thirdly, after passing through the brush device (2), the fabric enters the fan device (3), and a dust removal fan (34) on the fan device (3) sucks away dust which is adhered to the surface of the fabric and is not easy to be brushed away by the brush;
fourthly, the fabric continuously enters the dust removal device (4), air is sprayed by the strip-shaped nozzles (4201) between the upper part and the lower part of the dust removal device (4) to blow up the tiny dust adhered to the surface of the fabric, and the dust collection cover (4202) is used for dust collection operation to further adsorb and remove the tiny dust on the fabric; meanwhile, a fan on the dust removal device (4) moves back and forth along the axial direction of the threaded shaft (4104) along with the cross rod (4107) to purge the dust removal body (42);
and fifthly, after the fabric passes through the dust removal device (4), the dust removal step is finished, and the fabric subjected to dust removal and finishing is wound on the winding roll on the right side.
