Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method of an indoor floor tile waterproof floor, which comprises the following steps: (1) installing a sewage pipe and an additional drain pipe, wherein a tee joint is arranged on the sewage pipe, and an elbow is arranged at the bottom of the additional drain pipe; (2) construction of a cast-in-place concrete floor slab; (3) laying a 1% slope layer; (4) paving a 1% gradient waterproof layer by using a polymer cement-based waterproof coating; (5) after the secondary water closing test is finished, cutting off the redundant length of the additional drain pipe to enable the height of the pipe orifice to be 2-4mm lower than the edge of the round pit, and discharging water for the secondary water closing test; (6) installing an additional drain pipe floor drain; (7) filling waterproof paint in the round pits; (8) paving a leveling layer with the thickness of 20mm by using DS dry-mixed mortar; (9) laying a DTA mortar bonding layer; (10) paving floor tiles on the surface layer; the construction method of the waterproof exposed surface of the indoor floor tile enhances the drainage effect and the waterproof performance and quickly drains water used in a secondary water closing test.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering, in particular to a construction method of a waterproof floor of an indoor floor tile.
Background
With the continuous development of the modern construction process, the construction of the waterproof layer is very important in the ground construction of indoor water rooms, and the waterproof layer can prevent ground water from permeating into the next floor and ensure the normal use function of the upper floor and the lower floor. However, in general waterproof construction, a structural layer between the floor drain and the waterproof layer is in a saturated water state, so that when cracks appear at the flanging part of the waterproof layer, a large amount of saturated water seeps out of the cracks.

An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a construction method of a waterproof floor of an indoor floor tile, comprising the steps of:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that a sewage pipe and an additional drain pipe are installed and pre-buried, a tee joint is arranged on the sewage pipe, an elbow is arranged at the bottom of the additional drain pipe, and the additional drain pipe is communicated with the tee joint through the elbow;
(2) construction of a cast-in-place concrete floor slab;
(3) laying a 1% slope finding layer, constructing by using a C15 fine stone concrete cushion layer, wherein a round pit is reserved around the additional drain pipe serving as the center, the inner surface of the round pit is smeared into an arc surface, the edge of the pit is smeared into an arc shape, the cushion layer finds a slope by 1%, the slope is towards the round pit, and the additional drain pipe and the root of the sewage pipe are smeared into a small splayed angle;
(4) paving a 1% gradient waterproof layer by using a polymer cement-based waterproof coating;
(5) after the secondary water closing test is finished, cutting off the redundant length of the additional drain pipe to enable the height of the pipe orifice to be 2-4mm lower than the edge of the round pit, and discharging water for the secondary water closing test;
(6) installing an additional drain pipe floor drain, wherein the drain pipe floor drain consists of a stainless steel floor drain cover, a conical pipe and a deodorization silica gel core, the side wall of the conical pipe is provided with a through hole, and the deodorization silica gel core is fixed on the pipe wall of the conical pipe;
(7) filling waterproof paint in the round pit, and adding a drain pipe in a slope direction;
(8) paving a leveling layer with the thickness of 20mm by using DS dry-mixed mortar;
(9) laying a DTA mortar bonding layer;
(10) and (4) paving floor tiles on the surface layer, and pointing by using DTG mortar.
Preferably, the additional drainage pipe in the step (1) is installed to be 100mm higher than the ground.
Preferably, the thickness of the 1% gradient slope finding layer in the step (3) is not less than 35mm, the height of the small splayed angle of the additional drain pipe is 10mm, the depth of the reserved round pit is 20mm, and the diameter of the reserved round pit is 100 mm.
Preferably, the thickness of the 1% gradient waterproof layer in the step (4) is 1.5 mm.
Preferably, the length of the conical pipe in the step (6) is 50mm, and a small hole with the diameter of 2mm is reserved at the lower end.
Preferably, the waterproof coating material of step (7) is a polymer cement-based waterproof coating material.
Preferably, the thickness of the bonding layer in the step (9) is 5 mm.

