Description

Contact ablation degree judgment method based on circuit breaker radiation electromagnetic wave signal detection
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of defect detection of electrical equipment of an electric power system, and particularly relates to a contact ablation degree judgment method based on radiation electromagnetic wave signal detection of a circuit breaker. The method is suitable for detecting the internal defects of the circuit breaker.
Background
In the prior art, a circuit breaker is applied to a power system and mainly can automatically cut off a circuit when faults such as severe overload, short circuit, undervoltage and the like occur so as to control the voltage stability of the power system. Under the long-term working condition, the contact of the circuit breaker can generate ablation phenomenon due to the high-temperature and high-voltage environment in the process of opening the brake, and the ablated contact can influence the opening performance of the circuit breaker, so that the faults of inflexible operation, insufficient opening and the like are caused, and the safe and stable operation of a power grid is seriously threatened. Therefore, the judgment characteristic quantity capable of reflecting the ablation degree of the contact of the circuit breaker is important for the performance evaluation of the circuit breaker and is one of the key parameters reflecting the performance of the circuit breaker.
However, currently, there is no effective method for determining the ablation degree of the contacts of the circuit breaker, and the research results in this respect are not many, and the fault diagnosis method and equipment are not perfect. In particular, under actual working conditions, such detection means is not practical due to various practical problems such as large amount of circuit breakers operated in the system, and less power failure time or opportunity of the equipment due to rapid economic development. At present, most of the prior diagnosis methods mainly take precautionary measures and empirical diagnosis, and an intuitive and effective diagnosis method is provided. The existing detection and diagnosis methods cannot meet the development requirements of safety, stability and economy of a power system from the aspects of safety and economy. The circuit breakers on the electric power operation site are large in quantity, complex in detection means and difficult to power failure.
Based on the situation, the invention provides a method for judging the ablation degree of the contact of the circuit breaker by detecting the radiated electromagnetic waves generated by the opening of the contact and analyzing the number of electromagnetic wave pulses in unit time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for judging the ablation degree of a contact based on the detection of electromagnetic wave signals radiated by a circuit breaker, which is intuitive, simple, rapid and efficient.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: a contact ablation degree judging method based on breaker radiation electromagnetic wave signal detection is characterized in that radiation electromagnetic waves generated in the breaker opening process are received through an antenna, a common oscilloscope is used for waveform monitoring, and the number of electromagnetic wave pulses in unit time is analyzed, so that the ablation degree of a breaker contact is judged; if the number of pulses is more, the ablation of the contact can be judged to be serious.
The invention has the advantages that: the contact defects of the circuit breaker for electric power can be quickly diagnosed by means of electrical measurement and waveform observation, and the judgment is visual, simple, quick and efficient.
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the radiated electromagnetic wave in three ablation situations of the contact.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a contact ablation degree determination method based on breaker radiation electromagnetic wave signal detection is to receive radiation electromagnetic waves generated in the breaker opening process through an antenna, perform waveform monitoring by using a common oscilloscope, and analyze the number of electromagnetic wave pulses in unit time so as to determine the ablation degree of a breaker contact; if the number of pulses is more, the ablation of the contact can be judged to be serious.
The acquisition of the radiated electromagnetic waves is mainly completed through antenna receiving, and the pulse number of the waveform is further analyzed on a common oscilloscope. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of radiated electromagnetic waves is shown for three ablation cases of a circuit breaker contact. In fig. 1, (a), (b), and (c) respectively show the schematic diagrams of the radiation electromagnetic wave under the condition that the contact is brand new, the contact is ablated, and the contact is severely ablated when the breaker is opened. The ablation degree of the contact is judged by analyzing the pulse number of the electromagnetic waves, and the pulse number is 1 as can be seen from figure 1 (a), so that the contact is judged to be not ablated and to be intact; the number of pulses in fig. 1 (b) is 3, and it is determined that the contact is slightly ablated; the number of pulses in fig. 1 (c) is 10, and it is determined that the stylus is seriously ablated. Therefore, the ablation degree of the contact is in a positive correlation with the number of pulses of the electromagnetic wave, and the ablation of the contact is more serious as the number of pulses is larger. The method for judging the ablation degree of the contact of the circuit breaker has the remarkable advantages of intuition, simplicity, rapidness, high efficiency and the like.
