The insulator hydrophobicity detection device can be used for detecting the hydrophobicity of insulators on towers, and particularly, according to the spraying distance between a spraying port of a direct-current spraying water gun with an adjustable spraying angle and an insulator hydrophobicity detection surface measured by a distance measurement module, a control module adjusts the spraying angle of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle by driving a spraying angle adjusting actuator, and adjusts the output flow of a constant-pressure flow-adjusting pumping assembly on the basis of maintaining the stable pressure of a water inlet of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle by driving a constant-pressure flow-adjusting pumping assembly, so that the wet spot area, the atomizing fineness and the atomizing density of atomized water flow at the insulator hydrophobicity detection surface meet the consistency requirement of insulator hydrophobicity detection. By adopting the structure, the distance requirement for the hydrophobicity detection of the insulator is looser.
The input module is in wireless communication connection with the control module, so that an operator can conveniently control the starting time of the hydrophobicity detection.
The electric safety feedback module can remind an operator when the insulator hydrophobicity detection device is located in a dangerous area, so that the operator can operate the insulator hydrophobicity detection device to enter the safe area, and the safety is good.
The parameter configuration method of the insulator hydrophobicity detection device is convenient for configuring the spray angle and the output flow of the constant-pressure flow-regulating pumping assembly according to the spray distance, can be stored in a computer readable medium as an insulator hydrophobicity detection program, and is operated by the control module, so that the water spraying process of the insulator hydrophobicity detection process can be conveniently completed.
Third part of the invention
A method for detecting hydrophobicity of insulator in windless or breezy environment to prevent airflow disturbance from influencing the form of mist water flow comprises the following steps:
step 1, measuring a spraying distance L between a spraying port of a direct current spraying water gun with an adjustable spraying angle and an insulator hydrophobicity detection surface;
preferably, in the step 1, the spraying distance L is not less than the maximum effective hydrophobicity detecting distance of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle and is greater than the electrical safety distance, so that safety accidents caused by the detection of the hydrophobicity of the insulator can be avoided.

Preferably, the constant pressure, flow regulated pumping assembly may comprise a variable displacement pump.
Preferably, the constant-pressure flow-regulating pumping assembly may further include a pressure reducing valve for stabilizing a pressure at a water inlet of the direct-current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle.
Preferably, the device for detecting hydrophobicity of the insulator further comprises an input module, and the input module is in wireless communication connection with the control module.

The spraying distance L is not more than the maximum effective hydrophobicity detection distance of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle and is more than the electrical safety distance, so that the danger probability of hydrophobicity detection of the insulator can be reduced.
Fourth aspect of the invention
An in-use insulator hydrophobicity detection device comprises an aircraft and a remote controller which are connected through wireless communication, wherein a distance measurement module, a camera module, a control module, a spraying module with adjustable spraying distance and a water tank are installed on the aircraft, the spraying module with adjustable spraying distance comprises a direct-current spraying water gun with an adjustable spraying angle, a spraying angle adjusting actuator and a constant-pressure flow adjusting pumping assembly, the spraying angle adjusting actuator is used for adjusting the spraying angle of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle, a water outlet of the constant-pressure flow adjusting pumping assembly is communicated with a water inlet pipeline of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle, a water pumping port of the constant-pressure flow adjusting pumping assembly is used for submerging into a water body of the water tank, the distance measurement module is used for measuring the spraying distance between a spraying port of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying, the camera module is used for shooting the scene of the hydrophobicity detection surface of the insulator, the input end of the control module is correspondingly and electrically connected with the distance measurement module, and the output end of the control module respectively drives the spray angle adjusting actuator, the constant-voltage flow-regulating pumping assembly and the camera module through corresponding driving circuits.
Preferably, the direct current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle selects a low-pressure direct current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle, which has the functions of keeping the spray pressure unchanged and changing the flow along with the change of the spray angle.
Preferably, the constant pressure flow-regulating pumping assembly may comprise a variable displacement pump.
Preferably, the constant-pressure flow-regulating pumping assembly may further include a pressure reducing valve for stabilizing a pressure at a water inlet of the direct-current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle.
Preferably, an electrical safety feedback module for setting an alarm distance can be further mounted on the aircraft, the electrical safety feedback module is correspondingly and electrically connected with the input end of the control module, and the alarm distance is greater than the electrical safety distance.
The use method of the device for detecting hydrophobicity of the insulator comprises the following steps:
step 1, operating an aircraft to approach an insulator hydrophobicity detection surface by using a remote controller, measuring a spray distance L between a spray nozzle of a direct-current spray water gun with an adjustable spray angle and the insulator hydrophobicity detection surface in real time, and operating the aircraft to hover when the spray distance L is smaller than the maximum effective hydrophobicity detection distance of a spray module with an adjustable spray distance and is larger than an electrical safety distance;

