for example, information such as enterprise L OGO, name and the like), a dynamic image is generated through a dynamic template, and then the generated dynamic image is played on the call interface of the user A.
If the user A is in the VO L TE state, informing the server, checking whether the server has enterprise videos of the enterprise users, if so, sending the enterprise videos to the user A in real time by the server, playing the enterprise videos on a call interface by the user A, if not, connecting an enterprise official network, downloading the enterprise videos or the enterprise elements in real time, processing the enterprise elements into the enterprise videos, and playing the enterprise videos downloaded in real time or dynamic images generated by the downloaded enterprise videos on the call interface of the user A.
By applying the scheme of the invention, the range of call video display can be greatly expanded, and the user terminal is interacted with the multimedia server/official website in real time, so that the method is not limited to playing personalized multimedia files when a phone number stored in an address book calls or calls, but can acquire or generate the multimedia files corresponding to strange calls in real time aiming at some strange phones (such as enterprise calls and the like). Particularly, even when the communication enterprise does not have corresponding enterprise videos, the scheme of the invention can generate dynamic images through the information such as logo, name and the like of the enterprise through the dynamic template of the user terminal, so that the videos or the dynamic images of the enterprise can be played when the user terminal receives the enterprise incoming call. Therefore, the conversation display content during incoming call or outgoing call is enriched, more information about the calling party or the called party is provided for the user, the call completing rate of the incoming call is greatly improved, and particularly for enterprises, the scheme of the invention can help the enterprises to contact the user in time; for the government needing publicity, the scheme of the invention can help the government to expand the publicity range, and has high practical application value.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the user can select and set a favorite multimedia file played at the time of a call in advance through the user terminal. Particularly, when the multimedia file is displayed, labels or keys such as name, telephone number, attribution, answering and hang-up can be reserved, and the multimedia file is displayed on the bottom layer.
In order to implement the call display method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a corresponding module may be added to a theme function of the user terminal, or a corresponding application may be made, the user enters a call display interface through a guide page or an application, the interface may display a multimedia file list, the list may be displayed in a fixed sorting manner, or a system default sorting may be performed in a tag manner, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, when setting the multimedia file, the user may select the "selection application range" of the multimedia file, may select "default", that is, the multimedia file is selected to be played by default when all the calls of the user terminal are performed, including when the user terminal communicates with a contact in the address list, when the user terminal communicates with an unknown number, and the like, or may select to play the multimedia file when a call is set for a specified contact.
When the calling party communicates with an unfamiliar number, the multimedia server can actively push related files according to the identity of the number, so that the multimedia files related to the calling party or the calling party can be played.
Through the option setting, the multimedia file can be played both in the incoming call and the outgoing call, and also in the incoming call or the outgoing call, so that the problem of single conversation interface is really overcome, the conversation display content is enriched, and the user experience is further improved.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the user may also choose to call a video ring tone, i.e. the user may choose to use the audio of the multimedia file or to keep a cell phone ring tone on incoming and/or outgoing calls. Specifically, the user terminal separates the multimedia file into a video file and an audio file, can change the default ring tone of the system into the audio frequency of the multimedia file, and can also change the ring tone database of a single contact or part of contacts to change the incoming call and/or outgoing call ring tone of the single contact or part of contacts into the audio frequency of the multimedia file; while storing the video of the multimedia file in a designated path of the operating system. Through the setting, the multimedia file can be played or the mobile phone ring can be kept played when the contact person calls and/or leaves, and personalized setting can be carried out aiming at the calls and/or leaves of different contact persons, so that the personalized requirements of users are met.
After the user finishes the setting, the multimedia file is saved as an option of a preset call private database, and simultaneously, the user terminal stores the multimedia file set by the user and the mapping relation between the telephone number of the contact and the multimedia file into a multimedia memory of the user terminal. Therefore, when the incoming call or the outgoing call of the user terminal is monitored, the multimedia file can be read from the multimedia memory, and the multimedia options are preset in the call private database, so that the user terminal can play the read multimedia file in the background of the incoming call or the outgoing call according to the preset options of the call private database.
It should be noted that the function of displaying video or dynamic image in call of the present invention is an application built in the system, and can be implemented by only providing a multimedia file list through the application or embedding a corresponding function in the built-in application and modifying the options of the call private database of the call display interface of the operating system, that is, by modifying the system level, the function of displaying video or dynamic image in call is implemented. Therefore, the scheme of the invention is completely embedded into the system, and does not need to acquire excessive authorities of the user in the call display process, thereby effectively solving the safety problem of information leakage caused by the fact that the user needs to manually open a plurality of authorities when setting the incoming call video display.
In addition, according to the call display method provided by the scheme of the invention, when a call comes and/or a call leaves and a multimedia file is played on the call display interface of the operating system, the existing call interface is not covered, namely, when the multimedia file is played on the call interface, a user can still see information such as a telephone number and a contact person of the call.
In summary, the call display method provided by the present invention obtains the multimedia file in real time when the user terminal makes or receives a call, and plays the multimedia file on the call display interface of the existing operating system, thereby realizing call display during incoming call and/or outgoing call. The invention not only enriches the conversation display content when the call is incoming and/or outgoing, but also provides more information about the calling party or the called party for the user, greatly improves the call completing rate of the telephone, and the scheme of the invention is completely embedded in the existing operating system, does not need to acquire excessive authority of the user, thereby improving the safety and having very high practical application value.
