Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, and discloses water-based paint for paint film bleeding of wood lacquer. The solution is formed by mixing organic acid, dextrin, sodium molybdate, phosphoric acid, sodium iodide and vegetable glycerin in the coating, and the solution is dissolved in the raw materials of the coating, so that the problems of corrosion prevention, rust prevention and sterilization of the existing water-based coating for paint film color bleeding are solved to a certain extent, oxygen and corrosive substances are prevented from entering the coating, the service life of the coating is prolonged, and the coating also has the effects of good acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, ageing resistance and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based paint, in particular to water-based paint for paint film bleeding of wood paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-based paint is a paint using water as a solvent or a dispersion medium, compared with an organic solvent-based paint, the water-based paint can reduce the emission of volatile organic solvents and save resources and energy, and the water-based paint for paint film bleeding of the wood paint is a pure water-based environment-friendly paint with excellent comprehensive performance and is widely applied to the coloring and coating of various paint films such as oil, water and the like in high-grade solid wood furniture and home decoration.
The traditional water-based paint for paint film color bleeding uses water-soluble resin as a film forming material, the corrosion resistance and the rust resistance are still poor in long-time air exposure, the content of VOC in the raw materials is large, the health of a human body is seriously harmed, the traditional water-based paint for paint film color bleeding does not have an antibacterial effect, toxic gas is easily generated, and therefore the water-based paint for paint film color bleeding of the wood lacquer and the preparation method thereof are provided.

0.2-0.8 parts of diatom ooze filler;
0.5-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate;
0.1-0.3 part of polyurethane;
0.3-0.6 part of pH regulator;
3-5 parts of wax emulsion;
0.1-0.3 part of organic acid;
0.3-0.5 part of dextrin;
0.5-0.9 part of sodium molybdate;
0.3-0.6 part of phosphoric acid;
1-3 parts of vegetable glycerin;
0.1-0.4 part of sodium iodide;
1-4 parts of isothiazolinone;

Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or more of silicones, long-chain alcohols and fatty acid amides.
Preferably, the film forming aid is one or more of diethanol ethers, propylene glycol ethers and N-methylpyrrolidone.
Preferably, the polyurethane is one or more of potassium sorbate, methylparaben, butylparaben, and cason.
Preferably, the organic acid is any one of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, chlorogenic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid and caffeic acid.
According to the waterborne paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer, the preparation method of the waterborne paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer is provided, and comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the weighed deionized water and the water-based acrylic resin into a reaction kettle, measuring the leveling agent, the sodium acrylate, the wetting agent and the wax emulsion in the formula, and adding in sequence, and controlling the rotating speed to be 800-1200 r/min for stirring;
s2, weighing bisphenol A epoxy resin, photocatalyst powder, polyamide and diatom ooze filler in formula amount in sequence according to proportion, placing the bisphenol A epoxy resin, the photocatalyst powder, the polyamide, the diatom ooze filler, isothiazolinone and nano silicon oxide in a dispersing container in sequence, dispersing for 30 minutes until the fineness after dispersion is not less than 20 microns, and pouring the dispersed materials into a reaction kettle for reaction;
s3, organic acid, dextrin, sodium molybdate, phosphoric acid and deionized water in the formula are weighed and placed in a mixing tank to be stirred at a constant speed at room temperature, then glycerin and sodium iodide are added to be stirred for 20 minutes, and then polyurethane, sodium polyacrylate, polyurethane, a defoaming agent and a film forming aid are added in sequence to be mixed uniformly to form a solution and taken out for later use;
and S4, sequentially adding the materials in the S3 and the weighed PH regulator into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing, controlling the rotating speed at 600-800 r/min, stirring uniformly, and obtaining the water-based paint for paint film bleeding when the PH value in the reaction kettle is 6-8.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the water-based paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer and the preparation method thereof, and the water-based paint has the following beneficial effects:
1. the paint film color bleeding water-based paint of the wood lacquer and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that isothiazolinone, nano silicon oxide and photocatalyst powder are organically combined, the isothiazolinone has strong inhibiting and killing effects on bacteria, fungi and algae in the paint process in the paint, the bacteria are prevented from being generated, the thickening effect of the nano silicon oxide is utilized, the bonding strength of the components in the paint is increased, the photocatalyst powder is dispersed in water, harmful substances such as free formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and the like in the air can be rapidly captured by utilizing the bioactivity of the photocatalyst, and the double sterilization effect is good.
2. According to the water-based paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer and the preparation method thereof, the solution formed by mixing organic acid, dextrin, sodium molybdate, phosphoric acid, sodium iodide and vegetable glycerin inside the paint is neutralized with bisphenol A epoxy resin and polyamide to generate good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and rust resistance, so that the corrosion resistance and rust resistance of the existing water-based paint for paint film bleeding are improved, oxygen and corrosive substances are prevented from entering the paint, the service life of the paint is prolonged, and the paint also has the effects of good acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, good adhesive force and the like.

Wherein the defoaming agent is one or more of organic silicon, long-chain alcohol and fatty acid amide.
Wherein the film-forming assistant is one or more of diethanol ether, propylene glycol ether and N-methylpyrrolidone.
Wherein the polyurethane is one or more of potassium sorbate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, butyl parahydroxybenzoate and prednisone.
Wherein the organic acid is any one of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, chlorogenic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, and caffeic acid.
According to the waterborne paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer, the preparation method of the waterborne paint for paint film bleeding of the wood lacquer is provided, and comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
15 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 5 parts of film-forming assistant, 3 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 1 part of polyamide, 2 parts of photocatalyst powder, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.3 part of sodium acrylate, 0.5 part of polyurethane, 0.2 part of diatom ooze filler, 0.5 part of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1 part of polyurethane, 0.3 part of pH regulator, 3 parts of wax emulsion, 0.1 part of organic acid, 0.3 part of dextrin, 0.5 part of sodium molybdate, 0.3 part of phosphoric acid, 1 part of vegetable glycerin, 0.1 part of sodium iodide, 1 part of isothiazolinone, 2 parts of nano silicon oxide and 5 parts of deionized water.

and S5, sequentially adding the materials in the S4 and the weighed PH regulator into a reaction kettle, stirring and mixing, controlling the rotating speed at 600-800 r/min, stirring uniformly, and obtaining the water-based paint for paint film bleeding when the PH value in the reaction kettle is 6-8.

20 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 8 parts of film-forming assistant, 6 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 3 parts of polyamide, 6 parts of photocatalyst powder, 0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.8 part of flatting agent, 0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.7 part of sodium acrylate, 0.9 part of polyurethane, 0.8 part of diatom ooze filler, 2 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 0.3 part of polyurethane, 0.6 part of pH regulator, 5 parts of wax emulsion, 0.2 part of organic acid, 0.4 part of dextrin, 0.7 part of sodium molybdate, 0.4 part of phosphoric acid, 2 parts of vegetable glycerin, 0.2 part of sodium iodide, 2.5 parts of isothiazolinone, 2.5 parts of nano silicon oxide and 7 parts of deionized water.

S2, adding deionized water into a dispersion tank, and sequentially adding a dispersion wetting agent, a defoaming agent, an antibacterial insecticide, a multifunctional assistant and anion powder at a dispersion rotation speed of 500 r/min; the dispersion rotating speed is increased to 1200-1500r/min, and the dispersion is carried out until the fineness is below 30 mu m;

the detection data of the table show that the waterborne coating for paint film bleeding provided by the embodiment of the invention has more excellent corrosion resistance and rust resistance and better antibacterial rate, can inhibit bacteria in the coating process, and also has the effects of good acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, good adhesion and the like.
