The hardware equipment layer needs to support two modes of a single ECU clamp 9 brushing mode and an OBD brushing joint 6 brushing mode, corresponding vehicle type information, software package information and the like are obtained by scanning the vehicle VIN through a scanning gun, electric control brushing is completed through control of software brushing equipment brushing software, and labels are printed according to production sequence through a printer 16. The data and result files in the refreshing process need to have the functions of storage, uploading, inquiry and statistics.