The invention uses the aircraft to drive the distance measuring module, the camera module, the control module, the spraying module with adjustable spraying distance and the water tank to rise to proper positions, and uses the direct-current spraying water gun with adjustable spraying angle, the spraying angle adjusting actuator and the constant-pressure flow-adjusting pumping assembly to reduce the requirement on the distance between the insulator detection surface and the atomizing port in the insulator hydrophobicity detection test, thereby reducing the difficulty of adjusting the position of the aircraft and reducing the influence of water flow reaction force on the stability of the aircraft and the insulator hydrophobicity detection test in the insulator hydrophobicity detection process.

The device for detecting hydrophobicity of the insulator in use is characterized by comprising a distance measuring module, a control module and a spraying module with adjustable spraying distance, wherein the spraying module with adjustable spraying distance comprises a direct-current spraying water gun with adjustable spraying angle, a spraying angle adjusting actuator and a constant-pressure flow-adjusting pumping assembly, the spraying angle adjusting actuator is used for adjusting the spraying angle of the direct-current spraying water gun with adjustable spraying angle, and a water outlet of the constant-pressure flow-adjusting pumping assembly is communicated with a water inlet pipeline of the direct-current spraying water gun with adjustable spraying angle; the distance measuring module is used for measuring the spraying distance between a spraying port of the direct-current spraying water gun with the adjustable spraying angle and the hydrophobicity detection surface of the insulator, the input end of the control module is electrically connected with the distance measuring module in a corresponding mode, and the output end of the control module drives the spraying angle adjusting actuator and the constant-voltage flow-adjusting pumping assembly through corresponding driving circuits respectively.
2. The in-use insulator hydrophobicity detecting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the constant voltage, flow-regulated pumping assembly comprises a variable displacement pump.
3. The insulator hydrophobicity detecting device as recited in claim 2, wherein the constant-pressure flow-regulating pumping assembly further comprises a pressure reducing valve, and the pressure reducing valve is used for keeping the pressure of a water inlet of the direct-current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle stable.
4. The insulator hydrophobicity detecting device according to claim 1, wherein the dc spray gun with the adjustable spray angle is a low-pressure dc spray gun with an adjustable spray angle, which has a function of 'constant spray pressure and variable flow rate with change of spray angle'.
5. The hydrophobic detection device for the in-use insulator of claim 1, further comprising an electrical safety feedback module for setting an alarm distance, wherein the electrical safety feedback module is electrically connected with an input end of the control module, and the alarm distance is greater than the electrical safety distance.
6. The hydrophobic detection apparatus for an in-use insulator of claim 5, wherein the electrical safety feedback module comprises at least one of a mutual coil, a mutual capacitance, and a magnetic field strength sensor.
7. The method for configuring parameters of the device for detecting hydrophobicity of the insulator as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step 1, measuring a spraying distance L between a spraying port of a direct-current spraying water gun with an adjustable spraying angle and an insulator hydrophobicity detection surface by using a distance measuring module;
step 2, adjusting a spray angle α of the direct-current spray water gun with the adjustable spray angle by using a spray angle adjusting actuator to enable the spray angle α to meet the requirement
