由于茶叶中的茶多酚与茶锈中的金属物质在空气中发生氧化反应而产生茶渍和茶垢。水和茶形成的茶渍和茶垢随着饮茶进入消化系统,极易与食物中的蛋白质、脂肪酸和维生素等结合成多种有害物质,不仅会阻碍人体对食物中营养素的吸收与消化,还会使许多脏器受到损害,如神经、胃肠、泌尿和造血系统的病变,甚至引起人体过早衰老。所以泡茶和饮茶的茶具上的茶渍和茶垢清洗越来越引起人们重视。
至今国内还没一款专门清洗茶台和茶具洗涤剂。普通洗涤剂或清洁粉对茶具的清洗效果不好,且化学成分和香味剂残留极大影响了品茶口感,以及化学残留对特殊材质(如:紫砂)茶具渗透作用,难以去除。而餐具洗涤剂对油渍去除效果好,但对于茶渍,茶垢这种有色污渍残留去除效果并不理想。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种能够解决现有的洗涤剂去有色污效果不够、污染大、除菌效果差等问题的抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂,它由如下重量分数的原料组成:月桂酸二乙醇酰胺8~12份、苯甲酸钠0.2~0.3份、黄原胶4~6份、水合硅石18~22份、植酸钠0.8~1.2份、高摩擦二氧化硅8~12份、碳酸钠8~12份、碳酸氢钠8~12份、柠檬酸钠8~12份、烷基葡萄糖苷8~12份、盐8~12份、香精0.8~1.2份、水90~110份。

1、备料:月桂酸二乙醇酰胺8~12份、苯甲酸钠0.2~0.3份、黄原胶4~6份、水合硅石18~22份、植酸钠0.8~1.2份、高摩擦二氧化硅8~12份、碳酸钠8~12份、碳酸氢钠8~12份、柠檬酸钠8~12份、烷基葡萄糖苷8~12份、盐8~12份、香精0.8~1.2份、水90~110份;
2、分别取碳酸氢钠、高摩擦二氧化硅、植酸钠,混合后,以100r/min的搅拌速度搅拌20min,得到第一份混合料;
3、将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、烷基葡糖糖苷以200r/min的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟,得到第二份混合料;
4、将第一份混合料和第二份混合料,分别加入水中微微加热(40-60℃)使其溶解得到第三份混合料;
5、在第三份混合料加热状态边搅拌边加入苯甲酸钠、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、盐、香精,使所有原料全部充分溶解;

3、将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、烷基葡糖糖苷以200r/min的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟,得到第二份混合料;
4、将第一份混合料和第二份混合料,分别加入水中微微加热(40-60℃)使其溶解得到第三份混合料;
5、在第三份混合料加热状态边搅拌边加入苯甲酸钠、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、盐、香精,使所有原料全部充分溶解;
6、补充生产过程中损失的水分,搅拌十分钟,使各组分充分溶解,静止10分钟,即得。
实施例3
一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
1、备料:月桂酸二乙醇酰胺12份、苯甲酸钠0.3份、黄原胶6份、水合硅石22份、植酸钠1.2份、高摩擦二氧化硅12份、碳酸钠12份、碳酸氢钠12份、柠檬酸钠12份、烷基葡萄糖苷12份、盐12份、香精1.2份、水110份;
2、分别取碳酸氢钠、高摩擦二氧化硅、植酸钠,混合后,以100r/min的搅拌速度搅拌20min,得到第一份混合料;
3、将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、烷基葡糖糖苷以200r/min的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟,得到第二份混合料;
4、将第一份混合料和第二份混合料,分别加入水中微微加热(40-60℃)使其溶解得到第三份混合料;
5、在第三份混合料加热状态边搅拌边加入苯甲酸钠、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、盐、香精,使所有原料全部充分溶解;
6、补充生产过程中损失的水分,搅拌十分钟,使各组分充分溶解,静止10分钟,即得。
所述月桂酸二乙醇酰胺作为发泡剂。
所述苯甲酸钠作为杀菌剂。
所述黄原胶作为增稠剂。
所述水合硅石、植酸钠和高摩擦二氧化硅作为摩擦剂,摩擦剂配方硬度低于茶具的硬度,使用时不会对茶具造成划伤,且远大于茶垢的硬度可以靠物理摩擦而除去,安全健康。
所述碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠和烷基葡萄糖苷作为表面活性去污剂。
所述盐作为抑菌剂。
所述水作为稀释剂。

1.一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂,其特征在于它由如下重量分数的原料组成:月桂酸二乙醇酰胺8~12份、苯甲酸钠0.2~0.3份、黄原胶4~6份、水合硅石18~22份、植酸钠0.8~1.2份、高摩擦二氧化硅8~12份、碳酸钠8~12份、碳酸氢钠8~12份、柠檬酸钠8~12份、烷基葡萄糖苷8~12份、盐8~12份、香精0.8~1.2份、水90~110份。
2.一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包含如下步骤:
(1)、备料:月桂酸二乙醇酰胺8~12份、苯甲酸钠0.2~0.3份、黄原胶4~6份、水合硅石18~22份、植酸钠0.8~1.2份、高摩擦二氧化硅8~12份、碳酸钠8~12份、碳酸氢钠8~12份、柠檬酸钠8~12份、烷基葡萄糖苷8~12份、盐8~12份、香精0.8~1.2份、水90~110份;
(2)、分别取碳酸氢钠、高摩擦二氧化硅、植酸钠,混合后,以100r/min的搅拌速度搅拌20min,得到第一份混合料;
(3)、将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、烷基葡糖糖苷以200r/min的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟,得到第二份混合料;
(4)、将第一份混合料和第二份混合料,分别加入水中微微加热(40-60℃)使其溶解得到第三份混合料;
(5)、在第三份混合料加热状态边搅拌边加入苯甲酸钠、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、盐、香精,使所有原料全部充分溶解;
(6)、补充生产过程中损失的水分,搅拌十分钟,使各组分充分溶解,静止10分钟,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述的盐为氯化钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述的水采用纯化水或去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌保护茶具的茶具专用洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述的水合硅石、植酸钠和高摩擦二氧化硅的硬度低于茶具的硬度。
