3) starting a flat knitting machine, and carrying out line-by-line reciprocating knitting on yarns on a yarn nozzle by matching knitting needles of a front needle bed and a rear needle bed according to the introduced vamp knitting pattern program until finishing;
in the knitting process of the step 3), alternate circular knitting of front knitting and back knitting is carried out from the initial row of the part needing to be knitted with the bag-shaped tissue structure, the operation of the flat knitting machine is stopped until the row with the stop code is knitted, then the filling material is put into the bag-shaped tissue structure, then the flat knitting machine is restarted to continue knitting, and finally the non-layered knitting of the upper of the bag-shaped tissue structure is carried out to complete sealing; and (5) continuously weaving the flying-woven vamp base body after the next line is formed after the opening is sealed until the machine is off after the weaving piece is finished.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts mechanical knitting to form a pocket from a hollow position on the original flying-knitted vamp, puts an object into the hollow pocket after knitting the pocket, and seals the pocket after putting the object.