according to the construction method of the indoor floor tile waterproof floor, the additional drain pipe is arranged around the drain pipe, so that water for a water closing test can be drained quickly after secondary water closing is finished. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a construction method of a waterproof floor of an indoor floor tile includes the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps that a sewage pipe 6 and an additional drain pipe 7 are installed and pre-buried, a tee joint 10 is arranged on the sewage pipe 6, an elbow 11 is arranged at the bottom of the additional drain pipe 7, and the additional drain pipe 7 is communicated with the tee joint 10 through the elbow 11;
(2) constructing a cast-in-place concrete floor slab 1;
(3) laying a 1% slope finding layer 2, constructing by using a C15 fine stone concrete cushion layer, wherein a round pit is reserved around the additional drain pipe 7 as the center, the inner surface of the round pit is smeared into an arc surface, the edge of the pit is smeared into an arc shape, the cushion layer finds 1% slope, the slope round pit, the additional drain pipe 7 and the root of the sewage pipe 6 are smeared into a small splayed angle;
(4) paving a 1% gradient waterproof layer 3 with a polymer cement-based waterproof coating;
(5) after the secondary water closing test is finished, cutting off the redundant length of the additional drain pipe 7 to ensure that the height of the pipe orifice is 2-4mm lower than the edge of the round pit, and discharging water for the secondary water closing test;
(6) installing an additional drain pipe floor drain, wherein the drain pipe floor drain consists of a stainless steel floor drain cover 13, a conical pipe 8 and a deodorization silica gel core 9, a through hole is formed in the side wall of the conical pipe 8, and the deodorization silica gel core 9 is fixed on the pipe wall of the conical pipe 8;
(7) the round pit is filled with waterproof paint 12, and a drain pipe is added in the slope direction;
(8) paving a leveling layer with the thickness of 20mm by using DS dry-mixed mortar;
(9) laying a DTA mortar bonding layer 4;
(10) and (5) paving floor tiles and jointing DTG mortar.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1, a construction method of a waterproof floor of an indoor floor tile includes the following steps:

The invention relates to a construction method of an indoor floor tile waterproof floor, which is characterized in that a concrete-poured floor slab 1 is reproduced by pre-burying a floor drain downcomer 6 and an additional drain pipe 7, a C15 fine stone concrete 1% slope layer 2 with the thickness of more than 35mm and a polymer cement-based waterproof coating with the thickness of 1.5mm are paved to ensure that water smoothly flows into the drain pipe and cannot permeate below the floor, a floor drain arranged on the additional drain pipe 7 consists of a stainless steel floor drain cover, a conical pipe 8 (with the length of 50mm and the diameter of 2mm at the lower end) and a deodorant silica gel core fixed on the pipe wall of the conical pipe 8 to ensure that peculiar smell in the drain pipe does not flow back, and finally a DTA mortar bonding layer 4 with the thickness of 5mm is paved to ensure that floor tiles are not easy to.

(1) the method comprises the following steps that a sewage pipe and an additional drain pipe are installed and pre-buried, a tee joint is arranged on the sewage pipe, an elbow is arranged at the bottom of the additional drain pipe, and the additional drain pipe is communicated with the tee joint through the elbow;
(2) construction of a cast-in-place concrete floor slab;
(3) laying a 1% slope finding layer, constructing by using a C15 fine stone concrete cushion layer, wherein a round pit is reserved around the additional drain pipe serving as the center, the inner surface of the round pit is smeared into an arc surface, the edge of the pit is smeared into an arc shape, the cushion layer finds a slope by 1%, the slope is towards the round pit, and the additional drain pipe and the root of the sewage pipe are smeared into a small splayed angle;
(4) paving a 1% gradient waterproof layer by using a polymer cement-based waterproof coating;
(5) after the secondary water closing test is finished, cutting off the redundant length of the additional drain pipe to enable the height of the pipe orifice to be 2-4mm lower than the edge of the round pit, and discharging water for the secondary water closing test;

The construction method of an indoor floor tile waterproof floor according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the 1% slope layer in step (3) is not less than 35mm, the height of the small splayed corner of the additional drainage pipe is 10mm, the depth of the reserved circular pit is 20mm, and the diameter is 100 mm.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the 1% slope waterproof layer in step (4) is 1.5 mm.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the tapered pipe of step (6) has a length of 50mm and a hole with a diameter of 2mm at the lower end.
6. The method for constructing a waterproof floor of indoor floor tiles according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof coating of step (7) is a polymer cement-based waterproof coating.
7. The method for constructing a waterproof floor of indoor floor tiles according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the adhesive layer in the step (9) is 5 mm.
