A12V-to-5V power supply is connected to a power supply chip and is converted into a 5V power supply to supply power to the singlechip and the voice module, and is connected to an analog signal sampling pin of the singlechip after passing through a voltage division circuit. The single chip microcomputer collects the voltage of the OBD interface in real time, and whether starting or flameout operation exists or not is identified according to the change trend of the voltage. After the starting or flameout operation is detected, a corresponding instruction is output to the voice module, and then the voice module directly drives the loudspeaker to make a corresponding voice prompt.
Sampling the voltage once at certain intervals (such as 200ms or writing 10-500 ms), rolling and storing the sampled voltage in an array, and detecting the change trend of the voltage of the storage battery by comparing the changes of the latest voltage values. During starting, the voltage drops first, and then rises (0.2V-1V) for a certain time (0.5 s-2 s), and starting operation can be identified through the continuous rise. When flameout occurs, voltage drops (0.2V-1V) lasting for a certain time (0.5 s-2 s) exist in the voltage, and flameout operation can be identified through the continuous drops.
Referring to fig. 3, the voltage variation at start-up and shut-down is shown. Sampling the voltage once at an interval of 200ms, rolling and storing the sampled voltage in an array with the length of 6, and detecting the change trend of the voltage of the storage battery by comparing the change of the latest 6 voltage values. The voltage drops first during the start-up and then rises by more than 0.5V for more than 1s, by means of which the start-up operation can be detected. When flameout occurs, the voltage drops for more than 1s and more than 0.5V, and flameout operation can be identified through the continuous drop.
